Mrs. Denise was more then helpful when it came to choosing the correct windshield wiper blades and even went above and beyond to not only attach and change them out for us, but also took the time to show us how to change them which was even more helpful in case we encounter a future time not having someone like her there to help us. I have always chosen any part store that was near me to go to, but just for the amazing customer service at this location, this will be where I go from now on. If you re looking for an auto store that is more than happy to help you out, this is the one to go to. Thank you Mrs. Denise for all that you ve done for us. It s very much appreciated!

On 2/7/2024 I purchased several items and due to miscommunication on my part the transaction had to be canceled and returned several times. Ed was originally waiting on me but asked the PSM on duty, Kevin, to figure out the best way to fix my mistake. Kevin was EXTREMELY patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took his time to make sure that every issue was addressed and corrected. He was very professional in his demeanor as well as being humorous in regards to the situation in its entirety. Unfortunately I was a few dollars short to purchase all the items I brought to the counter. Upon hearing I was about three dollars short, Ed reached into his pocket and paid the difference so I could purchase all the items I had brought to the counter. These two gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that not only were the issues I inadvertently caused were corrected, but that I was able to complete my purchase by assisting me by paying the difference out of their own pocket. In my opinion they both deserve some type of recognition for their willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. They could have done the bare minimum as far as customer service goes, but neither gentleman hesitated to make sure everything was handled at a higher level of customer service.I greatly appreciate both Ed, and Kevin for their kindness, patience, professionalism, and dedication to rectifying a mistake that was ultimately my fault. We were almost stranded hours from home but thanks to Darrell we are on our way. He checked out our battery, which ended up being our problem. He had a new one in stock. We are so thankful for him out here working hard to help everyone in GA!!!

Store is nice and stocked but was just not pleased with the service. There was a line of probably 6 people waiting there were only 2 people assisting customers. The manager was just sitting there along with another employee starring at the two employees actually working and not even concerned with offering to help. I was not refunded properly and the employee Ryan seemed rather annoyed with a simple question I asked. Seemed rather pushy to get me out the door. Just not a friendly experience.

Large selection but This lady found it more important to talk about recipes with a friend that helping me look for something I specifically asked for help with simply because she didn't understand what I was talking about.

I stopped by to have my car checked out. Jesse came out to test it and told me that my check engine light was not on so it would not read any codes. He then asked me what the car was doing and I explained the issue I was having to him. Jesse actually took the time to listen to my concerns and made a few suggestions as to what may have been causing my issues. I left the store without purchasing anything but returned a little while later and bought what Jesse had suggested. He was point on and the issue I w was having went away. But what impressed me the most was his customer service skills. He listened to me without interrupting and did not treat me in a condescending manner. His suggestions were based on what I had explained to him and not just a random solution to get a quick sale. He respected what I was saying and made me feel like he was interacting with me on a one on one level. At no time did he talk to me like I didn't know what I was doing. He was very respectful and let me make my mind up about what to do. My experience with Jesse is the reason I will be returning to Autozone for all my car needs. He is not only knowledgeable but has excellent customer service skills as well. He treated me with the utmost respect..

This store is clean and well stocked but where it really shines is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, but I ve had extraordinarily good interactions with Jessie, one of the store managers. I have been on a secret mission to restore a car for my husband that we inherited from my father in law when he died. I don t know much about cars and have been trying to figure it out as I go along. Jessie heard my story and went out of his way to help me with everything. He checked inventory to make sure I got the best deal on supplies. He made recommendations on what tools would be best to get the job done. Then, he installed windshield wipers and headlights on the car. When he realized I was planning to take the car to have the headlights professionally cleaned, he brought out supplies and cleaned them himself, which surely saved me at least $50. He did all this in the boiling sun while there were surely other things he could have been doing. He helped me humbly and with a smile on his face. The world needs more Jessie s! I thank him tremendously for his kindness and professionalism. He can t possibly know what it meant to me! I will be shopping here forever for all my auto needs, that s how good my experiences have been! Jessie if you ever see this, all my gratitude to you!

I wouldn't use another parts place in this town if I absolutely never had to. I drive an 06, so this place has been ON POINT and helped me with any of the minor mechanical issues I've had w- the '06. Great assistance, never had any problems, always what I need, easy order, easy pick up, great service, and superb knowledge of automobiles & automotive parts.In 8 years of living here, and having a few different vehicles during that time, THIS is the go-to place in Rome, GA. Great crew, great service, great prices, and they will get you the parts you need, etc.Shop here for your auto parts. Get 'em fast, Get 'em delivered, and Get 'em cheap. Thanx all. I went into the Autozone today for a new headlight bulb and Jesse was beyond helpful in assisting me to get the right bulb and then installing it for me. Installing it into the my vehicle wasn t a standard install and he truly went above and beyond to get it done. I m incredibly grateful and even had great tips for cleaning my very dirty headlights. Great experience and thank you Jesse!

So me and my husband broke down while I was at the Dr, so we walked to the AutoZone to get the part we needed the man was very helpful but they only had one part that I needed so my husband went to advance across the street while I waited at auto zone and one of the employees that was a lady saw me in the parking lot and almost ran me over and didn't apologize or anything but I did make a police report. As far as the other workers they were good at there job but I really don't think y'all need to have a lady work for u who has no respect for your customers or there life. If u drop her then I will definitely be coming back!!

I went to get my battery light checked and there was a wire that appeared to be cut. Matt inspected it and and immediately found the issue. He took the time to make up another wire on the spot and fixed the battery light issue. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with his time. I appreciated him going above and beyond what was asked of him.

Went in looking for a specific part and they were out. Customer service was okay. Seemed like I was inconveniencing him although he asked me if I needed help. Checking out wasn't much different. May have been just an off day perhaps, but just in case be prepared for that type of interaction.

Robbie is one of the most experienced people that I have every had the pleasure of speaking with. He was very nice and willing to answer any questions I had. He took time out of his own personal day to help me replace the headlights in my jeep.

Excellent service getting my car battery replaced under warranty. Robert Thomas did a great job, and even an extra for me(checking my tires air pressure) because I have bad knees and have a hard time getting down to do it. Overall great experience.

Manager and workers are very rude and not helpful at all. I asked to buy a torque wrench and the guy said in a very rude way they didn't have any,when it clearly says online they had them in stock,in store or curbside pick up. Definitely want be back here.

Well I guess I'm old fashioned but I like my positive battery cable to be RED not just the end. That's the way it has been my whole life and it just seems safer to me. I asked store personnel if they had any Red battery cables for my jeep and was informed that only black cables with red cover that goes over clamp are stocked these days. There was plenty of space in the store for red cables to be stocked so that wasn't the problem. I guess somebody in the company decided their customers will take what they can get not what they want. Well that's my opinion everybody's got one.

Do not go here if you are looking for help on your car! The staff is uneducated and don t know how to use their equipment. I went to get my battery checked and I literally heard the man go I don t know how to use this. Then proceeded to tell me my battery passed the inspection. So I took it to an actual car shop and they said my battery was shot and I need a replacement.

Went to AutoZone for plugs and wires. First man gave me wrong parts, I don't remember his name but when I went back Jesse helped me find the right parts and worked with me to make sure everything was correct. In my opinion he went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and I that was satisfied. He is definitely an asset to this store.

I do enjoy shopping where my business is appreciated. As a store manager myself I also appreciate customers, who let me know how I'm doing Good or Bad. Ed Moten is the only reason I shop here, because buying or not he greats as well as takes care of me. All employees need to be trained to do this.Thanks Ed!

I am a real inside kinda guy, not exactly the kinda guy who knows a thing about cars. I needed to change my break pads and I had no idea where to start. Talked to this guy named Dan and man, he explained everything real good to me and made me understand things about my car I had no idea about. He was super cool and made me feel welcome even if I couldn't make the difference between a Ford or a GMC. I look forward to coming here whenever I need some small work done on my car and relying on his great advice again.
