Quick change over for my front tires. New tires were balanced properly they used sticky weights per my request ( I hate the ones that clamp onto your rims and look ugly) and there was no pull in my tires at all. The wheel was straight not cooked to the side like I've had in the past. No complaints

2 $55 used tires in less than 3 months. I believe the warranty is 60 days but that s about the life span of the used tires I ve purchased from them.

DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE They did not honor our warranty & Roberto is extremely rude & unprofessional. When he had no answer he said we needed to come back when Raphael (The Owner) is there but could not provide us a time. As I asked more questions HE SAID He no longer speaks English . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Worst customer service ever!!!! Problem Unresolved. If I could get this shop closed down for good I would , So they would never be able to get over on another unsuspecting person again. We took our car there for front and rear brakes to be replaced along with purchase of 2 tires , Only to get our car back with a brake system warning noted on dashboard . The technician said that the brake system lights would go off after driving for 5 minutes. Lights didn t go off after 5 minutes or 5 hours!!!! We found out later that they broke the rear caliper motor when replacing the brakes. When we returned to shop to inform them of the problem . Roberto (manager)was very disrespectful and rude to us. He told us to wait in lobby and he would be right back. He never returned . Ten minutes later a young lady comes out to tell us we have to come back tomorrow. We walk outside to talk to Roberto and he and other workers ignore us and walk away.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I took my BMW here to get a crack in my rim repaired, when he finished I noticed he scratched the entire face of my rim( I put before and after pictures below). I told the owner Raphael my issue with his guy s works and he tells me that the scratch is old and he did not do it. Also, he mentions that he works on high end vehicles so this was not as important to him. It was not until I got a man to talk to him for him to agree to go half on getting my rim repaired by his friend. I got rim repaired by his friend just for Raphael not to pay his portion.

Good guys. My nephew used these guys for several years so I went and got a great deal and fast service. The thing I liked the most was their honesty about pricing of new tires and rims for my Kia Soul. You want believe the pricing I was given from other shops. Thanks for your honesty,you will always be my first go to when I need tires. #youngmenmakingithappen

I was recommended to tire depot and I have to say I was very impressed with how they do things. They're very respectful and social. They work fast and precise! I bought used tires that look close to new for a price I couldn't find after calling almost 20 different shops and they also give you a warranty on those tires. They'll see me again 100%

Amazingly kind and genuine people. Great business! If you are looking for any size tires, give this place a try. This is my go-to spot for tires for my recreational vehicle (40s tires) and also personal vehicles (17s', 19s). Great warranty and they stand always stand behind their work/word. One of the highest quality tire shop I've come across.Ask for Nicole or Manning.

Fixed my tire in about 10 minutes I had a nail in it. Very quick service had me on the road in no time. Nice people.

Great service! I had been to two nearby tire shops and they wouldn't even touch my tire because a nail was "too close" to the side. Both wanted to sell me new tires. I pull in here, they serviced my tire right away and pulled the nail out. Turns out it was just the top of a nail and wasn't even deep enough to cause a leak. The shop didn't even charge me. I will return for new tires. Thanks

Had fairly new tires...and then captured a screw in one. Rolled in on my donut, friendly staff came out right away. They sprung into action, I barely had to say a word! They plugged the tire so fast, the manager barely had time to come out and say hi...but he did! Truly full service, even screwed my spare back in place. I was expecting to pay more for a plug than they charge. Everyone was all smiles, really turned my day around. I highly recommend these folks.

Poor services they are racist towards black women and rude!! My third time getting a used tire there and the guys always have attitude! I will never spend my money there again.

Perfect experience!!! After calling around looking for a tire, Tire Depot was the place to go. I spoke to Raphael who gave me a great quote. Upon arrival I was greeted by 4 guys ready to work. All very knowledgeable and helpful. My price was the same as on the phone as well as beating other competitors in the area. Which was a plus because I have been dupedbefore from other places. I was in and out in no time. Def a pleasant trip I will certainly use them again.

The gentlemen here were fast and courteous. I bought 2 used tires but they looked like brand new ones!! I am so pleased with their services. I would definitely recommend them to others. I have never in my life bought used tires but if you have to buy one or two, GO here!!

On 10-17-19. First of all the customer service is horrible! Nobody greets you when you come in. Most of the guys dont speak to you. They charged me $192 for 4 used tires that are not only 4 different brand of tires but also had less thread that the ones I had on prior. I would never go back here. The prices are extreme. If I wasn t in such a rush due to going out of town I would have much rather have them put my old tires back on. Such a waste of money!

I ve been to a lot of tire places. Will does a excellent job on mountting my Tires. I even have him mount my Hoosiers and he takes great care and caution when mounting on both the wheel and tire. Not a single scuff on my wheel. Can t say the same on the tire south. They beat my brand new wheel all up and they have plastic heads on their tire machine.

Needed four tires for my equipment trailer...Called several tire shops and no one could get to me today.Called Tire Depot talked with Raphael told him I need four tires for my trailer . He said they have them in stock come on over.Got there and one of his workers saw my spare tire was also bad while changing the other four.Paid for the five tires for $ 125.00 less than the other tire shops were going to charge me for four tires.Great job in and out in 30 minutes....I will be going back the next time I need tires.Thanks for a GREAT experience....!

I took my car to them to get my tire patched and the next morning that same tire was flat. I took it back to them to ask that they fix it properly, and I was told that my very same tire had another nail in it. Are they crazy? To add insult to injury, they really expected me to pay an additional $25 to fix it. Ludicrous, they are crooks!

Service is quick although it may take a minute to be acknowledged but they where busy. I wouldn't consider this to be a budget friendly establishment. I spent close to $500 here for 4 new tires they all are the same brand but not a top brand I was charged roughly about $110 per tire and the brand costs only about $75-$78 with installation at Walmart and another place in McDonough. Unfortunately my tires where very bad traffic was bad and time was short before having to get back home so I paid the money more so out of convenience not because I didnt know iron man tires aren't worth $110 a piece. If you are short on time and the extra expense is worth saving the time to go elsewhere or schedule an appointment somewhere else it I would suggest it because of the speed. I will be doing better tire maintenance on my vehicles because the car I took I dont drive and just noticed the wires in the tires where showing and I wanted to go ahead and take care of it because my husband drives that car but I dont entend on making this my first choice place to go.

The staff member that was there this morning on 5/8/21 was absolutely horrible and extremely disrespectful! I drove 15 minutes on a flat tire to get to them and the sign said opens at 8 so I was sitting in my truck waiting on someone at 725. So two other vehicles pull up. At 745 he opens the shop door and goes to another vehicle and begins working on it. I get out and say excuse me I was here first he said I seen you . But you never got out of your truck. Ok so first off if you seen me why and the hell did you not come out to see what I need? It was before your business hours yet you want to disrespect a paying customer and walk past me when you seen me there? Do not use these guys.... my suggestion would be southern tire or tire south !!!! Absolutely horrible customer service and an even worse attitude. Screw this place!

I have come here several times in the last for trailer tires. Even advertised for them with their bumper sticker. I used to drive here specifically. I came in today at 5:40 needing 2 tires for my truck. They told me they were closed. They close at 6. Went to discount tire. They got me in and out quickly. Unfortunately I won t be back here. I realize it was close to closing time, but you just lost a customer. Could have been done before 6.

Been taking my car here for 7 years in July I purchased a new set of tires online and brought them to tire depot to mount. They screwed up but getting my lugs stuck (stripped) on the two rear wheels. the only way I was able to find out is by me catching a flat tire a few weeks later and not being able to remove my rims....HOWEVER.!!! When I found out I took it back to the shop and they immediately said they d take care of it. And they re doing it right now.... So Shout out to these guys. They do pretty good work.

So, i called asked if they carried my tire size stated yes and in stock. I head over they begin to take old tires off and place new ones on and then I notice that they are the wrong size. I quickly tell the individuals putting them on they don't care tell me to go speak to person inside (possible manager). I tell the individual inside the office and he realized he did speak to me and told me in stock. He informs has to order them and there I wait close to an hour. Last time I bought from them never again! If you want better service head to D&A tires 55 Atlanta St, McDonough, GA 30253 tell them Francisco sent you.

Always fast service, very friendly, and great prices. They are the only tire shop my family goes to. Do yourself a favor and stop and let them help you with your tire needs, you won t regret it

LOVE TIRE DEPOT. Coming here over 7 years! The Tire Crew truly understands Customer Service as a necessity. Tires are ALWAYS good! The value is REAL!!!

Do not buy used tires here! They are scam artist and tried to give me a used tire that was almost completely bald.
