I had first talked with Mike several months ago, we kept in touch and if he had a vehicle he thought I'd be interested in he'd give me a call. Fast forward to a few days ago I called him in regards to a truck he told me about. The truck unfortunately was sold but he had something he thought I might like. My wife and I drove out to the dealership and met Mike.Now I had never been here before none of them knew me from jack sparrow uh Captain Jack Sparrow that is. We were greeted and treated with the utmost courtesy. They made the whole process of buying a vehicle as pleasant and painless as possible.I highly recommend giving them a chance to help you with your next purchase of a new or used vehicle.

Never been here before, bought a new jeep somewhere else and wanted to simply get a multi point inspection on it. Made an appt online, super easy. The price was free and I even called the next day to verify before we showed up and they said yes it s complementary. We showed up for our appt just to find out it wasn t free and they didn t even have our appt in the system, and they were not friendly about it at all. Took our jeep to the Hyundai dealership and they did our inspection free and turns out it had a issues with the motor we took it back and got a new car at the Hyundai dealership in cartersville, highly recommend you take your business there. (:

First off, the customer service here is great, until you sign that dotted line. Once you purchase the vehicle, the employees and managers treat you like a stranger. They will do whatever they can to not service your car that is under warranty. Buyers Beware!P.S. Dont buy a Jeep or Chrysler anyways

I took my car in for a check engine light, a bubbling sound in the front of my car a d the vehicle overheating. I was told this wad caused by a cracked radiator. When i went to pick my vehicle up, the battery was dead! The jumped the car for me and i drove off. A mile down the road, the check engine light came back on! Not only that, the AC was not working. I took the vehicle back and they said now I need an oil pump and more freon for the AC. When I went back to pick the vehicle up, the AC is cold, But now there is a whistling sound hen it was turned on. Also, the Bubbling sound is back! $2,500 later, andy vehicle has aMore problems, not less. Im not a vehicle guy, but I have paid these people too much money for my vehicle to not be in proper working condition. My experience has been very frustrating and I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

If you want to take your vehicle here for service, DO NOT!! My Jeep has been in this shop on and off since January of 2023. They have fixed my vehicle over and over and it still has the same issues. I had Daneil and Tiffany as a service provider and neither one of them could update me on my vehicle or answer my phone calls when my vehicle was at this dealership. I have text messages where they told me what they did to my vehicle but my paper work they gave to me says otherwise. They will fix your vehicle but they don t, my vehicle has been nothing but worse since I brought it to this dealership. August 29th 2023 I dropped my vehicle off with them to fix I have a warranty with rental car rights. Didn t get one until a week later. I didn t get my Jeep back until September 12th 2023. Never got a phone call or an update once. Had to call multiple times just to get someone on the phone. Greg the service manager, called me and had the audacity to ask me to not leave a BAD review bc they was going under new management and they needed good reviews and asked what he could do for me not to leave a bad review. I did not leave a review until today because after my Jeep got finished it still had the same issues and WORSE. I took it back up there, they said I know exactly what s wrong with it, we will order the part and call you when it s in that was September 22nd 2023 It is now December 7th 2023 and I have asked for multiple updates and still have not received one. I took my Jeep to another Jeep dealership and they are blown away by the text messages and the paper work that doesn t match up what so ever. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Best dodge dealership around..Cartersville was booked and week and a half out for a 30 min procedure ..Tiffany in the service department here in Rome Ga got me right away.. All the staff were really nice and down to earth people would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. I had a broken down vehicle that they informed me would be an 8 month ETA on the part. Because of this I traded the vehicle in and purchased a new car.I then received a call that the parts had come in several weeks later. They lied about the ETA on parts to get me to buy a vehicle. I would AVOID AVOID this place like the dang PLAGUE Bunch of CROOKS - BUYER BEWARE!!!

My recent encounter with Greenway Chrysler was nothing short of a disaster. The sales team was indifferent, showing little interest in assisting customers. The cars on display did not match their advertised condition, with noticeable flaws.The pricing process was deceptive, with hidden fees and unnecessary add-ons inflating the final cost. The finance manager's pushy tactics during financing left a sour taste, making it feel like a high-pressure sales pitch.Post-purchase, the after-sales service was unhelpful and defensive when I raised concerns. Greenway Chrysler prioritized profits over customer satisfaction, making it a dealership to steer clear of. Save yourself the frustration and seek a dealership with transparency and genuine customer care.

Usually dealing with those in retail can become uncomfortable within moments of starting the conversation, especially when you are new to the process of the purchase. This was not the case with Shawn.The very first phone call was easy going and very informative, He was understanding of our situation assuring us that even with a tight budget, that he could still help us. He also gave a clear idea of what to expect for when we arrived, and was even willing to work with a reschedule.The morning of the appointment, our family of four (we have two young children) was met by Mike and Shawn and led to a small area where we answered all the usual questions and Mike walked us through on what to do with our previous car (sold to the dealership and added as part of the down payment), we were asked to wait for a short time and while we were waiting Shawn actually spoke with my boys and even showed the small collection of toys he had on display in his area The boys were so happy with the gift of balloons, too.. We signed paperwork and received the good news of being accepted by a lender. The car is so much better than what we expected, and its so pretty. When offered the chance to test drive, seeing that we had not installed the car seats and I do not drive, my husband and I traded off with the kids and Shawn was kind enough to give me a ride when it came to be my turn. The entire process was simple and worry free. Understanding that I do not have a specific deadline for payments (I can split the payments between the first and last half of the month every month) takes a lot of the worry from this endeavor. Dave, we see you, as well. You guys are awesome

The service department is fantastic! Both Greg s in service were wonderful! As well as the service lady at the desk who helps check you out! Everyone was very friendly! Even went out of there way to service both my dodges! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter had to have her radiator replaced. When I inspected her vehicle, the dealership mechanic didn't fill her antifreeze back up to level. When my daughter went to address it with the shop service tech, she was very rude. I have read the reviews, so I clearly see this is their MO.....

My wife called to schedule an appointment for maintenance since we had issues at another dealership. Was told that she can get a rental vehicle since we don't have another car for her to drive. She gets to the dealership at the appointment time and is told they have no notes about what the appointment is for and they don't do rental cars! She had spoken to someone at a call center in Orlando apparently. Anyway it was a waste of her time and gas money so thanks Greenway, get your call center together

Came for routine maintenance (Oil Change) and afterwards my check engine light came on. They stated that it was present prior to my service and refused to fix the issue. They quoted me for thousands of dollars for a fix!!!!!!I had to go to another dealership and turns out nothing was wrong just a sensor that was mismanaged.

Buyer Beware they are Crooks !! The finance manger will tell you he isn't selling you a warranty!! Do not trust him!! When I went and registered my 2500 Ram the clerk informed me that I had to pay more taxes on the Warranty that I didn't wont.

Buyer Beware!! I bought a challenger from the dealership with a warranty. The lights in my vehicle started flashing which was still under warranty. I spoke with Randy Oakley about fixing the issue. He was very rude and racist. He told me it was my car now and my problem. Once they got my money I was dismissed. I have never been treated like this and its sad to see how they treat people after they have made their sale. Do not shop at this dealership!!!!!!!!

I had a recall on a 2004 Jeep I called they told me to be there at 8:00 this morning a big misunderstanding wasted 80 miles I didn't have a trailer hitch on my Jeep. Wasted my time

Just bought my "dream car" from the Englishman, Ray Maplethorpe. I had contacted him before with my must have list. No hurry to buy, and I knew exactly what I wanted. He never pressured me, (didn't make those annoying daily calls and texts). He kept in touch, then let me know when he had exactly what I wanted. Working with him and the staff at University Chrylser Dodge of Rome was a breeze! I would highly recommend buying your next car from the Englishman!! Maybe even a spot of tea!!

Had engine work done and after having the work done I have fluids leaking. I was told that the problem will go away after driving the vehicle. Now I have a coolant leak and power steering leak and they refuse to take accountability for their mess up and fix the issue. I 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place for anything service related. Salesmen were awesome.

Traded my Jeep I bought from there over 2 months ago. Everytime we call about the refund on our warranty we get the runaround. I will never purchase another vehicle from there ever.

Purchased a used Audi A6, I was informed by the salesman that the car passed a thorough inspection or else it wouldn't be on the lot. The engine mounts were bad which cost $2000 to repair. Either the car was NOT "THOROUGHLY" inspected or the service department is INCOMPETENT, maybe both!

I would not let this dealer work on my car again if my life depended on it! Was passing through town earlier this year and my vehicle broke down and I needed service. Service department told me they could have a replacement part installed and it would cost me over $4,000.00. The dealership procured a replacement part from a low quality, inferior parts supplier. After the parts manufacturer supplied multiple defective replacement parts, the parts manufacturer told me to go back to the dealership for a refund. Since I live several hours away, bringing the vehicle back for service is not an option. I called the dealership and spoke to their service manager, named Greg. He told me it was not their problem and they would not compensate me for the inferiors parts used. Greg blamed me, even though I was never told who the parts manufacturer was when they initially did service. Like most consumers, I don't know the first thing about automotive parts manufacturers who is good or not.So if you want to basically throw your hard earned cash down the drain, go to Greenway Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Rome for service. The Service Department is totally incompetent and doesn't have a clue as to what real customer service is. "Let The Buyer Beware," I know I certainly learned my lesson, never again!

Dishonesty at its finest. Called to ask about a used vehicle. Guy called me back and wanted me to send him my email address to follow up with an offer. And instead he signed me up for spam email!! They have lost my respect and any future business. We went and bought the same vehicle I was asking about here (same specs and condition) for $2000 less at another dealership. So not only are they dishonest, they also don t have competitive prices.

Nothing but a bunch of liars and scammers trying to take advantage of every customer they can. I had a 700 score went her to trade my 2022 jeep vehicle with 1,400 miles on a new v8 challenger. They ran my credit and told me I only got approved for a v6 used vehicle without the trade. It was all lies!!! I didn t and wouldn t buy a v6 . I went to another dealership and traded my vehicle for a brand new v8 like I wanted. Stay away from these people!!
