I came in for an alignment after rebuilding my front end. The person who brought my car to the service bay was very rough with my vehicle. From the waiting room, I saw him aggressively trying to slam my gearshift into park several times before getting the truck to start. (Sometimes the safety that senses the unit is in park isn't activated) the unit could have been started in neutral, but what this person did damaged the shift linkage. The technicians wanted to argue with me that they didn't damage it; however the issue only appeared after they had my truck for an hour and a half for a simple alignment. The only helpful person in the entire situation was the service advisor Alex, but the situation currently remains unresolved

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Alex was phenomenal. He didn't try to "sell" me anything. He presented the products. He spent 30-40 minutes just talking to me (I had a lot of questions). He then told me... I have some "homework" for you... go to these websites over the weekend and call me on Monday. Absolutely no pressure! He even gave me a rough estimate of what everything would cost.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the perfect wheels and tires for my Jeep. They went above and beyond what I would expect from a Tire shop. They are one of the few shops actually open past 5pm (when most people get off work). I was expecting it to take a couple days to install the lift and wheels, but they had it done in a day. Highly recommended and I will be taking my other vehicles here for any work needed.

Alex, Alyssa, Jake, and the crew are amazing, honest, and kind people and always doing their best to give me and my husband affordable prices, quality work, and convenient appointment times. I highly recommend anyone to come here. They have a life long loyal customer! They helped me build my Camry. Wheels, diffuser, headlight and fog installation. I go here for all my car needs.

Great experience. Got a good deal on some tires and spacers on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Drove down the road and noticed a wobble in the back left, turned around and asked them about it. They gladly received the jeep, took the tires off, wheels off, spacers off, checked the axle, moved the spacers around, and found it was one of the spacers. They ordered me another one and got it squared away within the week.

Just got my truck back. Dropped it off at 8am and picked up at 4pm same day. Parts took about a week or so to come in. 5inch spindle lift. I didnt want anything real high. Because i wanted to keep stock wheels. I must say they did outstanding work. Extremely good at explaining in detail with which set i needed based off my needs for keeping stock wheels. The guy was on the phone with me for ever explaining different options, while i questioned everything. Im a rookie to lifts and he made it easy. Not once got frustrated. This is a great company and they have great friendly staff.

My dad and I needed some tires swapped out for our pull behind cart and they had them swapped out and put back into the trunk of my car before we had even gone inside to pay and got back out, very fast and quality service.

They did a good job with my truck.Only complaints: could ve done a little better with trim job, still have a good amount of rubbing. And spiked black lugs they provided me with are beginning to rust and it has only been a few months.

BEST PLACE to get work done to your vehicles!! Purchased both of these Fords stock, my man Jake and his team got them sitting just right!!! LOVE this place!! Excellent customer service, communication, and EXCELLENT technicians working on their team! Thank yall for all the great work! Jake and his Team has done a excellent job for my Tacoma TRD Off-road 2020. The 3" lift is excellent and I am fully contented with the job done. Highly recommend for all those off road truck lovers to visit Southern Tire McDonough and explore all the MOD's they have in their disposal for your truck.Best of luck

They have always taken care of me every time i came. Alignments , rim & tire changes and they all have positive attitudes. 10/10 recommend. Don t even waste your time going to another tire shop i swear.

These guys killed it , usually skeptical about taking my vehicles to a shop I have no prior experience with, but after receiving my truck after the work I can say these guys know what they are doing. Communication, time, experience and customer service are above the bar. I m proud to say Southern tire McDonough will be an extension to my auto modification family for sure. Big thanks to Alex and the guys there, keep up the good work!

These guys are A-1 in my book!! I bought some tires and had some issues. They warrantied them out with no hassles. Provided credit towards my new upgraded pair of tires. Thanks for the great customer service guys!!!

These guys get it done at a great competitive price!! I ve had lift kits installed, several sets of tires and even had some truck accessories installed. Highly recommend these guys.

Very classy and professional. Went in for an alignment couldn't get it done because of other factors, which I had figured. But I like how they didn't alignment my car then tell me I had to get this or that done. They told me the best plan that would benefit me on the long run. Highly recommend them.

I don t know why I haven t left a review sooner!!! My husband and I will only take our vehicles to this shop. Jake and his team are honest, hard working guys. It s a no BS shop. Great looking lobby, always clean might I add. The guys are always friendly, and they will help you get or find whatever you need. They don t treat you like a dollar sign or like you are just another number. These guys will make sure you are taken care of, and represent a good business!

Very friendly, great bunch of guys to help you out with you tire or suspension needs. I prefer this place because of the extra effort the guys go through to make sure I understand the product offered and I'm happy with the pricing. Thank you Jake and Roland. Make you you tell the mechanics I said thanks too. Awesome job. ( I had tires and suspension work done at an affordable price)

These guys are rockstars. I take my truck, car and RV to these guys and they treat me like family. I would never go to any other place. For a 5 star rating system I give them a 10.
