I am truly scared of this outfit - 4 months , wasted , no parts - huge financial loss for me. NEVER AGAIN. I would advise you all to read the 1 star reviews on service, because that was my experience as well.

Excellent variety of products. Sales person is great...not high pressure at all. I recommend them for outdoor products. They have a very robust supply of golf carts and outdoor lawn equipment. I was a little confused by the moving target known as price. I would get one price online, two prices from a sales person, and a lesser price from a competitor. Nonetheless, this is an honest business as evidenced by the large number of repeat customers. It is an outdoor persons dream center. DO I want a Golf cart? Perhaps a tractor for deer season. They have a vast selection of all outdoor equipment imaginable! I am in the process of buying a Golf Cart currently so I will report again soon!

I got Yamaha golf cart recall work done and found some things I wanted while I browsed. Friendly staff eager to help. They load and unload and answer all your questions. I bought a new golf cart there and it is outstanding and the price was right.

Brought my bad boy mower in to get the deck leveled and some minor adjustments. Service was pretty good and they seem to have washed my mower for me when done. I will take it to them again. UPDATE: had my mower back there just to have the deck leveled. When I picked it up they had done several other maintenance things that I never asked for. Word of caution tell them exactly what you want done and get a signed work order.

This place has wasted my time and resources. I have a brand new tractor I purchase from them has a 120 hours on. It can't even get any parts for it. Can't get an answer as to when parts will arrive. When they could even get them to be shipped. Nothing. No answers, nothing. It's been 2 weeks now, Front loader hardline hydraulic broke. Sounded like a gunshot when it went off. The response of the people that have that work there is horrible they could care less. If your tractor works or not, they do absolutely nothing to help you? Except send you to John Deere. I should have bought a John Deere at this point.

We had been mowing with a 20 year old mower when it finally gave up the ghost. We did endless hours of research into what we wanted and decided on a Bad Boy. From the moment we contacted TNT we were impressed. Chip, the salesman helped us navigate the myriad different choices and we decided on the ZT Avenger. Chip assisted us through the seamless financing and we had our mower delivered the very next day to Monticello FL. Michael, the service manager was instrumental in ironing out those details. Now, the best part, when I finally had a chance to mow, the mower was tracking left. I googled and found no help. I YouTubed and found no help. The owner's manual was no help. I called and spoke with Michael the service manger to ask for advice and he promptly had one of the technicians call me. I really want to give a huge thanks to Todd Gibbs, the technician who called me. His advice was rock solid and after 5 minutes of adjusting one bolt my Avenger is driving straight as an arrow. Thank you to everyone at TNT for such friendly, knowledgeable staff and support after the sale. We would recommend TNT to anyone! And by the way, my 3 acre mow time has been reduced by 2/3.

I purchased a Deutz Fahr tractor from TNT & the customer service provided by Jim S. (service supervisor) & Tyler B. was superb. I was having difficulty using the machine & Jim arrange to have a technician, Tyler, examine the tractor for diagnosis & to give me an orientation on proper operation. Their diligence & commitment to me as a customer was outstanding & I m grateful to them & the TNT organization in assuring my safe use of a great tractor. I began my purchase by submitting an inquiry online. I was contacted within minutes by Chip Alexander and given information and pricing about the equipment I requested. Chip was completely professional and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner.After discussing pricing and searching around for which dealership could provide the best deal for what I needed, I contacted Chip again and provided him with all the numbers I was given. Chip came back with a number that was agreeable and sent us the paperwork via email.I signed all the paperwork and dropped it off and left with a brand new Gravely Pro Turn 160 for $2767.34 less than the Gravely stealership in Valdosta, GA.I will continue to travel to this Gravely Dealer for all future needs even though they are over an hour away. It pays to be honest with customers.

Chip was our sales rep that sold us our new Bad Boy mower. They didn't have exactly what we were looking for in stock, but he did a great job finding us a great alternative! We had everything pre-approved before we went up there. Caked this morning when the authorization number, and he had all the paperwork drawn up when we got there. We were literally in and out within 15 minutes! Great experience! Thank you Chip!

I had a great experience with tnt I drove to Thomasville from Hahira after speaking to the salesman Tanner over the phone when I got to the store he had all the paperwork ready and was very polite and professional . Hemade the whole process of purchasing easy. He even brought it to me because I didn't have a trailer.I will definitely be back to purchase again He has my business and I am send others to make purchases because of the way we were treated and the zt elite that I purchased runs great and he had it pulled to the front so I could see it right when I pulled inand by the way got the best price on the mower after shopping for 3 weeks trying to get a good deal. I have been in the retail business for 36 years and have NEVER written a review. I feel the team at TNT Superstore, especially Richard earned it. I just purchased a Club Car golf cart and some accessories from Richard. I can say without any hesitation or reservation, it was truly one of the best, most professional experiences I have had. I am from out of state, I purchased the vehicle from their description and pictures. It is rare today, for someone to exceed your expectations, but Richard did exactly that. If you are in the market for a golf cart or golf accessories, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Richard, you will glad you did!

Brought my Bad Boy zero turn here for its first service and to get some accessories. Didn't buy it here because they couldn't come close to matching the price I got at another store using a one day 10% discount. But it will always come here for service after the outstanding experience I had on my first visit.When i called to make an appt. I spoke with Service and Parts Mgr, Keisha King. She was courteous and professional in informing me what the accessories would cost, and I was surprised to learn that TnT carried them in stock.But it only gets better. This is probably the busiest time of year for vendors that maintain and repair lawn tractors. Other vendors I've dealt with quoted turn-around times of 1 to 3 weeks. Keisha and her team got my mower serviced and the new parts installed in just one day. The charges were reasonable, the service fully met my expectations and Keisha and her colleagues were a pleasure to deal with.The drive to Thomasville is well worth it to get this quality of service and to feel appreciated as a customer.

TNT was great to work with. Made purchase for Christmas of 2020 and they delivered as promised. Customer service was great... very friendly and helpful with technical guidance on product purchased. Will not hesitate to use again. Thanks TNT!

Do not take anything here for service! They charged me for cleaning out my fuel lines, tank and carburetor. We got it back and it only ran for 30 mins. I called and they said they would come pick it up. I get a call from them a week later wanting to charge me AGAIN for something they supposedly had already done and to top it off, they charged me for coming to pick it up!! Very poor service.. never again. You would think purchasing a $10k Gravely from them, you would receive better service than this. This is the first time I've ever posted a bad review, but this is just not right.

I was in the market for a utv of some type. I emailed with Brason to start then met him at the store. He already had matched a Yamaha golf cart to meet my wants both astetically and financially (lowest price anywhere for this cart well equipped). He was patient and helpful with the customization I needed. Great job on matching my wife and I on what SHE wanted. Will be back to by more.

This is really a 2.5 Star review but will round up to next star. There is no denying that TNT has a great inventory and competitive prices. My beautiful wife and I bought a brand new Gas Powered Golf Cart by EZ-GO called "The Beast" from them recently. Its a $9K machine and we love it. However it was pretty much a factory lemon, which is no fault of TNT.After roughly 3 months from our purchase it would randomly die due to a throttle body issue. We took it into service and it was supposedly fixed after 4 days in their shop and the problem was addressed and I was shown what was the issue. A simple fix technically speaking.Within 2 weeks the same thing occurred once again so I knew how to fix it. Had to pop open the seat and use pliers to wiggle the throttle body and it would be good for 5-10 mins or so. The cart still worked but was a pain due to it just dying all the time and having to hop off and fix it. It is a 4 month old $9K cart and I would expect it to be good for at least a couple years.So here is my grip. I call TNT to notify them that the issue has not been fixed and they ask me to bring it in to which I reply no problem. However after we brought it in it took them over 5 weeks to fix the problem. It was just a throttle cable and spring. They ordered a new rear end and upper engine assembly from a place in Middle Georgia and said the parts were on back order and gave a few other excuses on why it was taking so long for our 4 month old cart to be fixed. EZ-GO parts are easy to find and the internet is flooded with aftermarket parts. I honestly believe they simply forgot about our cart.They did not charge us for the service due to it having a 2 year warranty from the factory, but 5 weeks to service a new cart that had a simple lemon part is a little excessive. They did provide a loaner cart around week 4 to us after pestering them at least a dozen times on what was taking so long.I WILL ABSOLUTELY continue to do business with TNT but the service department has left a slight bitter taste and will follow up with daily phone calls to ensure the service is actually being conducted.

Went into parts department with my my Shindaiwa trimmer. Two people sitting there looking at their computers. Finally the lady looks up and I ask if they have the eyelets that go where the string comes out. She just looks at me and said "No". That was it. No offer to look if they could get it or any other response. Some of the rudest people I have encountered here in Thomasville.

I just want the people to know the experience that I have had with this place and they can make their minds up on their own. I took my ez go golf cart there to have it fixed. It needed new batteries and a electronic brake motor is what I was told after they had over looked it. They proceeded with the repairs without even calling and asking if I wanted them to proceed with the cart but they had no problem calling me and letting me know that i can pick it up after i give them $1,478.00 for the repairs. I knew it was probably going to be high before i even took it over there but a call with an estimate would have been appreciated. After a week and just before Christmas I was finally able to get on it and go for a ride, so I got my daughters on it and we went for a little ride. Well it was about 8 minutes into the ride that the batteries started to die down quick it started slowing down to a crawl and smelling like something was burning. I kept having to switch it off and back on just to get it to start back moving. After we finally made it back to the house I was furious and called up there and talked to Jeff and he assured me that they would come pick it up and get fixed. Jeff said that they could not get it till Wednesday the 26th of December and I told him that was fine. I had not heard from them on the 26th so I called and I was told that something happened to their driver and would not be able to get it but they would definitely get someone else and would get it on the 27th. Well again I had to call and ask where they were at and again I was told the same story but they would definitely be there to get it on the 28th. My thing is that "do you not test the carts once you repair them!!!" so far I am not a happy customer with them and I am not satisfied with the way I have been treated. One way or another I will have my cart fixed properly with the respect and decency that I am paying for. You do not take advantage of people that are giving you business and paying you their hard earned money!!!

My husband and I went to check on getting a mower. We spoke with Brice (?). He told us to give him 10 mins. or so and he would have an answer for us. Go figure 3 days later and we have still not heard from him. My husband stated he had called a couple of times before (not back to back) and each time they were rude. Needless to say they lost our business.

I purchased a used golf cart The sales person knew it was not right came home with it call back the next day they came and picked it up had it for a week get it back a few days later it's still not right it's more things not right now sales person told me he was going to have service to give me a call still waiting on that call not happy at all if they make it right I give them new review thanks chip you should have told me

Only good things to say about the crew at TNT. They have worked with me trough a bumpy start with my new mower and I couldn't be more pleased with them.I bought a new 2017 Exmark mower from TNT in 2019, since this mower had been in inventory for some time I recieved a nice price break on it. When I came to pick it up, the mower wouldn't start! Turns out the PTO switch went bad so they replaced it on the spot and within 30 min I was on the way home with my new mower. Days later I discovered the seat back had rotted out. I went to the service dept and the seat was replaced no questions asked. I'm back in busness loving my new Exmark until Yep! the belt broke with 4.2 hours on the machine. Again I called TNT and again they took care of me, no charge! I have had a bumpy start with this mower but since it sat on the lot for over a year I really can't complain. TNT has been great about everything and The Exmark is now working like it should.Had I been a little more patient with them and not taken the mower so quickly I'm sure at least the PTO switch and the Seat would have been taken care of before I picked up the mower but like most guys I was excited to play with my new toy.

Would not do business with them if possible. I brought a tractor to them which had a broken muffler. It started out that they said they could fix it and if I wanted to see if it was under warranty I would have to call Mahindra which is ridiculous in itself. I called and talked to Mahindra and they told me it was under warranty and gave me the "bulletin" number to give to TNT while also commenting that I should not have had to look into it myself. I brought the tractor up there, got it fixed, picked it up, and then a month later got a $450 bill and they said it actually was not under warranty and the bulletin was more of an "FYI these are the parts you need". Well I called Mahindra again who looked into it and they told me that it was under warranty and the only reason the claim was denied was because TNT threw the part away without taking a picture of it to prove it was broke. And then they lied to me to try and stick me with their $450 mistake. All in all corporate Mahindra's customer service was great but TNT are basically thieves in my book.

I have bought two different golf carts from here from Chip. I usually do my research ahead of time so Chip's no pressure approach works great for me; I ask some questions (on things I don't know) and he gives me the answers. He works well with me and this sales approach.
