Wow talk about awesome service and great people. We were in a bad position due to prior business we had to deal with. Jordan did everything to help us, he asked good questions , did his research, quick on callbacks, went out of his way to get things done. Very polite and respectful staff. Also made sure things were going to be right for safety as we went through our options. Thank you so much!

We just had Bill and his guys outfit our horse trailer living quarters with electric for our renovation that we're doing and we couldn't be happier with the experience. These guys are pros. They delivered ahead of schedule and did all kinds of stuff that they didn't have to. They went above and beyond and gave us a great price as well...we shopped around and are so glad that we went with these guys. Top notch service and work. Highly recommend!

Bill Gore and his staff are very professional and go the extra mile to help the customer. Bill assisted me in dealing with my insurance company and his experience in the business definitely helped with my claim. The work performed was excellent! I highly recommend RV of Rome to anybody that needs a camper repaired or if you are looking for an accessory for any vehicle.

We were traveling thru and had a problem with the awning over our slide. We called Recreational vehicles of Rome and spoke with Bill he was very helpful , gave us a quote, was able to get the awning the very next day and installed it and work was satisfactory. The final bill was same as quoted and the price was reasonable.

After searching for a large enclosed trailer for several weeks, I decided to go with an 8.5' x 24'. I was referred to other places all over Georgia but was not successful as either the trailers appeared to be extremely cheap, or they were way overpriced. Finally I contacted Mr. Gore with RV of Rome. He was very professional but more than that what I really liked was how he seemed genuine and honest. He was very knowledgeable about trailers and answered any questions I had. In my particular case I needed to meet certain time constraints. He worked with me to meet these limits as well as several custom requests that I wanted like extra height. He followed through till I picked up the trailer at the plant. Overall I was extremely satisfied. Glad to see there are still customer service oriented people in the world.

I hit a low hanging branch on my 5th wheel camper and damaged my air conditioner and ripped my roof. I called RV of Rome and talked to Bill, he is one of the nicest people i have ever talked to. He got me in right away and had new air unit and new roof done in 4 days and all the work looks great. I highly recommend RV of Rome and Thank You again Bill

I recently purchased a new jeep and motorhome from other parties, however needed help connecting the Jeep for towing. Bill was more than helpful and saved me quite a sum over what camping world quoted. His shop is very busy and patience is a virtue most of us do not have. However I think it was worth the wait. I recommend his services

Took longer than I would have liked, but all work was first rate. Bill went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend him. The delays were for waiting on parts. Not his fault.

We lost the electric brakes on a gooseneck trailer while traveling from Alabama to North Florida driving thru Rome, GA. Mobile repairman recommended we contact Mr. Bill Gore at RV of Rome. We contacted Bill the following morning. Bill said "...if you can get the trailer here, we will take care of you!". Got the trailer to their shop, and Bill and the entire crew at RV of Rome took GREAT CARE OF US! Can't say enough good things about our experience. Thanks again Bill!!!

They did an awesome job replacing the roof on my 28 ft. travel trailer. Roofing material is thicker than factory. Completed quicker than expected. My camper was very clean when I picked it up! Great place to get your propane tanks filled as well.

I would like to start by apologizing I gave Bill a one star review for my camper repairs. I typed it out in a heated state of mind, and didn't state that due to the timely manner of how long it took to repair a third party parts supplier dropped the ball. Also dealing with insurance companies are no easy task either. My RV was gone through while on the premises but nothing was stolen. Bill took it upon himself to call me after reading my review and we talked it out. It was just a policy problem that I was told has been addressed and taken care of it's not a customer service issue at all he took the time to call me personally. Other owners would have just said I don't care. So I am officially changing my review to 4 stars and thanking bill for calling me and straightening this whole mess up.

I tried to take my rv to a repair facility that covered my warranty but none were available so I took it here. Huge mistake. Items were stolen from my rv. The owner, Bill Gore, said for me to look elsewhere. He highly doubted the theft happened on his property. He took zero responsibility. He had no concern for what was stolen or the value of it. My rv had warranty work done and physical damage repaired after an accident. He blew two of his own deadlines, again with no care or concern. He gave me zero paperwork about the estimate and repairs done nor did he give me a tour to show me what was repaired. Do not take your equipment to this place unless you don't care if you get ripped off.

Bill and Garland are super nice and very helpful. Very knowledgeable of RV's. Excellent service and rates. I highly recommend RV of Rome.They put a new rubber roof on our RV and did an excellent job. When we bought another RV we went to RV of Rome.

Went to buy a tool box for my truck. The owner made me pay full price upfront and said it would be there the next morning. I never heard from the owner, so I called him. His voice mail said he was open so I went by, but they was closed. So I finally got in touch and told him I would be canceling payment since I never received product. He proceeded to text me rude and immature messages. Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service.

No return policy, but the owner is dedicated to finding what you need he says. Just wasn't enough for me to just jump in with both feet. Or feel comfortable returning.

Never called back.The repairs didn't hold up.Was not repaired properly.Not to say there not nice people.Resolution not even confronted or delt with.
