I am so happy with my car! It was so ugly and had damage. Go by and see Lindsay. She and Rhonda are so nice. UPDATE-I MADE A BOOBOO AND RHONDA IS FIXING IT AS WE SPEAK. YOU COULD NOT MEET A NICER PERSON!!!!!

Had my nissan hardbody painted here a few months ago and couldn't be happier they did exactly what wanted at an affordable price I will definitely use them again

Had my 95 Ram painted at the Rome Maaco a few weeks back.Truck looks good from 10 ft back. A closer look and you ll see everything that wasn t supposed to be painted had paint on it.You ll find paint on the gas cap, tires, window seal (front and back), all 4 of my fender flairs, tail lights. 1/4 Inch gaps where there should have been paint but due to bad prep work, it was missed. There s a bridge of paint from the trim to the metal, which is asking for contamination to enter and cause peeling.Awful prep work, sadly.Went back and forth with the front desk a few times about all the overspray and the trim (which is now ruined) and they wanted to charge me $400 to fix their mistakes. Literally would have avoided all this shoddy work if the prep was done correctly and the trim was taken off, which would have taken 15 minutes per the owner.Their version of making this right is touching up . Basically painting over the RUBBER trim again with black paint, over their white paint. If you care for your investment, have it done somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

It was supposed to take two weeks for me to get my car back. It took a month and a half when I went to pick up my car. They had a jumpstart they failed in that month and a Half to go and start my car So in my hybrid vehicle after paying out-of-pocket, I now get to go and replace a $900 battery Also, the front of the car they replaced. The bumper on is not the same color as the rest of the car.

Looks fairly good but..... The paint started peeling off within a week. They said rocks hit it. Bahaha it had been sitting in the garage ever since I drove it home.

They have done a really great job on both of our vehicles. I was impressed with everything. From beginning to end they were professional, friendly, and helped us understand everything going on.

On 08/09 we were involved in an accident, my car was dropped off same day and I received a rental through my insurance for a month. I was told my car would be ready in two weeks! it's been almost two months and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY CAR OR EVEN A PHONE CALL WITH ANY UPDATES. Now I've taken it upon myself to call every 2/3 days and keep getting through run around that it'll be done tomorrow, or Monday or possibly never at this point. I'm $1000 in debt now that I've had to pay a whole a month after my insurance stopped and the owner has dodged my calls the last 2 weeks because he obviously knows that I'm upset. every time o get a call it's, "oh I'm sorry." OBVIOUSLY SUSAN.DO NOT GO HERE. You're better off taking it to a dealership because by the time these people finish your car, you'll be paying more then you would there !

I took my Chevrolet Tahoe in for repair that was supposed to be covered under insurance. I also got an estimate on getting a paint job but not actually signing paperwork for the paint job to be completed until after insurance had covered their parts they had my signature to handle insurance but no signature to paint my entire truck. Maaco also provided my insurance company with a total different estimate than they provided me which made me pay much more out of pocket than I should have. Insurance was never billed for any of the repairs that my truck had originally went in for. This company made me pay for EVERYTGHING out of pocket avoiding to even cooperate with insurance. This is wrong on many different levels. You present me with an estimate but my insurance with something totally different. They are definitely in it for the money. If it's insurance related, stay in contact with insurance. Do not just go for what Maaco has to say!Service: Painting
