Great customer service!!! They made my experience easy and very informative to what was going on step by step. I got my vehicle back before my estimated date. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place.

Brought my mom's 2004 f150 with the front right fender dented horribly, they were able to fix everything within 2 weeks and made everything look brand new. Customer service was amazing and they kept me and my mom updated on the status of her truck. Will gladly come again if needed!

If I can give them a zero I would!!!! Recently was in a wreck, took my car to them by recommendation. They called me to tell me that my car was ready when I got the car back. The front bumper was not put on correctly called numerous times, and they told me that they would call me back never called me back, finally when they fixed my car, the front bumper was glued on and that s what they called fixed JOKES

Worst shop ever. Came to get o e dent fixed left with one on other side. Claimed to have a lifetime warranty but what good is that if you never fix it correctly? After literally months of them avoiding contacting me and my insurance company had to take it to a real shop to fix their poor workService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My insurance company has Classic Collision as one of the shops that are in the approved network. I needed to have a scratch/dent on the rear of my car fixed. I dropped my car off on 03/15/2023 and was initially supposed to receive it on 03/23/2023; however, there was a delay with my bumper arriving on time. I received my car back from them on 03/28/2023. The work done to the car appears to be great. The reason for my 3-star review is that when I received my car back, my center console was opened and rummaged through. You could clearly tell that someone had been in it as items that are always kept on top were at the very bottom and a charger cord was hanging from the sides. Nothing was missing, as I removed all valuables from my car before dropping it off, but I didn t understand why it had been rummaged through. I called the shop and was advised that Cory P. (the estimator) would give me a call back to answer my questions about the situation. Corey advised that there was no reason that my center console should have been opened. I understand that when I signed the paperwork at drop off, I was relieving the shop of responsibility for any items stolen, but I do not feel as if that gives someone an excuse to rummage through the car in what appeared to be an unsuccessful attempt to find something to steal.Service: Body & Trim

The person that I talked with was very helpful and did a very good look at the damage to my vehicle and gave me a printed out estimate of the repairs

Damage is not repaired. Dent still visible in door. Trim falling off of rear drivers side door. Strange blue substance on trim. Paint is obviously orange peeled. Rejected 7 times and this shop still can t get it right. Claim still open with geico. Some items that were approved for repair didn t get repaired. If you want me to be completely satisfied with my repair experience, then fix the car instead of making the issues worse. When the GM was asked if they would accept their own work, she said no.Service: Body & Trim

The staff was kind and friendly they gave me a great estimate and time line that my vehicle would be ready they texted me when they started the process and let me know how long it would take for me to get my car returned to me.

I picked my daughter up there where she had dropped her car off to be worked on and as of today she said she got her car back and it was beautiful , Absolutely wonderful work.

I ended up here after my car was attacked by a deer. Not having collision insurance at the time, Darron and Keith helped me to replace and repair parts in a smart and frugal way. I'm thankful for their help, and satisfied with the quality of the repairs.

They were amazing! Made sure to let me know how my vehicle was progressing during repair. They had an Enterprise rep on site to get me set up with rental. The office staff was very friendly and the work they did on my vehicle was flawless. They even made sure to detail and wash my vehicle for me before returning it. If the need ever arises again (hopefully it won't) I'll definitely be going back to them.

Stay away from this place, took my truck to them through GEICO(who I also recommend no one to use) the claim was in Feb I did not receive my truck until end of sept and it was only for 2 mirrors and a small dent in passenger side door. After picking up my truck I realized I could no longer open my back passenger side door nor unlock it or lock it. Mentioned it to them before leaving the lot and they took it to the back brought it to me and said it was fixed. Me being gullible left and when I got home realized it was indeed not fixed so now I can t even use my back door.Service: Body & Trim

Do not use Geico Xpress or Classic Collision! Left me with a ridiculous excuse why they didn't fix the damage before they painted it, and having to get a lawyer after keeping my car for two weeks.

After going to pick up car the first time, the repairs were unacceptable. We pointed out all the issues, and they agreed to take care of it. Left the car again. When we picked up the car the second time, the repairs were better , but not acceptable still, alignments are off and over spray from clearcoat. Everytime i call, they are very quick to say that they will talk to the manager and call me back. I have never received a return call from anyone. Maybe they mean well, everyone is friendly, and quick to agree and tell you what you want to hear , but just dont have the talent to get the job right. If you have a choice, take your vehicle anywhere else but here.

From the time I walked in the door to drop off my car to picking it up when it was complete, this was the most pleasant repair experience I have EVER had. The car looks better than it did before I hit the deer! It looks fantastic! Amy was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Top notch customer service! I also loved the texts letting me know the progress along the way. It kept me in the loop without me having to pester the shop. I hope that I don't need any repairs in the future but of I do, this is where I will go!

This was my first time coming up here due to my car being vandalized and had an appointment with them. The nice lady up in the front name Susan was patient, kept checking up on me and gave me the best service while they were busy at the time right when they opened. Another lady up there that checked my car was also. I would tell anyone to come up here if they need service on their car

So let's be honest everything didn't go to plan when I picked up the car the first time there were a couple of minor things. The point of saying this is they went out of their way to make it right and addressed every issue I had you cannot ask for better than that there's always going to be something that happens people are human we have things happen things come out of hand that we didn't even recognize until someone else points it out to us! The important part of all this is they were more than happy to stand up and say yep that's a mistake and they fixed it! Highly recommend very polite professional and punctual and did a fantastic job!

This place fixed my son's car 3 years ago. It was really bad, he hit a large deer. I thought there was no way to fix or repair the car. We picked the car up after hours. It was dark, but after looking at the car I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I drove to my sons house the next morning. You could not tell it had ever been wrecked. These people are amazing. This is our second repair with them. I will never use another shop.

Can see where they tried to fix a dent but it s still there, paint job is awful you can see where they taped it off. Tore up rubber molding on door n door handle . Inside of car was full of bondo dust . I ve called numerous times and always say they will call back when they get rental car there but have yet to call back. Man named Corey hasn t called back 2 weeks later after he said he would call back within 30 minutes..Futher actions are in process with this business.. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL TOALLY DISSATISFIED!!Service: Body & Trim

Two deer on country roads several months apart. Two excellent jobs repairing my car. Heather and Amy made the process painless. I would (and have) recommended Classic Collision of Rome. I'm not anxious to need their service again, but if I do . . . I won't be shopping around.

Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged my presence. I walked out. They are making too much money off insurance and don t have time for little guys in my opinion.

Twice an alignments was said to have been done, the first time it literally never happened. Yet was put in my paperwork that it had been done. Today i pick my car up after the second alignment was done and my alignment is still messed up. When your technician was questioned about it by the insurance adjuster Ed Lyons, he simply made seveal excuses why its not his fault. So had to take to another body shop to have it done correctly.

Country hillbillies that took years to complete simple task then rack up your insurance as if they're actually fixing different issues but dilly dally all day and make up excuses as if they're actually repairing your vehicle. DON'T EVEN PASS THIS PLACE IN YOUR MIND GO TO THE CLASSIC COLLISION NEAR ATLANTA I PROMISE YOU'LL waste your time.Service: Body & Trim
