Worked the deal over the phone and they said they would have it ready when I arrived. Signed papers in less than 5 minutes and they had my daughters new Raptor 90 pulled out front ready to load but it had just been built in the last few days and was cutting out for some reason. Adrian made the call to just get me another one because even though it was something small, he didn't want to risk me having to drive back to get it worked on when they could just sell me another one, get that one right and then sell it to someone else and them have 0 issues as well. That right there shows the guys here are good folks. People have to remember that every business has to make money to stay in business but there are honest folks that really take pride in what they do and aren't there just to make money. Adrian or Denny either one will take care of you at Easy Living no doubt. No incentive or pay for making this review but I believe being a good person deserves recognition because unfortunately, most times when you read reviews, you are only seeing the negative stuff when most people who have good experiences just don't think to write a review.

Friendly and helpful in my decision making of the right unit to buy, and I would definitely recommend anyone who's in the market for a side by side or a atv to come to this location for their purchase. Great inventory and wide variety to select from.

Horrible customer service and overpriced. Got charged $120 for washing the machine and as you can see it was never touched by a water hose. Tried to get refunded for the washing fee and they refused. Was planning on buying a new sxs from them but will be taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone

Easy living Yamaha was a great experience purchasing our Can-Am. They are all very honest and nice people to do business with! Adrian even delivered it to our home. I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Ok just bought a second bike a nice big 1700 road star and loved the service on this one as much as first one friendly helpful staff and knowledgeable as well would recommend to anyone wanting bikes side by side or watercraft

Great service! Had never been here before and stopped in to take a look around. Found a group of incredibly friendly parts and service personnel. They asked if they could help me with anything and I mentioned my FJR was overdue for a factory recall that's only supposed to take a few minutes. "We can take care of that for you RIGHT NOW!" My local dealers wouldn't even return a call or email. They were extremely professional and took care of the recall in about 30 minutes. I'll be buying another new Yamaha in the next year or so and this is the place that will sell me my next new Yamaha!!!!!

Well my boss's dropped his utv off here on a Wednesday (we work out of this utv) and was told we would get it back the following Wednesday. When we called and asked about they hadn't even looked at it. We'll 3 weeks went by before they looked at. They still haven't fixed it and it's a month later and we was told it should be fixed the next time the mechanic gets around to it. They definitely give you a run around. Now mind you when we dropped it off the only thing we wanted done was a oil change and a new belt put on. Needless to say definitely very unhappy with the serviceThe name is osmose utilitys

Just spoke to parts and service in my 2020 general. They stated it has been swamped and full of water up the the air intake. The manager was a complete jerk and stated i honestly dont care where you ride or what you do we aint gonna look into this and that there is nothing wrong. I simply sent it in because its throwing codes for mis fire and power steering. My machine hasn't been swamped when i have a 3 and 9 year old riding with me everywhere I go. I will definitely go somewhere else from here on out.Update**When I picked up my side by side, the parts manager did not say one word to me. He pulled my side by side out back and left. This place has gave me the worst experience since i bought my machine. Seems like all they care about is to sell you something and not worry about anything after.

Only been here twice picking up parts for my Polaris Ranger but very pleased so far, especially this last visit. Was a younger man took care of me but very curtious,polite & knew what he was doing. I'm on crutches and dropped my comb getting my wallet out & he came around and picked it up for me. Also was going to get me a chair when he seen me trying to get on the stool a tad high. Another young man beat me to the door and held it open for me. Just treatment like that makes you happy with service at a place. Don't know much more about the place since I've only been twice for parts, but also happy with the pricing so I'll be back for sure !

The parts department is unbelievable awesome! I have ordered many parts for my bikes their, many that they have never had to order before and they alway come in a timely manner and alway right! They take the time to make sure everything is covered and done right! 5 star all the way.

Needed the rear tire on my R6 changed. I called and exact quote from service department was "we're so busy man that we're not even gonna do that, sorry". I ended up having to go to a different manufacturer dealer to get it done. Truly one-star service. If they're this disinterested in getting customers then I don't want to know what sort of effort they put into their work. Props for answering the phone I guess.

So I bought a new 4 wheeler a few years ago before the warranties were up it broke down. So I took it back and they put in a new fuel pump. I admit it sits in the garage more than it's rode but the last time I got it out it wouldn't run. So back to the dealer it goes it's fixed $900 later. Same problem fuel pump. The next time it breaks down I'll burn it and deliver it back to corp headquarters.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Always willing to help and go the extra mile for customers. The sales staff are great! The service and parts department do a good job of listening and helping solve problems when they arise! Pleasure to do business with!

Great place to shop for anything motorcycle, atv, side by side, and anything else related. Great salesman! I bought my R6 here in 05, Adrien was my salesman, great guy! When I decided I was going to sale my bike several years after I purchased it new Easy Living allowed me to put my bike on their sales floor and Adrien sold my bike in no time without charging me anything for their time or space taken up on the sales floor. Both the purchase and sale of the bike were made without hassle or headache by Adrien! I definitely recommend Easy Living Yamaha!

Three powersports brands under one roof...Yamaha, Polaris, and Can Am. And if you check out their website you'll see they have a pretty nice inventory which is rare in these days of supply chain issues.

I bought a new Yamaha Waverunner from them in April. I live a hour and half away and could have purchased from a closer dealer. Of all the dealers I spoke with they were the most professional and friendly. On pick-up the salesman and service manager spent a lot of time with me on how it worked and answered all my questions. I will buy from them again.

The best place you can do business with Adrian is great and all the guys and gals were awesome. I would not do business anywhere else, I talked to them all and nobody came close to what they had to offer . Ive always liked Easy Living. Ive bought things from my first PW50 to my PW80 to a TTR125 to a YZ125 from them and ive had them service my 1100. Ive been a lifetime customer of Easy Living. I do have to say that the guy that works the counter is a little rude now though and they have a slow turn around on working on anything. With that being said I do like the friendly and helpful sales department, but the service/parts side of the dealership needs work. I cant give less than a 3 but also cant give more due to that.

Absolute awesome experience in purchasing my Sportsman 1000HL. Adrian is a great guy and believes in customer satisfaction. Very professional and I will be purchasing more from them.

My husband took his motorcycle to be serviced. After making several calls to check on it, he was given different excuses every time. Was told by one guy the owners pick what they want to work on and would take other peoples work before my husband. Will never ever recommend this place!!!!!!!! We picked it up after 3 and one-half weeks and it still wasn't done!!!!
