We had a great experience at this shop. Called ahead , part was in stock and better priced than 3 other shops we called. Ryan the service writer did everything right, from getting us in on time, correct information about how long it will take and the biggest thing pricing! We had a LH fuel tank replaced on a 2015 Volvo 670 (was leaking Yea). Josh our mechanic was actually faster than originally quoted and had our truck put back together under 3.5 hours and the whole job was under $1700 which are the quotes we got from other dealers just to fix the tank, never mind replacing it.We know how hard it is to get a good repair shop in the trucking industries, so when we run across a good one we make a point of sharing that info and hope we can help to give this one some business and have them stay great. We will definitely be going back.

Great Toeing service. My son was broke down in Dublin Ga and had to be brought in to the Volvo dealership.

Worst dealership ever! They promised to fix our truck within 3 days, kept it for a week, then doubled repair price but still didn't start to work on it.If it be possible to give them 0 star rating, that would be a fair rate!

They took our semi in as a next in line after our warning light appeared. Their experience in working on trucks fixed our problem and explained what they did and what was further needed to work on in the future. Even though it was closing time they completed the job in a timely manner so we could make our delivery time. They were fast, friendly and fair. I would totally recommend any work you needed done on your truck.

I lease a truck from Volvo with the option to buy at the end of the lease. While having some warranty work done that wasn't covered by warranty, I assume while on a test drive my cb antenna was damaged along with a broken mirror. They refuse to do anything. I drive a 2022 vnr 640. The paint is peeling off the bumper in multiple places and it bubbles when it gets wet yet Volvo claims I hit something. My dad has dealt with this dealership for years now, but he's about to retire and when he's gone we won't be buying Volvos anymore. We'll be getting western stars. Shame what a couple of dollars and poor service will do to a customer. Don't worry about the antenna and mirror I'll buy a new one just not from there

The service guy was rude and they are very slow! I've been here 2 days for a quick fix on my air dryer I was also told I have 7 trucks ahead of me. I hope I never break down here again. The lounge sucks! It's hot in there and they wouldn't even turn the TV on and with that being said I give their tow truck driver Tate Harris is his name 5 stars he was very helpful and gave great conversation.

Overpriced service! Wanted to charge us almost $1000 just for diagnostics! Had to fight with them to get it down to $520, which is still a lot for not fixing anything, just telling us that there is oi&coolant leak, which we can see ourselves. We declined repairs due to overpriced charges. It was cheaper to tow the truck from GA to IL than fixing it there. They just charge what they feel like at the moment.When our diver was there, there were 4 more truckers fighting the charges with them.

They are going to work to get you taken care of. They work fast friendly staff and the mechanic George and his team are awesome!!!

My husband and I had our 2010 Volvo that kept derating put in their shop.Stopped in 7 hours later and over 700.00 with truck in service bay for less than 3 hours only to find out that black tape put on wire is very expensive.Service manager, mechanics and office staff very rude and unprofessional.Will never go back and would recommend that fellow truckers not go their.

Brand new truck. Only made one load and the steering wheel shook bad when brakes applied. Service manager wanted to know who was going to pay for it and said he wasn't eating the cost. Taking truck to dothan Volvo for now on.

Prices are exceptional in lobby area. Was pleased with the work but usually slow as they all are, just normal.

I was told that they would get my truck in when I arrived.... 2 days later I left and went elsewhere since they hadnt even looked in my trucks direction in those two days, the service manager is a real peice of work too, thinks the world revolves around him and him only

Please stay away from their service department.they made my problem worse and would not fix it.I think they did it on purpose.They also tried to get me to buy a transmission when they knew nothing was wrong with mine.I took mine to another shop they got everything straighten out in a couple of hours.Nacarato is the worst shop I ever been to in the whole United States,can t trust those guys.

I was there 5 days ,the manager told me I have 7 truck before me ,I said it's okay , I just want my truck to be fixed , the last day I was there at the shop the guy put my truck and start checking it after 10 min ,he said ur truck is fixed , I do no know how, now It shut down over the road with the same problems . The guys at the shop did nothing for my truck , it's a bad service , I never come back to this shop again

If u can go anywhere else,do it... The service manager acts like he is god... He knows drivers need their trucks asap and he plays omnipotent... I was stucked there for 3 days for a sensor...and he knew i was loaded...

Customer friendly good customer service will be coming back
