I was in there today. 10-4-23. Spent less than $8. Nobody knew me, I live 300 miles away. Clerk was super friendly. Lady at desk gave me a comp bottle of water. Outside, I needed help cranking my truck. Another friendly clerk helped without hesitation. Excellent example of customer service. Thank you.

Had what I needed in stock as usual. No holdups, very polite, and business as usual. In and out. It's NAPA what else would you expect and that's why when I'm traveling enroute Napa stores are factored in our navigation.

Great staff, the younger gentleman did not stop looking until he found my belts. I needed one that they didn't have in stock and he sent the young parts lady to go pick one up for me. A very big to help being that I was broke down in my semi behind the building. So if you're a trucker there's parking around back. Awesome place of business.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great parts. Super nice to me and did not treat me different because I am a female. I know that's bad to say, but it's a fact some places do dealing with autos. Prices are very competitive and you get lots better parts.

I went here for a battery for my car, and they are just a bit over priced. other than that, the staff that I met was friendly, and seemed well educated. Although they hesitated when I asked them to charge the battery, even though their sign outside says that they charge batteries for free, he just kept ranting about how it wouldn't work again the next day, as if they were trying to make me buy a battery from this place. I don't think I will ever be going back here. I got my battery at Walmart for a much cheaper price instead.

We ordered a part Friday, we went to pick it up Saturday at 2:03 PM and even though Google says they are open till 5 they are not. When the guy finally comes to the door he tells us that we can't get the part until Monday now that the computers are down and alarm is set.... you've created a hardship for me closing early, speaking with me and not trying to help me get what I have already paid for. Thanks alot!!

This NAPA is the worst one yet. My husband drives a semi and they NEVER have anything in stock. This store either needs to hire a whole new crew, that knows what's going on, or shut the doors.

The three employees working in there argued over who "HAD" to help me. The one who asked me if I needed anything might as well of said, "Go away, we are not interested in helping people today".
