Assistant manager here is a awesome older guy.....I purchased a set of spark plugs but when I got home a plug was missing out of the box, he acknowledged that it was his mistake and took care of me the next day. He even paid the cost difference of the plug out of his pocket because the original one was out of stock

Ordered a battery online, went to pick it up and request for it to be replacedat 6:45pm. Jesus, the young guy at the desk was no help at all. He turn to the Fred and said with sarcasm "that he's gonna do this battery install before we closed the store" I said yo him that the store does closed until 8pm. According to him, he has to clean the store. He went inside the store and never came back. Fred then came outside and install the battery within 3mins top. Jesus you need to fund another job, if you're not customer oriented.

I went to purchase windshield wipers and the associate helped me as soon as I entered. Then, he went to see my car model to make sure he had the correct models. He was very helpful, I would definitely return if I had to purchase anything for my car!

Customer service was horrible, Jesus (clerk) didn't acknowledge anyone. He purposely ignored customers while starting with someone new. He gave no direction or closing of the situation. He was very rude, arrogant, and nonapologetic.

This store is convenient to get to from my house but they got to work on their customer service. I guess depending on their mood for the day sometimes they speak and most other times they ll look you right in your face and don t even acknowledge your presence. Basic customer service such as greeting your customers is essential for repeat business. There are too many other options in this retail space for people to spend their money. This was the final straw for me.

I did not get the gentleman name but I do believe he was a manager. First class customer service is what I got out of my experience. I will definitely in the future continue to shop at this location.

I always have a great experience here. Custom service is excellent, the employees are ALWAYS helpful they go over and beyond their way to help and solve any issues. This is why O Reillys is my first choice before Auto zone or any other part store. I love the service I always get

Usually pretty helpful, almost always has what I need. Minus one star for telling me my truck didn t exist, when it was sitting in the parking lot (yup, they made that package and year model combination!). Friendly staff and convenient to where I am though.

Went in to get a fuel filter and hose connector and the employee wanted to argue claiming we didn t know what we were talking about after telling him exactly what happened with my 2000 ranger. Then as we are talking to the man he decided to keeping staring at me and eyeing me up and Down while keeping a creepy smirk on his face. I wouldn t recommend coming here and if you do avoid the employee Gary unless you want to argue over something simple and be creeped out severally

I called yesterday to inquire on if I'd be able to receive a free check engine light test. The lady who answered advised they could give me the code tester for me to do it myself. I asked if they'd be able to give specifics on how to check it. In a derogatory tone, she said, "I mean, it's simple, just plug it in, there's nothing to advise on". I asked for specifics such as where am I supposed to plug it in, to which she claimed "next to the emergency brake". I'm not sure if it's in this area in different cars, but I soon found out mines (and several other vehicles) is located under my steering wheel, which is nowhere near my emergency brake (in the center of the car). It'd be more plausible to gain the necessary info to offer real assistance before trying to brush someone off, condescendingly claiming something is "simple" while giving the wrong info. If I can't trust them to accurately and professionally help me with something free, why should I trust them enough to conduct business?

Fast and convenient to get car parts and accessories. Unfortunately, staff at the store is not following any of the covid-19 prevention measures: I.E.: not wearing masks....

My alternator died and I had to leave my car overnight in the parking lot. These guys helped me out by finding parts and loaning basic tools so I can swap out the alternator and battery.
