i came in to buy a brand new polaris rzr, and was met with a right hook to the nose. the gm chad called me a homophobic slur, then proceeded to ban me indefinitely from the store. for no reason. this store is disgraceful, and I hope anyone with morals and dignity turns their cheek to these people.

I want to thank everyone at the Tractor store. Wesley , Tyson, Chad, Mike and the people at the parts service counter. Awesome customer support and service department. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

I ve been dealing with Larry Haney and his group for almost 20 years. RANDY is the sales manager and does a great job taking care of the customer service side of things definitely buy from these folks.

Anyone considering a purchase or repair done by this company, beware. I ended up having to take legal action against the company/owner. In the end, I can honestly say the owner has zero concern for customers. I would never recommend this business to anyone after the experience I had. Take your hard earned money and business elsewhere.

First and faremost I wouldn t recommend Haney Power Sports and definitely would not recommend their service shop! They don t have Technicians, they are just part changers and not very good at that either! I purchased a new Polaris 570 EPS Sportsman on January 3 , 2023. On January 4, 2023 with less than one hour had two faults, Release Brake and 510230/31. Returned for warranty work and they said this was a known problem, a bad brake sensor. This continues for many trips back and forth for warranty work until March 6, 2023 when Haney Power Sports said they were going to install a special made spacer and a brake sensor for a RZR. To me this was Frankensteining my unit and I was through with them! I carried it to Motorcycle Sports in Munford Alabama, and it took them less than one day to diagnose the problem, which was the power steering unit the whole time! They completed the repair in less than three days, which included ordering the parts. This is the difference between a want to be service shop and a real service shop. So buyers beware, Haney Power Sports can sell to you, but can t repair.

Some of the people that read this review may know who I am some may not. For those who don't I was an employee. As I'm sure your wondering why the 2 stars. Well let's start off at when I got hired in around August of 2016. I first enjoyed being a parts sales person and getting to know everyone. Everyone there was very nice to me and I was happy to be there. Being a parts person is a difficult job when you have a lot of customers and you have about 9 different product lines your dealing with. Being there over a year, I have answered more phone calls then I probably have in my whole life. With only 3 guys on the counter it's not so bad but when your by yourself for 2 months it can weigh on you. While working during the day I was also taking online classes for my personal schooling. So there where plenty days that I wanted to stay and finish a job I was working on but couldn't cause I had school and needed the time to study and read books. Oh and if you get hired on they say you will get paid hour but that will soon turn to salary. Witch I didn't mind all that much cause I'm only in my 20's and not married. So in other words you might get some overtime in but not get paid for it. After a good 6 months in I finally get new help in parts. The new guys were great and I would love to work with them again. Great guys. Problem I had though is everyone coming to me with their problems that they could have solved on their own. I even remember being off on days and still get calls from work. Asking about something that's so simple that I've had stuff dropped on me that I have no clue what to do with, yet I do it, finish it and don't complain. Some of the things they did were just down right mean. Like righting me up for messed up inventory that was already messed up when I was hired on. Then getting blamed for lost coupons that I put in the cash draw like I was told to do. Overall I got blamed for a lot that I didn't even do but if I know I did do it then I will take the responsibility and say I did it. Lots of guys over there know me like that cause of who I am. There has been plenty of times that someone does something wrong that I notice yet I kept my mouth shut cause I knew they needed a job just as bad as I did. Plus mama didn't raise no snitch. So if your a customer reading this. Beware of the service. Majority of the time they will give you an estimated cost but once you get it in and they work on it. It ends up costing more then the estimate. I've seen a lot of stuff they do even smoking tickets. After dealing with them for a year I dicided to get out and I was finished with my schooling so more doors opened up for job searching. I just got tired of being treated unfairly when I've given so much of my time with no complaints. I mean at least a little raise for being there by myself would have been nice. I even tried to take my vacation week but couldn't even do that. So that's why the 2 stars. Great people and they mean well but hard to please and work for. Also if I was a customer this is the last place I'd come to. If you want to work for this company expect to get thrown under the bus a lot!8/11/17 editGot my final check in with a paper stating that I was written up for qoute "being reprimanded for bad performance of job duties and decided to turn in key and quit." All I can say is what a bunch of BS. I went through almost 2 months behind the counter working hard and they consider that I couldn't do the job. They too stuck up and they think everything they do is right. I'm so glad I'm out of there and into a much better job

All around great experience. Griffen is amazing, he was straightforward with everything and helped me walk away with a awesome new rzr. Great people to deal with and will definitely recommend to anyone that asks.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS DEALER USES BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!!!! Very dishonest and deceptive dealership. The salesman gave us a price on a package for a tractor they had to order. They keep giving us the run around for over 3 weeks on when the tractor would be in, RARELY returned our calls or texts we had to constantly call them to find out anything and then they were either not in the office or with a customer, they changed the price on us when we decided to get financing through our own bank. When I spoke to the owner Larry, he confirmed that he was told they "dropped the ball" with us and that he wanted to get to the bottom of it and "make it right". I explained to him all we had gone through and now the salesman who just happens to be his son-in-law changed the price he assured me he would make it right and call me back. The next call I received was from his son-in-law telling me they decided not to do the deal with us. THEY ADMITTED TO DROPPING THE BALL WITH US, WE HAVE A WRITTEN OFFER FROM THE MGR WITH THE ORIGINAL PRICE AND THEN THEY CHANGE THE PRICE ON US IN THE END, possibly hoping we wouldn't notice. This is called 'bait and switch'. BUYER BEWARE!! I will be reporting them to Case letting them know that this is the type of business they have representing their product in Rockmart, GA.

This company filed a false warranty claim against my machine. When I addressed the owner he seemed very concerned. The next day when I called back he was out of the office, strangely enough the next 5 messages I left for Larry Haney were completely ignored. This place is as crooked as they come. DO NOT TRUST!!!

I have purchased 8 pieces of equipment from Haney over the last few years and have always been extremely happy with them. Tyson and David Lorrens are straight up, honest folks and will do their best to give you a fair price and make it a smooth, easy transaction.

Poor customer service. They do not follow through what things they say they will do, even after I called three times to check on it. Was promised a return call by the end of the day the third time I called, and never heard a word. Will make sure people know not to do business with them.

This was my fathers rzrSo, I take my RZR to Haney-Farm Ranch Power Sports in Rockmart GA on January 2nd and finally got it back January 27th. When I got it back, both pieces of my bed were broken. Haney's say, they didn't break it, that it came in that way. Even tho an employee was in my trunk changing a part. I have pictures of the bed before I took it to them, and after I got it back. When I picked it up, they put my tires on. Went riding Saturday night and guess what, both front tires loose and about to come off. I was told me, well, I don't understand that????? Well, the fact is Haney, you DIDN'T TIGHTEN the lugs. I have several witnesses to vouch for it. Let me guess, you did tighten them up and the people riding with me are lying and the people we borrowed the tools from are lying, right? Who in the world puts lug on, even with an impact and doesn't hand check them, oh, that would be Haney's. What if a wheel came off on rough terrain and someone got hurt???? After denying responsibility for the damage they created, I told them I would look at my rims and see of they were damaged by being loose. The answer Haney gave me?"We will fight that battle when we have to" SERIOUSLY??????? Telling a good customer you will fight him when he brings damage up to them that they created????What kind of a business is this????Haney use to give great service but, that is now gone. They don't even try to make things right. Shame on them.

I've had Stihl saws, weed eaters, and Blowers all my life and have dealt with Stihl Dealers all over the United States will I have traveled for work and on my projects, I have never saw the lack of service and professionalism I have seen with Haney, I took 4 chainsaw chains in to get them sharpened and after 3 weeks and numerous calls to see if they were done I went and picked them up today and of course they weren't ready so I will sharpen them myself, I also tried to get them to put a master link in a chain and the service guy said they didn't repair chains, really? Every dealer who sells Stihl products should be able to service them, so to anyone looking for a reputable Stihl dealer should stay away from them. Brandon

Great selection of Razors , Generals , Rangers and Atvs . Wide variety of Case Tractors , Attachments . They've got a big selection of XMart Zero Radious mowers , Grasshopper mowers , Bushog Mowers , etc and not to mention the huge inventory of sthil power equipment. The sales dept is very knowledgeable in the product that's offered . Parts Dept is continuously on the ball for all of your needs, questions and competitive pricing . The service department is outstanding on working with everyone in order to get your service , repairs in a timely fashion .

I've only been dealing with Haney Farm and Ranch for about a year but they have always been pleasant, honest about what they can and can't do and helpful. I would shop here again anytime without question (and I do)

Got to be the most unfriendly place in Rockmart . I went there today 10 October , several people there , was going to buy a chain for my saw I was looking at them nobody offered to help, workers looking at there phone several at the counter talking . This is the second time it has happened . Maybe I don't have enough money for them I don't know ,anyway I want go back .

Car broke down on the road outside their fence and then the employees pushed my car into the fenced in Area so they know that I would be safe and was not in any danger they was some really great guys
