Casey literally went above and beyond to help me tonight. It was almost closing time and he stayed to help me with my situation. Hope they know what they ve got with him. Good kid!

I stopped in yesterday to get headlights and break lights. Miguel was so helpful. He put my break light in. He said they couldn't do the headlights cause the assembly would need to come out but he would check for me . When he did he found they just had a cap and he changed 1 for me and when he went to do the other 1 it didn't have a light and the terminal was bad. He told me that I would have to have a mechanic change that. He gave me an idea of how much it would cost. I truly appreciate all the help from him. He was very nice and answered all the questions I had. I will return to this store. Thank you Miguel for making my experience great and for all the help.

Worst customer service around. One sleepy eyed man behind the counter, unable to take my money for a simple purchase. I hate that I woke him up to ask him where something was. Several voices in the back, one other customer in the store. Walk in customers are less important than those that call on the phone. Save your time and hassle, just order the parts online.

This particular store has always been the worst auto parts place to deal with. They lack knowledge and never want to make their products right. I have a battery that's less than a year old and was their gold "good" battery that was put in by a mechanic that is bad. Like bad bad. They refuse to let me swap it. Said go get the mechanic to do it. Its date stamped. You can look at it and know. I mean if your parts are faulty, then why sell the crap. I'll definitely have to go elsewhere now to get a battery.....again.

Called and waited on the phone for 10 min. Jennifer answered and put me on hold said I had to wait for Joe to answer. Joe was extremely rude when he did answer. Correcting me when I said v6, you mean inline 6?You know what I meant no need to correct me. Told me they didnt sell a particular brand of alternator, which def an advance brand or was one. Tough one to be exact. Was suppose to be warranty. Ended up getting one down the street at oreillys.

Nice humans. I searched the part, worried because I needed a brake light switch and didn't need that 'from behind' contact because the lights didn't work. Was out and installed in five minutes. Staff was helping an old codger put the correct windscreen wipers on. They're good humans. I will remember them when my race takes control of this planet.

Hey they have reasonable prices I guess , I bought 2 gts.of trans.fl. and head lights for about $49.00 I guess that's about average, but if they don't have it they can order it .Thanks , GaryOh yeah they have a friendly staff and they will help if you need it.

Even if it says it's in stock online don't believe it bc they didn't have a radiator cap in stock for my car even though online it said they did

I fell asleep waiting for a oil change and check up plus cars wash. It is a service my mother paid for when she bought the car. They tried to charge me and the car wash looked like something I did myself.

Had them scan for a emission code,Picked up brake pads and new rotors for the front of truck, back pads and oxygen sensors, they only had one sensor there but I was able to pay for both and picked the second one up at the store across town,

Employees are very helpful and offer excellent advice on what your vehicle needs and they are competitive with the prices. I've shopped at all local parts stores and it seems that advance has the best quality for the prices.

They usually have what I'm looking for, but last time they couldn't seem to match my car to brake pad. I had to buy them from AutoZone. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful.

Specifically told the guy on the phone I need an Upstream O2 sensor. Yea, they have it. Get there, ooh, sorry, we thought you meant downstream. And they asked if my car was electric.

It is uncalled for for a employee to talk to another employee like they are trash..Very bad business and you can loose customers that way..When working with the public you are put up to a different standard..
