The best service of any Thermo King I've had. APU fixed after 2 other TK locations misdiagnosed and didn't resolve the issue. Staff was accommodating as well. Thank you Thermo King!

Great people working here! Professional and courteous. Got me in and out within 2 hrs and fixed my Tripac APU. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants their stuff fixed the right way!

Great experience with these guys great team working there. Everybody is knowledgeable and very attentive. Was able to get me in repair my APU Tri-Pak, and I was out within a couple of hours. very reasonable on the prices the management is very attentive to their customers, and very friendly and welcoming.. thank you I will be referring lots of my friends in the trucking industry who have AP use and refrigerators on the units. Great location right off of I 16.

Great people and great service. Had an issue with my APU. The technician diagnosed the problem. He not only repaired the existing problem but called attention to and repaired what would an issue in the near future. That's the kind of people with whom I like doing business.

I appreciate a facility that is too busy. Business is good!! Arrived by 0900 on Thursday. No appointment, just an apu failure. Pulled up to "Triage" area. Parked and went to Service. Explained APU was shutting down and not charging, probably Alt failure (common issue). Told that diagnosis could not occur until Monday! " did I want to make appointment for Monday"..Business IS good!! 5 days to ck er out!!Noo problem, Drove 130 miles south . T/K in Jacksonville....by 1630 Fixed... !Savanna Love..!.. Business is Good in SC T/K..Triage lane ?? = U turn..All good !! I'm running again !! THX FL !! .I'll pass by n wave

We called for after hours service and the rep was complaining that he had to wake up and drive in to work. He put the computer on the unit and it had codes for low fuel, low oil pressure and a few more. He cleared the codes and said we were fixed. Charged us 685 as a flat rate for 30 minutes. The unit broke down again and we brought it to thermoming in Florida and they fixed the issue. It was clogged fuel line and screens. It took less than an hour to fix properly. This location didn't care about us about to lose a load of seafood but only wanted to go back to bed.

Great parts department. Whenever I call for TK parts, Tony and Shannon are quick to help. If they don't have it, they'll tell me when I can expect it. Very helpful, great customer service. Great job, keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

We arrived as they were closing for the day. We were just going to purchase the parts to fix our heater. We asked if they could do the job the next day. We spent the night and were out by noon.The technician was very thorough. Cleaned everything and replaced the parts. So glad we had them do the work. We definitely recommend this place. Nice people and competent technicians. The price was very reasonable. Great experience!

Made an appointment the day b4 for a APU service got me right in and only took about an hr and 1/2 very friendly I live right up the road I will definitely be back fast and professional I definitely recommend coming here

Awesome shop. The tech Eric was awesome diagnosing and repairing my reefer. After-hours repair. The final bill for repairs was good. They don't try to screw you or your company. Will recommend.

I bought a used APU one year ago and have had no issues with it. The guys in the garage and service did an absolutely awesome job and John in sales went over and above to get me a good unit THANKS AGAIN GUYS !!!! Would highly recommend Thermal King of Savannah.

This Thermo King shop makes all the other Thermo Kings looks bad. I've been here a few times and always drive away feeling pleased. I made a call last night approximately 11:30 and that was transferred to a technician name Colt. After I told him what my problem was he said if I would like to go to the shop he would be there within a half an hour. 15 minutes later I turned up and there he was sitting in the parking lot waiting for me. He diagnosed the problems which was my starter even tho I thought it was the batteries and in less than an hour he had me back on the road. I've heard of some horror stories with Thermo King of their prices but this Thermo King at 1234 Dean Forest Road in Savannah Georgia is simply the best with prices and service. COLT I want to thank you for your fast and efficient service, keep up the great work. God bless you Bro.

Yea you take your apu in for a service they say they serviced it and you pay your huge bill you go to turn it on and it won't run. So we called them they said well huh wonder why. Yea I wouldn't use this shop.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, turn around time was around 2hrs for Alternator and belt replacement on tripac APU... ran out of hours, they allowed me to park on site, Pleased with the service, if traveling from I-16 , will need to U-turn ... But no sweat... There's a nice U-turn for trucks just after you pass TK. ( Much better service and kindness than other Georgia TK Options)

Did a great job. Listen to my explanation of what I had going on. Got to it promptly & efficiently. Overall god experience.Note: coming off I-16 you have to go past the location & make a u turn to get back to the location.

I have had multiple dealing with the Thermo King shop in Savannah Ga. And have found on all occasions that the office and shop staff have been very knowledgeable and courteous. The personal there, I have seen, will go above and sometimes beyond the call of duty to help their customers. I have used other Thermo King shops across the country. But if I can wait on repair or service I always go back to the Savannah Ga. location.

Great place to bring your apu for repair very fair pricing.my mechanic was dave very knowledgeable and nice he explain everything and found my problem within mins l will definitely come back here whenever in the area

Fast, friendly, accurate diagnosis and repair. Excellent shop each time I need them. In and out in 45 minutes for a minor repair.
