Dropped truck off for an appointment on a Saturday, that was made a month in advance, with listed problems that needed to be addressed, along with an oil change and tire rotation. Lady that was checking me in seemed shocked about the problems that needed to be addressed since it was a Saturday, and didn't bother telling me then that they wouldn't be taken care of. Never received a phone call about the status of my truck throughout the day and by the time I got off work, the service shop was closed. A salesman had to make a few phone calls to find my key and get the status of my truck. He was able to retrieve my key and informed me that no work had been done due to a certain kind of tech would have to look at my dash, visor and window, and they only work during the week and not weekends. Never was it stated I was leaving my truck over the weekend, just that I was dropping it off for the day to get the work done. Now I have to make another appointment, apparently during the week, to get those 3 problems looked at, then most likely another to have them fixed. All the while, I shouldn't have to be making appointments for oil changes and tire rotations as I paid for the convenience of the warranty that allows me to use the express lane and not need an appointment. But since they say they are short staffed, they won't honor that part of the warranty. Highly disappointed and aggravated with the whole situation.

I had a wonderful experience with Calvin Harris regarding a situation with my tire. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled. Go check him out if you want fast results! Excellent customer service!

Angela was incredibly accommodating to my drop in service I needed performed. Although, they require appointments, I was able to leave the Jeep with the dealership and gave them ample time to perform the task. Angela was quite pleasant and appeared to me that she enjoyed her position and wanted to be there.

Charged 600 for a WORNG DIAGNOSIS personally told tech there was nothing wrong with my alternator. Technician told me he tested alternator and it read 16v told him it was nothing wrong with my alternator it was brand new he then told me my alternator had to a year plus or older smh. Told him it was my ECM he said no it s fine reading good!! Long story short had the Alternator tested it came in at 14volts. Long story short the ECM WAS BAD!!! If you re looking for experience and quality it s a no for ME!

Not the best experience here with Angela Hightower. Asked for another rep next time in hopes of better service and appreciation of your customers time. Dropped my truck off to have basic service done while also getting my tire pressure monitors reset and fixed after getting new tires. I noticed my parking break was broken upon arrival, which I broke in the mountains the week prior. Angela said my vehicle would be ready at 1500, and would get a call for updates. I got a call but never a voicemail as I was busy at work, and later was told my voicemail was full when it was indeed not. I called myself and she or someone walked to the back to check, and then was supposed to call back and never did. I then called again and was told she was at lunch. So I kept texting the number and got nothing, so I showed up at 1500 to check what was going on with my truck with the one ride I had, just to be told it s not ready and would be another hour. Then stranded, I started to walk back to my office to get work done and thankfully another lady offered me a ride to save my time and money. I then can back at 5 after getting ANOTHER Uber and go to get in my truck and the break was untouched, as well as my tire pressure monitors. I spent the 450-500 on the basic service recommended and got none of the work I actually dropped it off for, just to be told I d have to come back a month later. Not sure why she thought I was at her mercy on time that day, but I have a career and when I set an appointment for a month out in the first place, I expect to have the appropriate work done. Do not come here if you value your time, because Angela does not.

Overall Staff was nice. Just a few things I just don t understand. To have a Diagnostic done on my vehicle for possible suspension issues and the battery that was brought from this same company. I will be charged twice. Bc a battery diagnostic is different. To me it s doesn t make since. Then bc two of my back tires thread was a little low they didn t want to do the diagnostic at all. Make that make since.

Angie was extremely nice on this visit. However, this appointment was made because they did not honor my original SCHEDULED appointment. They stated I didn t have an initial appointment even though I had an email confirmation. When trying to show them the email, they stated, I don t care what you have on your phone. We don t have you on our schedule and we are not fitting you in. Angie is the only reason for the score. If not for her, you would be getting a zero . Oh, and I told you in person, my name is not Brian. I don t know where you got that information. But this survey request came in that name.

Appointment was made a month earlier was a little bit of confusion at first,but they caught mistakes and then everything else was fine.the first time in for recall computerized valve stem problems.they fixed it,but when i got in car air pressure was way low in one tire.a razor blade from there shop was the culprit......they told me if i left and then found it ...it was all on me for new tire..2,200miles on brand new carThis time it was smoother wind shield washer pipe under hood between hood and hood insulation came apart.im satisfied fixed it in 1 hour.

I took my Pacifica in for a door problem under warranty. It took three weeks to get the appointment. Part needed was ordered, another three weeks wait. Had to then wait another three weeks for repair appointment which was cancelled by dealer as I was pulling into their service area. Another three weeks wait for next appointment. Was cancelled by dealer the day before the appointment. I now get to wait another three weeks.Service here is abysmal. I do not know what the underlying causes are for such a poorly organized business, but it is not well run. The work they perform has been satisfactory, but since I have owned my van since January, every service I try to schedule is similar with appointments being weeks out.I may be forced to find an independent service facility who can provide timely assistance.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Terrible communication. It took four days to do a recall and rotate tires. Then they told me they couldn t replicate the two other issues my vehicle was also there for. Though the issues were obviously apparent as I drove away from the dealership.I called their service department on a Saturday from opening time until closing time to get the status of my vehicle. They NEVER answered the phone.I would never have gone if it weren t for the safety recall. AVOID!!

I don't have enough time to talk about everything they have done to me but all I can say is that this is the worst place I have ever been to. I have had very bad experience starting with the sale department and most recently with the service department.

I called several places to try and get my car serviced. They were the only place that actually answered the phone and were pleasant to talk with. I had left messages, text, and emails at the other places I called. I ve still not heard from them. Anyway, we made setup an appointment to have my car serviced.Whe I arrived for my appointment, I was met at my car when I pulled up. The lady was extremely friendly and helpful, as were everyone else I met there. I stayed in their customer lounge while they worked on my car.Great experience !!!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair

I left without getting my oil changed. I won't ever go back. I have had this problem before and I told the woman that took my reservation that I would not wait. Thirty minutes after my appointment was to start I left. I even showed up an hour early. I bust my hump to get there, and you can't honor your end of the agreement. Ill give my money to someone else.

Bought a used F150 a few months ago. Sales and Finance were very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they stayed past closing to complete the paperwork. The maintenance/services department is also very friendly and helpful. So far, they are the best part of my experience.The truck needed to be detailed (dog hair and residues). I was assured it d be taken care of by sales. Sadly when I picked it up the next day, the inside was not touched, and I took it home anyway.A part was missing from the vehicle and I was able to get it added to the contract. About two months go by and I call the dealership to ask for the part s status. Go to find out, the sales team did not communicate with parts to place the part on order. It took a few calls to actually get ahold of a sales manager to help me. Day of my first service appointment was canceled an hour prior. The second appointment, we discovered that the wrong part was ordered.Thankfully the part has come in and I will be getting it installed soon. I understand that things happen but simple miscommunications has really added up in time dealing with and waiting for this issue to be resolved.My experience hasn t been so bad that I would never buy from them again, but I would only purchase Chrysler owned makes, since it seems like they care and know way more about those vehicles.

Very disappointed with the recent service from the service area of Step One Automotive. Not only did they have my car for 21 days but when l picked it up the oil light was on and my driver side seat panel was broken. So l needed to leave my car again for them to replace the oil pump sensor. I called corporate to express disappointment l was told someone would be in touch in 24 hours, however l still have not heard back from them. This service department has been nothing but problems each few times l have had to leave my Jeep with them. Such disappointing service.

Fortunately This was a very good experience this time .....Much different than a month ago when I went there after having an appointment set by corporate when I got there they told me that I did not have an appointment to get my oil changed even though I had left my car the night before and I could show them the email showing that I most certainly did have an appointment that left a bad taste in my mouth ! I know they ve had a very difficult time keeping service managers but that was very unprofessional !I definitely do love my Dodge truck and I expect to get good service when you spend that kind of money on a brand new truck !Services: Tires, Auto maintenance, Oil change

As always, I go in for a special package deal (that didnt happen) and receive the basic tire Rotation and oil change not knowing exactly what going on in the back or ifthey doing what is needed to your car when its out of sight and as always they screwed up, Then want to blame their incompetenceon lack of employees. Never again!!!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
