My wife and I came in and bought a 2024 Nissan Titan Pro-4x. We actually started across the street at the Hyundai dealership. I was there for the used 2021 Titan Pro-4x they had online. Hyundai sold it out from under me and never let me know. I drove an hour from Woodstock for that truck. We went straight over to Nissan of Newnan after leaving there. Initially we were just looking, and Ms. Charleese Burns stopped us from leaving. She took us inside and asked what we were looking for. I told her and she delivered! She got us an amazing deal on a brand new truck fully loaded with everything we wanted. We paid about the same we were going to pay for a used truck. Most importantly, she cared. She listened and didn t make us feel like just another customer. Definitely will be recommending family and friends, she was worth the drive for us!

My Experience at Nissan of Newnan was awesome. My salesperson Charleese did such a great job with me. Her energy was perfect she made the deal run smoothly. She was honest with me and had my best interest in mind. And everything moved quickly I felt so good with her service. I highly recommend. 10/10Awesome Awesome Awesome. My experience was amazing and I honestly did not expect that, this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The staff was fantastic and it was just such a smooth process and I am so grateful for it. Our salesman Cameron was great, he answered all of our concerns and was 100% honest with us through out the process. He was truly a pleasure to work with, we hope in the near future we can come see him again to get my husband into a new Frontier!

My experience at Nissan of Newnan, exceeded my expectations, and I am so happy that I chose to purchase a car from them. I worked with the phenomenal Cameron Cathey, who was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and one of the best car sales professional I have ever worked with. Upon arrival, we were greeted by him, and prior to arriving he already had the specific car I wanted, detailed and ready to go once the paperwork was completed. I am very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue, and I truly appreciate Cameron for his service! If you ever need to purchase a car, Cameron, is your guy! :)

This is going to be a long review however, if you have time to read, you won t regret it!!My morning started off with a simple recall repair. I was in and out in about an hour and a half the service advisor Tripp helped me during this process. I had two Manufacture recall parts that were needing to be completed and they were able to assist.Once completed I departed.Arriving home in my vehicle I wanted to take a quick nap before work. I m not certain what transpired during that time but when I went to go back and crank my vehicle up, I was met with with a engine malfunction Reduce power notification on my screen of my dashboard I quickly contacted Nissan of Newnan and the young lady that I spoke to was very nonchalant and not willing to help. I quickly asked to speak to her manager and she transferred me to the off Location 1800 number.I spoke to a young lady at the offsite location and requested her to put a note into the manager to please give me a call because this issue was frustrating and I needed to get to work. This young lady went above and beyond for me as well.Within a few minutes of her, putting in the note, I received a call from Tripp. I was a bit stunned because again being that this is a big car dealership sometimes notes go unnoticed however, Tripp took the time to call me within two minutes which I was amazed, Tripp took action and offered to have my car towed to the dealership as well as provided me with a loaner due to the situation .The tow truck arrived roughly at 7:30 which the car dealership closes at eight. I contacted the number that Tripp had advised me to contact when I was in route however, this gentleman was non-helpful. He stated that I would have to just try again tomorrow.Again I had to call Tripp. Rest assured Tripp told me I had nothing to worry about and that he would come back to the dealership to make sure that I was able to get the loaner. Please note that Tripp was at home and off for the day however, his gestures and going above means so much to me.I arrived at the dealership roughly at 8:21pm during the process of my transport with the tow truck driver , Tripp checked on me throughout the transport. This again means so much.I ve never met a car dealership sales manager or service manager that went above such as Tripp has. Tripp assured me that he would contact me tomorrow to be sure that my vehicle was checked out and whatever issue that may have arises would be fixedI say this with so much gratitude and so much thankfulness in my heart for a person such as Tripp to be a part of a dealership that is the key to the sales. Someone that goes above and beyond for customers no matter what. He saw a task and he got it done. Tripp is truly an angel in my time of need provided me with reassurance respect and knowledge. He took the time to understand the issue as well as applied a solution to the matter.Thank you so much Nissan of Newnan. I look forward to getting my car back as well as I hope that you all take the time to honor an amazing man .Thank you Tripp

I no longer have any trust in the service department. The last time I was in, the multi point inspection stated that it was critical that I change my power steering fluid and coolant. I declined the service. This time, they check out OK? That would have to mean that either last time they were lying or this time they didn t check, but they said they did, which would also be a lie. Also, the last time I was in, the multi point inspection stated that my battery and terminals were OK. I ended up breaking down in Atlanta because my car wouldn t start. The tow truck came to tow my car, the driver said all that needed to be done was the terminals needed to be tightened. I brought the card to Nissan and asked them to change the terminals because they couldn t be tightened. They told me they tightened the terminals and they didn t need changing so they didn t change them. Two days later my car wouldn t start again. And I got stranded in a parking lot with the same exact issue. I don t trust the service department. After this last oil change, I will never bring my car here again.

I had an appointment scheduled. It took 30 minutes for them to just take the car into the shop. They took care of the work in a mostly timely manner. I was disappointed by the pricing on parts as well as they were quite a bit higher than another Nissan nearby. They don t price match so there s that as well. I also requested a quote for certain services and never got the quote. Lastly, I asked if I could have a temporary tag carton cutout to put my temp tag on as I bought the car privately. They said because I didn t buy it there I couldn t. It s just a piece of carton with Nissan of Newnan on it, free advertisement if anything but I guess maybe they feel they d have some type of liability? No idea. Overall, probably won t come back which is disappointing since it s my local Nissan.

Tripp Harper is by far the best service advisor we have dealt with. He informed us about everything that was going on with our car, made sure we were taken care of while we waited, and was HONEST! Not many people these days are honest and reliable, and Tripp by far won our business!

I recently visited Nissan Of Newnan in search of a vehicle, and had the pleasure of interacting with Cameron Cathey. The customer service I received was truly outstanding. Cameron was knowledgeable, attentive, extremely patient, and went above and beyond to assist me. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendly demeanor throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Five stars times two!! Nissan of Newnan and Norman Davis (Salesperson) WERE AWESOME!! Our car buying experience has NEVER been this simple and drama-free..NO LIE! Norman walked us thru EVERY aspect of the buying experience with ease and constantly asked if we had questions. His expertise, in-depth knowledge about the vehicle and overall professionalism were truly second to none! This was my daughter's FIRST car that she purchased on her own and the way he approached our situation and made sure she was understood everything..from beginning to end..well I can't be any more thankful! I am beyond pleased and again if I could give TEN STARS I would!! !!!!My next vehicle purchase will ONLY be with Norman!!!

Salesperson Cameron Cathey did a superb job in what was by far the best car dealership experience we ve ever had. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about our new Nissan and he projects a quiet confidence that put us at ease from the beginning. He promised and delivered on getting us a super deal and was courteous and kept us in the loop throughout the process.Lamarcus was likewise superb in his financial role, despite having to use an unfamiliar office at the last minute.Thanks to the fine people at Nissan of Newnan for this wonderful vehicle and for staying late to help us drive home in it that very night.

My experience was slightly below what I expected for an oil change. My appointment was at 10a. I arrived within 5 mins of my appointment time and was finished at almost 12 which seems like a long time (excluding anyone that may have been ahead of me). When I arrived, there was no other customers in the service intake area. I was not a fan of the online car report at Union City Nissan, and I'm still not a fan of it here. I don't know alot about cars outside of basics. I need people who I'm paying for service to explain to me what is wrong with my car, if anything. Additionally, I was misquoted for my oil change between my call to make the appointment and what I was told when I arrived. The associate that handled my service was nice and the facility was clean. Overall, not impressed.

Very disappointed and extremely upset with how me and my husband was treated on 02/24/24. I did my research and saw that this location had a credit forgiveness program to assist you to get a car. I came there with my husband and our 3 toddlers, to look into getting the pre-certified 2023 Nissan Pathfinder 4wd for $29,500. Me and my husband s credit was ran multiple times and we told the female sales rep that we had $4,000 to put down as a down payment. She mentioned that there were other people coming from out of town coming to see the same car that day as well. When she came from the financial office, she told us that the manager said if we can put down at least $6,000-$7,000, that would help us to get a bank to give us the loan. We said okay, we can do $6,000( which was our entire savings) She left and went to help another customer, while we were waiting for a response from the bank. Then she came back and asked if we would like an older vehicle and my husband said no. So she said she would go talk to the manager again for an update. She ended up saying if she was us, she would hold on to the money because if we get a used vehicle, we would have to spend more to get warranty. Now fast forward to today, my husband gets call from her, asking if we was still interested in the first car we wanted. So my husband told her no, because we got rejected already. Now all of a sudden, she can get a bank to work with us. If she wanted these other people to get the car that was coming out of town, that s all she had to say. Don t lie and say we will need to pay down more than $6,000, when that was not the truth. I am very disappointed in Nissan, if that is how y all treat people with bad credit.

They need to take time out with the customer and go over the service repair work before asking for a signature. Also make your the customer has a printout copy of service done with payment receipt. The estimate I received on the previous visit did not match up with what I received. I needed understanding.Thanks,

We had a great experience at Nissan of Newnan! Everyone was very friendly! Staff really took the time to work with us finding the right car and payment! Our sales rep, Julian was the best!! We could not had asked for a better sales rep. He worked extremely hard for us!

I have used Nissan of Newnan for the past 4 yrs. Up until these last two visits they were great. Now I wouldn t send my worst enemy to them. One of the incidents when I took my 2018 Altima for an oil change, the computer still had the need oil change warning popping up. So did they really do an oil change? This time they were supposed to do oil change and tire rotation and they didn t do the rotation and I know this because the same tire is still popping up low air pressure. Also when I took the car in my car recognized my daughters key fob. Now it doesn t work properly it won t recognize it but it will start the car. When Tyler from Nissan called me about my 2 star survey review and he was not nice! He was very defensive and not helpful he even lied and said he printed off information about the car tires and he didn t! He emailed it to me for me to approve work or deny it and yes I denied the $1200 cost they wanted to charge for 4 tires that I can pay $800 for. They used to print off this information for me so I could keep it. Once I denied all of the $4000 of repairs they suggested all the information vanished!! I have not been able to find it anywhere! My thing is why did you call me all in your feelings about my review of what I honestly see as a problem! He shouldn t have called now I will never go back to Nissan of Newnan!!

Well worth the wait to have my oil change done, I understand this is not a Take5 and will take a little bit of extra time, but they actually check the tire pressure, test the battery, perform a multi-point inspection and wash my car; not to mention, they don't even charge for it. Will return with both of my cars.

One of the worse new car dealers I ve ever dealt with. Tried to give me a value of my car off an online auction and the model was a base model, my car is the top trim model. They wanted to give me $13k less for the car that was this years model, less then 6 months old, only had 10k miles and was in pristine condition.Look elsewhere if you want a dealer that is serious about doing business. This dealership is serious about ripping you off.

The most recent exprience was bad. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. After they finished with oril change, tire rotation and car inspection there were some other things that need to be done. i agreed to have my front and back brakes added to my service. it took the service people almost 6 hours to complete the serivce. Every hour I would asked the serivce person how long? He would say not long at all. I got there at 9 am and i didn not leave until almost 3pm. That is totally unacceptable. When I first came to Nissan Newnan, you guys had great customer service people who got you in and out without a hassle. The last couple of times, there has been issues. The last time, i was there it took you guys 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt. This time was worst than the last. I am sorry to say that this may be my last time coming to you guys. The effective service and nice people that I once expreinced are gone.

NEVER come here again.Went in for recall and asked for an estimate on replacing the washer fluid reservoir. No one ever called me for pick up. So I went on my own several hours after the estimated time. Had to wait about an hour. Then they charged me $100 for the diagnosis. I told them it was leaking and just wanted a quote. I got scammed out of a hundred bucks just to tell me the reservoir was leaking which I told them at drop-off. They wanted hundreds of dollars for the reservoir. I bought it online for 29.99. I will NEVER set foot there again.

Before I made the 95 mile, one-way, drive to Nissan of Newnan, Cameron helped me immensely by communicating to me all information I requested regarding the Armada they had listed online. The drive was worth my time because Cameron was exceptionally easy to work with. There was zero sales pressure from anyone and lots of friendly people to complete my transaction. I'm happy with my second Nissan and glad I made the drive.
