I had the pleasure of meeting Paige & Linda at the local Advance Auto in Thomson. They helped me to solve my issue and provided excellent customer service. They love their job. It was nice to see then work cohesively as a team. Thank you!

I price parts and purchase about half as much as I price however the price is the best it may even be cheaper no matter the cost the service is always great bring ur tag number in and that can tell u what ur car is that's so nice they will even go out and get it since they were so helpful I try and be respectful and bring my tag number in and always be patient u may not be the customer at hand u will enjoy ur visite

Tangie at Advance checked my battery, alternator, and starter this morning with efficiency and when it was determined my problem was the battery she sold me a new one and installed it and I was on my way in little time. Great service!

Very good customer service. They were extremely busy but kept letting me know they would be with me when they could. I could find the item I needed but they looked it up, didnt have one on the floor and found it in the back. While they were waiting on me, they did the same for the other customers telling them they would be with them when they could. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

The employees at this location have always be courteous and willing to help in anyway they can. There have only been a couple of time that they did not have what I needed.

If I could give this store 100 stars, I would! Our car s alternator died late at night, so we had to wait until the morning to call Advance Auto. Ms Melissa was such a huge help, she couldn t have done better. She got all of the parts and had Mr. Jimmy delivered them to us and made sure we were alright. Thank you so much! Top notch in our case!!34 class A motorhome in need of front brake pads. Had them in stock. Even had a choice of quality. Took the best. I asked if they knew someone to install them as we were unable to get ANY garage to do them. All were busy. 1 week, 2 weeks We are Canadian snowbirds needing to get back to Canada soon. They referred Bernard! Call him up. Job was done by end of afternoon!!!Thank you girls at the counter for referral. Thank you Bernard for very courteous and honest service! I needed some spark plugs for my car and for my son's car. Kim S. helped me with what I needed! If I could rate more than 5 stars just on the customer service I received by Kim, I would give the highest rating possible!! I wasn't having a very good day and I don't think her day was going any better... but by the time I left out of the store, both of us was laughing!! Thank you Kim S for being the person you are!! Keep up the good work!!! I appreciate your kindness and your great attitude and I especially appreciate YOU!!

Came by here two and a half years ago because my car was not cranking up, overheated after a long trip. The guy and gal who helped me were very helpful and gave me some helpful advice on getting home, as I did not have the money to buy a new battery right away.

Very helpful with an attempt to purchase a battery. Took 2 kinds of batteries and compared. Was trying to see if I could swap one purchased previous. Ended up not getting one. Good service on Sunday.

Courteous and helpful staffThey are proactive about signing you up for their loyalty program which, if you own a bunch of hoopties like I do, you are always buying parts and tools. Their loyalty program, "Speed Perks" sends you random text messages with a 20% off discount code, as well as an e-gift card for $20 off any purchase of $50.00. Make sure they put your phone number in every time you make a purchase as this is what triggers your next discount code. I literally bought $200 worth of parts and fluids for about $110 last month. Can't beat it.

Fantastic and friendly associates! Kimberly gladly checked out my battery and alternator. She fast charged the battery and said it should be fine. 2 thumbs up to her!

The manager on duty ( Eddy) was awesome. I was across the street at auto zone buying a headlight and was attempting to change it out myself while 3 employees 2 of them managers just watched through the window. I had called this location and spoke with Eddy and he had the light bulb and was ready to replace it for me. I am so grateful that he did it. I am away from home and am traveling to VA. Kudos to Eddy for his kindness and willingness to help an out of towner. Now I will be a loyal customerThanks again Eddy.Penny Ramsdell

Nothing but great things to say about the employees here at advanced in Thomson Ga. Ive seen them go out of there way to explain things recommend and help people. They do have better pricing than other parts suppliers and offer discounts. If your doing a project which requires alot of parts the speed perks add up. Ive got alot of experience buying and repairing cars mostly my own through the years. So heres my list of pros and cons of advanced. Pros, the employees and pricing and quality of parts. They never have given me an issue if ive had to return something. They offer warrantys on there parts sold and have options when needing parts. The only reason i give them 4 stars is they have overpriced low quality unreliable tools.

Very nice people ...took me in despise a fact that my broker made appt for a wrong date...they took me in day early(had to beg little...but that ok)and 30 min later i was out....easy on and off
