Rude customer experience to say the least. Come in for a battery concern and the guy acts like I'm not even a customer. Took everyone else who came in the store ahead of me. He then gets pissed caused I wanted another battery. His words (well I don't want to see you back here next week wanting another battery). Battery still has years of full warranty but this joker says this to me. I suggest going somewhere else! Lousy rotten experience

This place beats the big box stores and Amazon.It is worth paying a dollar more than Walmart to avoid looking for a parking space then walking to the back of the store to search for the batteries.It beats Amazon because you walk to the counter and a person is there to confirm what you buy is correct, not damaged, and not depleted.

This company is a joke!!! I made an appointment to be told they DO NOT FIX SAMSUNG phones. I disclosed which phone I had in the comments section when I made the appointment online. And also stated that I had a cracked screen. You would think when they confirmed my appointment they would have mentioned tthis! To waste my time scheduling my Saturday around this appointment was ridiculous!!! Then the guy said this is a diagnostic appointment only and proceeded to tell me my screen was cracked!!! Really???????? Completely idiotic!

Batteries Plus in Rome Georgia is the perfect example of what good customer service means. The gentleman was kind, professional and offered options to help with the cost. I highly recommend this store and I will definitely use them in the future.

Slightly better price and significantly better warranty than local competitors. Buying online was easy and batteries were ready for pickup within a few minutes. Store associate was friendly and efficient, and the batteries were fully charged.

I spoke to an employee of the local store on the phone before ordering a battery on-line to be picked up at that store. My question was concerning whether a rebate mentioned on-line was still valid as that would make a difference with my choice of supplier. The employee was very helpful both on the phone and in the store.

I ordered on-line and the battery was waiting for me at the store. I used the 20% off coupon, which persuaded me to get it from Batteries+, instead of from one of the local auto parts stores. The associate removed the dead battery from the back of my truck and put the new one back in. Nothing negative about the store, but I didn't trust anyone except me to remove and install a battery in my C7 Corvette (He admitted he'd never changed one in a 2014 vette.).

Made an appointment online to have my phone repaired. The website asks which phone it is, so they know. Get to the store, "we don't repair this in store, we need to send it out, 5 to 10 days". Wasted my time. If the website asks which phone I have, why not tell me right there that I need to be without a phone for a week? A waste of my time.

I needed a replacement battery for my car. Chuck McGill was very professional and courteous. He gave me price options to choose from. He had me back on the road very quickly. Batteries Plus saved me money on my battery and they were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus in Rome.

They have a super selection but the prices are incredibly high. I went there to get 3 button cell batteries for a light and their price was over $10. I found them elsewhere for less than $3. I will do without before paying their inflated prices. When I need a battery I will go anywhere but there.

Very helpful. Didn't carry my desired items in stock, but called me and directed me to a competitor who does. So refreshing. WHO DOES THAT? BATTERIES PLUS BULBS does that's who.

Replacement screen put on incorrectly. I brought it to the employees attention before leaving the store on 2/6. She informed me "that's how all the new screens are." My phone has been in a case since leaving the store. The screen started to crack. So, now on 2/22 I am out $85 and have a cracked screen. Colby, the manager, was of no assistance even when the warranty was shown. I have a call in to corporate but wanted to advise others to steer clear of this business!! Very poor workmanship and customer service!

I wish there was an option to choose zero stars. I Went here to get my charging port fixed in my iPhone 6. When I went to get it back, they bent the phone completely and said it was like that when it came in even though my phone was in a case the whole time I had it. The new charging port they put in did not work on any chargers even the apple chargers but somehow worked on their $25 charger and refused the change it again since it worked in their store even though I had the warranty. I had to bring my own charger in and show them that it did not work. Not only were they rude about the whole situation in front of other customers, they were trying to force me to buy the $25 charger instead of changing the port again. So basically I had to go buy myself a whole new phone for their screw up. 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone.

After searching several sites for the battery I needed I went o line to Batteries Plas and found what I needed at a much less price that other stores. I bought it on line and it was ready in 10 minutes for me to pick it up. Great customer relations and vey good product.

Needed a battery for my wife's Infiniti & the auto parts store didn't offer what we needed. I went to Batteries Plus website, found the battery she needed, ordered it at 8pm Friday night & showed up at 8am Saturday morning when they opened. They already had my battery up front & installed it by 8:15am. The Rome, Ga store saved us a long weekend of going to the dealership for a hard to find battery. Thanks!

Prices are competitive, but the service will keep you coming back. Plus, I don't know of any battery related product that they've not carried or had in stock when I needed it.

Bought two motorcycle batteries with warranties.battery went bad,called store and was I formed I had to bring it back an leave it for a day.that was not what I was told when I bought them.now I'm stuck with a bad battery and out of the money as well.very bad phone skills as well.will not recommend anyone to them.
