First-time solo car buyer here! Shopping for cars can be nerve-racking and anxiety inducing, but that was not my case. Shottenkirk Nissan (but more specifically Sarah-Kate Pelfrey and Andrew Todd) went out of their way to make the car buying experience as smooth as possible. Sarah found me the perfect car and Andrew worked diligently to find me the best (and I mean best) interest rate possible. Trading in my car was easy, and I drove out in something I love thanks to them. I have found a new loyalty to Shottenkirk because of these two! You won't regret making a purchase at Shottenkirk Nissan Rome.

They were able to fix my Altima at a reasonable price. Another dealership has quoted me $2100 for a repair. I called for a second opinion and Nissan was able to fix the car for half of what the other dealership quoted. They have earned all of my future vehicle needs business.

Caleb Fill and the rest of the team were excellent and helped me get a great deal on my new car. There was slight problem with getting financing and they worked till the problem was fixed and got me in my new car!Caleb always kept me informed during the process and I will go to him if I am to ever going to buy another car.

They've been working on an ongoing issue for sometime. Nissan was contacted and the technician Eric really made this issue his mission to solve. I appreciate his hard work and dedication. He's still waiting for more info as to the possible cause in case it's not totally resolved.

Ephron was great!!! He took his time to answer all our questions, was very professional & informative about our new Nissan Pathfinder! He wasn t too pushy like most salesmen! Thanks for a wonderful experience & for calling us the next day just to check on us & see if we were still happy with our Pathfinder!!

Poor Customer Service. -Jaime Cachua Service Advisor.I live nearby and hoped that I could make this location my go to. In two years time I ve put 74,000 miles on my work truck (frontier). I ve grown up around cars, had many jobs working on cars. I know what it means to be a top quality automotive department. Shottenkirk Rome is not it. This dealer had my vehicle for a week to handle 3 separate issues. Driving it home and it still has the issue. The part they replaced to fix said issue was a $ 500 light assembly. A good mechanic or service department wouldn t give a vehicle back to a client still rattling and get an attitude with the customer when addressing the issue. Todays world either all of the good employees have gone or there are only one or two left and probably on their way out and being replaced by excuses like Jaime. Initially I wasn t going to make this review. Then I realized I m having to explain to the supervisor what the issue is. A good supervisor has a team that knows better than to handle things this way. Jaime cachua has cost this location my business along with 15 others.

Corey and the management team were amazing and patient as we got everything done. I love my new Kick. Definitely go see them if you want a new car!!! They definitely made the car buying experience enjoyable. They even called just to check and made sure we were still loving our new Kick. Best car buying experience ever!!!!

I have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson T was knowledgeable, and so pleasant to work with. I m in love with my car. I had no intentions of buying a new car, but after dealing with T and the other staff the offer was too good to pass up. I have and will recommend Shottenkirk Nissan in Rome Ga. to all friends and family. Thank you T. The whole experience was awesome.

They did everything they could to get it fixed the day of my appointment. I was unhappy about having to pay for the reprogramming when it didn't work, and they removed the charge. The service staff went out of their way to get me back in later that day without an appointment so they could get it fixed. Unfortunately, matter how hard they tried, it didn't work. I work in the court system and have a hard time keeping scheduled appointments, so they told me to bring it by when I can so they can get it taken care of. I really appreciate the effort the team put in to help me.

We had an amazing experience with this company we got the car we needed fr our personal/business. We needed something that could store our photography gear and travel over fields. This one fit the bill. I knew that oil changes would cost more. We were helped by Wesley Willix. He did an amazing job and supper nice to not pushy.

After purchasing the new vehicle I was then informed of two options that were missing plus offered 2 oil changes but again they didn t communicate that oil changes are covered under extended warranty

Great experience with these guys. Corey was excellent at communication and we talked most of the deal by phone before I drove the 2.5 hours to go see the car. They just need to have some complimentary gift to give away when you close the deal. Loving the BMW X3 we bought there.

I needed a work truck. I wanted a good clean used truck. I live in North Carolina. I got in touch with Lionel Bihm. He went out of his way to help me. He even delivered it up to me in the mountains, I didn't mind paying for that service. That's what I got real service from him and everyone at Shottenkirk Nissan Rome.

Overall a great experience and transaction with Shottenkirk Nissan Rome! Dealers were very knowledgeable, attentive, and didn't give us the run around. Informed them what we were looking for, and the price we were willing to pay. Had what we wanted in stock, ready to go! They worked for us and with us, and after a quick trip in, we drove off in 2 brand new Nissan's! I was blown away at home nice my sales person Jennifer was! She was so helpful and easy to work with! She made everything so simple. I ll definitely ask for her anytime I buy from here in the future! Work took 2 weeks because the transmission was sent to Memphis instead of Rome. The dealership and service people did give a discount. They are always great and do their best to help you out.

Love this dealership! Justin was very nice and knowledgeable of the cars. He was patient and listened to my needs of what I wanted. He s very comfortable and pleasant to work with. Not like a traditional salesman, much better. Enjoyed the experience. If you re looking for a Nissan call Justin! Best salesman I ve ever worked with.

The customer service I received was exceptional. Each time the guy that helped me with my most recent visit help me, I receive nothing but satisfactory work and customer service. I am greeted with a smile. He goes beyond what I ask to make sure my car is at its best performance.

Courtney was absolutely fantastic, her professionalism and knowledge was astonishing. She's definitely the best saleswoman they have, honestly if every salesperson acted like her, they'd sale more cars. The process was surprisingly quick and super easy. The finance manager was awesome, I hope he makes a full recovery from his surgery. I will continuously deal with Courtney and anyone I know that needs a car I will send them her way. Absolutely fantastic job

Bought a 68k escalade after financing.. had it 2 weeks the heater case was bad and the whole radio screen didn't work....called back they took it back in..no calls for 1 week on what was wrong with it...checked back in and they told me the parts would be on back order for a month! So I called around in 2 phone calls found the parts on 2nd phone call in SC at another dealership ...called them back to save 3 weeks of waiting on a car a bought that I cannot even drive and about to drop my 1st payment on...the GM promised me not only would they fix it and he apologized that I had to do all my leg work myself on finding the parts but he also promised me my 1st payment paid in full then he changed it to half a month credited back after I FOUND the parts so soon. ...it's been over a month and I have yet to recieve any money back and 2 other excuses to the person that signs the checks is on vacation ....then he was on vacation. ..still NOTHING 3 MORE WEEKS LATERnot only did I buy a 68k lemon...but I got lied too when he said my check was in the mail. They also scratched my car horribly installing the new radio piece....it's always something. Worst mistake I've ever made !Would love to have my money back and be done with the lemon!
