Apr 7th 2023. Haven't seen any recent reviews. So let me share mine. My son, wife, and son best friend and I was returning from a highschool wrestling tournament in VA beach on way back to Florida. It's 12 hour driving trip one way. Our bmw has run flat tires, but the sidewall blew out. This is Sunday. No dealership or any places open. They was open. Talked to a road ranger named Kevin and he was a big help. Got me in touch with Anthony I assume. He messaged me and called me and had tire that would work to fit my odd size tire on my bmw SUV. So he went and found it and dispatched Joey to us. Joey came out to us with it and installed on spot. I cannot complain. Was in a serious crunch and these 3 gentlemen went up and beyond to help me, my family, and sons teammate (and best friend) get home. Made it home safe. I really appreciate them. The world needs more folks like them.

NO FAITH. Very bad experience with these people and their garbage used tires. Yes, one accepts the risk that comes with buying a used product. But that does not relieve the seller from using good discretion when obtaining used products for resale. Also, when a customer brings up an issue, a professional works to resolve it, not outright refuse to offer some kind of assistance.In today's world, every penny counts. Businesses like this exist to help offset the financial burden of owning a vehicle. Instead, this one cost me hundreds of dollars. Never again. CAVEAT EMPTOR, folks!

These guys are my heroes! Popped a tire downtown and discovered our spare was also useless. Called in a panic, and they came and got us fixed up in 30 minutes. Even took the time to repair our spare out of kindness. Super professional, kind and genuine people. They'll be our first call anytime we have trouble!

You only got one star so I could put this comment. They are so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I purchased a tire from them a month ago just to find out it was a bad one. When I called them for an explanation he said that a hole magically appeared and caused my tire to be bad then hung up in the face. When I tried calling back he started sending me to voice-mail. Now I have to spend more money to actually get a new good tire. Would not recommend to anyone. No one said anything about a hole now and I will not react my review just because you don't like it

My RV tire blew while traveling 95N on a Sunday morning. No one would come fix it. No one would come tow us. I called Tony and he was true to his word. Got exactly what we needed and in the time frame he promised! It is good to know that there are good, reputable, small businesses around.

The service provided by the Faith's 24 hour Mobile repair company way nothing short of a blessing! Not only did we have a bad tire, the last bolt was stripped. To add insult to injury, the cellular service was out only for Verizon users. The driver, drove through the neighborhood, but was not able to call. So he drove out of the way until he got a signal. AND HE ACTUALLY CAME BACK!!!This company understands the importance of an emergency. highly recommend there service.

They were the only ones who answered my call on Christmas Day when everyone else was closed and no one would help me. I was stuck with two tires that had already the metal and threading showing through and I desperately needed help so that I could continue driving up to New York. I got a flat tire Saturday early evening while visiting Tybee Island and these guys were lifesavers. From making the first phone call to getting a new tire put on (20 miles away from this shop), we waited just over an hour. Was blown away by how fast and professional Joey was once arriving at my vehicle and would highly recommend him and the team. Thanks again guys for saving our weekend! 10/10

I was leaving work one Sunday morning and hit an object in the road and it ripped my tire off and destroyed my rim I called all around Savannah and no one would answer or either they wouldn t come out My USAA insurance even sent someone out and he was with Jack Rabbit (horrible service). He couldn t even remove the tire and didn t bring the correct tools. So my insurance called a tow truck which would take over 90 mins!! I finally got in contact with Joey of Faiths 24 hr service and he said he could get to me before the tow truck and he did! He was even able to get the tire off in less than 5 mins! He put my spare on and I was on my way after waiting for my insurance to save me for 3 hours and after no one in Savannah would answer my calls on a Sunday. I m a military spouse and this means a lot because when our husbands are deployed, everything goes wrong. They came to my rescue and the price was reasonable. KUDOS!

We were on vacation in Savannah. Woke up to find our tire flat in the hotel parking lot. Faith's and the hotel concierge took care of everything while we were out sight seeing. Thanks!

I'm very disappointed I got2 front tires replaced I go here whenever my vehicles need tires I went Wednesday I hadn't driven it since than I stay near the shop I drove it today my lug nuts are loose I reached out to the owner he's response was disappointing I gottenI have the messages but I don't have option to post basically he saying it's my fault I should've retighten them I never experienced something like this I thought he would make a wrong right the guy works there isn't the same guy I even had to help assist him putting air in my tire and the owner tells me do he need to go watch video seeing the guy tighten them I told him do what you got to do I could've really been hurt tonight but GodBe careful choosing them

We were heading home from Florida vacation and ended up on the side of the road with a flat tire. We called this company to come help us and they were very nice and polite said they would get us a tire and would be out to us as soon as they could. We waited a little over an hour but it was worth it. He got out tire on and we were back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them!! Thank you so much!!

I literally got a flat tire in the middle of Savannah and I was totally panicking. Even felt very unsure or sending a deposit to someone that I didn t know. Little did I know I really had nothing to worry about! These people are so trusting and professional! Got to me within an hour brought a tire to me and put it on as well. Such a great professional trusting and caring people. I will definitely use this service in the future if I have any other tire troubles!!

We were headed back from Georgia back to Jacksonville Florida our tire blew. We were going south on 95 drivers going 75 mph and very wet conditions. It took sometimes to get service out to us but when we did it was excellent. Thank you so much we made it back safe. Thank you Dave

After our AAA service blew us off, I called a couple of 24 hour services. Some of them never answered, or told us to leave a message, but the box was full. Tony answered on the first ring. He explained that it might be a wait, but meanwhile, he made sure we had everything we'd need once the repair truck got to us. Sure enough, Joey showed up (early), and had us on back on the road in 20 minutes. I can't tell you how wonderful they were. Especially considering it was 12:30 am! I will no hesitate to use them again, the next time we are in town.

These guys are incredible. My parents had a flat tire in Macon, GA on a trip to Cumberland Island. AAA assisted them in putting a spare on but since it was late I was worried about their safety if something happened to the spare so I called these guys and they met my parents at a service station in Savannah. Their tire wasn t fixable so Faith s towed them to their warehouse where they sold and installed a used tire that my parents said worked perfectly the rest of their trip. They said the two guys were incredible nice, knowledgeable, and professional. We owe a great deal of gratitude to companies and individuals like this that work odd hours, long shifts, and provide services that few offer. Thank you Faith s 24 Hour Mobile Used Tire Service!

A psycho bust all 4 of my tires. I was stuck on what to do. I google mobile tire service and Faith 24hours tire service was the only local provider in Savannah. I called he assured me he could get it done. Paid my deposit and he got straight to my car. He changed all 4 tires at my apartment complex within no time. I 100% recommend Faith 24 hours tire service to anyone needing help with tire sure will call them again. Thanks so much for your service. I truly appreciate you and what you do. These guys were Amazing! Popped a tire on 95 heading North on Labor Day weekend! They were the only shop that could bring a tire to us and replace it!! They responded right away and got us back on the road! Thanks Fred and Tony!

I was driving 13 hours from Maryland to Florida and just north of Savannah I hit something on I95 that blew BOTH passenger side tires. It was near midnight and freezing cold but these guys didn't hesitate to come right out. They changed out my tires and sent me on my way for an incredibly fair price considering all of the circumstances. It sucked that it had to happen, but I'm incredibly happy that it happened where it did to get such great service. I would definitely recommend using their service!

I woke up to all 4 of my tires being slashed, called, and they were able to come to my home and replaced all 4 times. The tires are great quality and decent priced. Will recommend

These guys were a life saver. Fixed a flat (nail in tire) while my wife was working a 12 hour day shift, so she couldn't take it anywhere herself during business hours. She travels for her job, and was 4 hours from home, so I couldn't take care of it. Faith's Mobile service came to hospital and finished the job in 15 minutes! Super nice, friendly service. Very pleased, and wish these guys much success. Five star, A+ rating!

Had an employee pop a tire on our dually work truck. The truck tire was not a common size tire. Called Faiths and within 2.5 hours they had a brand new tire on the truck and were were rolling again. Thank you faiths, outstanding service!!!

Joey was magnificent, polite, respectful and extremely prompt on arrival. He changed our tire in a matter of 30 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend Faiths 24 Hour Tire Repair Mobile Service.

We had a blow out when traveling near Savannah, GA. It was after 7:00pm and all the tire shops were closed. I found Faith s on google. They answered right away. Took the information about my tire and said he was on his way to a job and would get us next. Got us back on the road! Fast service, good communication. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Driving through Savannah GA, noticed my car had a new "vibration". Pulled over at gas station and noticed my tire was "wavy". All tire stores were closed so I looked for 24-hour shops. Faith's 24-hour Mobile Used Tire Service let me text pictures. Turns out the steel belt was coming apart! I've never seen anything like it: they came to me, took the tire off the rim, replaced it and had me back on the road quickly. Wow! Great service (and at a reasonable price!) Safe and smooth ride all the way home!) Definitely recommend!!

I live in Charleston, but sometimes commute to Savannah for work. Tonight, after a long grueling shift at the port, I was driving home at midnight and blew my right rear tire. AAA never responded to me, and all the other towing companies or tire stores I called said I was on my own. And there were literally no vacancies at any hotel or motel in the surrounding areas (I checked). Luckily I was able to get my tire changed to a spare and limp my way to Faith s 24 hour used tire services. Please keep in mind that at this point, it s 0300. These guys happily replaced my punctured tire and sent me on my way home to sleep in my own bed. Great customer service, even when I most likely dragged them out of bed. Highly recommend.

This man with Faith Tires was incredible! First off he got to me almost 20 minutes sooner than he said. Next he was quick and very polite. I have made the decision to lock him in and share his info with everyone I know in the Savannah area. Thank you so much for your excellent service

I recently got stuck on Bay Street and panicked trying to find somewhere to help. When I found Faith s I was relieved to find a service that would bring and replace a tire for me. I was told an hour to an hour and a half wait so i waited and two and a half hours later i start trying to contact again with no answer from anyone. Around 3 hours I received a text saying they had fallen asleep after speaking to me and to call their tech. Once contacting the tech he told me that all he was ever told was Bay Street so he didn t even know how to get to me had the boss not fallen asleep anyway. The tech told me it would be thirty minutes so an hour and a half later i start calling. They finally arrive and tell me I would be out of there in twenty minutes. An hour passes and the guy tells me he thinks I will be fine but if I woke up and had a flat to contact and let them know and it would be replaced for free. I have texted and called the tech as instructed on multiple days and have heard nothing. This experience costed 150$ and now i have to buy another tire and pay for a towing service.
