These tires are horrible barely have 20k on a brand new 2023 Volvo and the tires can t keep up. Although the Volvo dealer states they are nothing to worry about, normal wear and tear they said the shredding of the tires are real and the ride is not smooth. DO NOT GET PIRELLI TIRES. They shred like shredded cheese

Omg, let me first start off by saying that this place has the worst staff ever. I came here to get unloaded, was told to go to the other side of the building, so I did. Was given the wrong information. So now I have to back up and turn around. While in the process of doing so, I saw an angry man walking my direction making hand gestures. So I stopped to see what was going on. He walked up to my truck, in a very loud tone threatening me with the police. I said what did you say, he said I m going to call the police if you get on the grass. I said well it looks like another truck had been on the grass I was following the tracks from that truck. I tell him that the guard gave me the directions to come to very back side of the building. The very angry guy tells me no he didn t, he showed you on the map where to go. I said what map he didn t show me on a map. He gave me verbal instructions on where to go. He then tells me another time he was going to call the police on me. He then says I m going to help you back up, he had no clue on how to back up. So he says to me I m going to call the police on you if you touch the grass. I said I m following your instructions on how to back up. ( which I didn t need ) You are putting me in the grass. So he fold his arms and says well I m not helping you anymore, I tell him that I have 12 years experience, no tickets, no accidents. He says if you touch the grass I m calling the police. So I back up don t touch the grass. The way this man talked to me was totally unacceptable. I guess he thought I was afraid of the police. I m a black woman in this truck. And this is a clear sign of racism here. Had I been a white man in this truck, my treatment would have been a lot better. Please brown and black drivers avoid this place at all cost. Let someone else deliver their stuff.

Pirelli Tires are great, if you don't drive on them. The company may be Italian, but it's been owned by the Chinese government since 2015.

My P zero tires are app-salute Garbage the tires fall apart and chunks of rubber come off them, the foam inside for noise has fallen off inside the tire and caused the car to be thrown off Balance I guess it makes sense that the Chinese own it now there complete trash will never buy Pirelli again!

I am leasing a 23 Dodge Durango that has stock Pirelli scorpion run flat tires. 3 months after my purchase, one of my tires suffered a road hazard puncture. I looked into the Pirelli warranty and it clearly states that Pirelli has a manufactures warranty for their run flats if the incident occurs within the first year of purchase or within 2/32 tread depth remaining.It says that if you take it to one of their authorized dealers, that the replacement tire would qualify under the aforementioned circumstances for the warranty.So I went to Mavis discount tires (authorized dealer listed on their site) and told them about the Pirelli warranty. They said they would sell me the tire and help me out and then give me all necessary paperwork to file for the reimbursement . So I paid nearly $600 for the replacement and drove off happy with my new tire.The next working day i called Pirelli and explained to them what happened and they said that I qualified for the warranty, however, "consumers can not file the claim directly". So i went back to Mavis and they said that they dont file claims and thst they never did. They said that unless i had a paid roadside warranty under Mavis that they were unable to reimburse me for the tire.i went back and forth with pirelli and mavis and neither store or pirelli would honor the warranty and now its been 2 months and no resolution. So pirelli clearly lies about their policy and will not stand by their warranty and do whats right for their customers. Shame on them for blatantly lying. Unless pirelli reaches out to me to right this wrong, I am never mounting another pirelli brand tire on my vehicles.

Please don't buy Pirelli Tire anymore, this tiers will go flat if you hit any bump in the road, i already replaced 3 tiers in one month.

I realize that there is a shortage of competent people with customer service skills in this era, but Macy in the warranty department should be the beacon of who not to hire. My advice to the many complaints being filed against Pirelli for failing to stand behind the garbage they are wearing out on our vehicles, is to start filing lawsuits one after another. The only way things change is to hold them accountable.

No warranty on Oem elect noise canceling tires. PZero elect sucks, ( 4735 miles Tesla M3P) not one but two bubbles one on each tire.I'll stick with michelin p4s or continentals dws.

If I could give them lower than a single star I would. Very rude customer complaint representatives. I have 2 tires that the tread has seperated and they refuse to replace the tires. I will not give up! And I dont expect them to address this issue openly.

I purchased a set of Pirelli Cinturato tires in July 2018 on August 2019 my 2016 Subaru Outback did not pass state inspection because one of the tires was worn below state requirements. The other three tires may be good for one more year according to the inspection report. The one tire had 24,500 miles under normal driving conditions. These tires were rated for 70,000.Pirelli's warranty kept sending me back to the place where the tires were purchased and mounted. I contacted these people and they did not even respond to my request to file a claim.Poor business practices and the Puirelli warranty is designed to dispense with a claim. I have a problem even rating them one star.

I will never ever purchase perille tires again, I was coming on the freeway at 65 miles and my rear tire just blow, I called AAA and towed me to the nearest tire shop.to make the story short I called perille corporate the said just take to any authorized perille tire store and they'll send it back I've been to 3 authorized stores and none will do anything about. PERILLE TIRES SUCK !

I have purchased a brand new car that needs 2 Pirelli tires and have made several phone calls with no resolution. I would not recommend anyone to purchase any Pirelli tires. The people at the customer service centre are no help and I think its because I live in Canada. Buy any other brand but Pirelli!

I can t rate this company any lower than 1 star. Bought a brand new car in February 2017, and as of November 2017 it hardly has 5,000 miles on it and the tires are already junk.Don t buy these tires. What a horrible product

Gentleman on the phone was extremely rude. We were looking for run flat tires for my BMW 650I. Your lack of customer service lost this customer.
