The receptionist needs to retire find a new job do something definitely doesn t need to be in customer service of any sort about as rude as a rabid dog don t do business here go to Johnson s down the road ! Cheaper better and actually have a good attitude will not be returning

Asked for specific parts, they said they had them, however they don't have anyone to walk the yard to see what condition the parts are in.. You get there, and the parts are broken, and they want to much money for them... I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere...

Can t walk on yard just given prices which are high to me price given i could have got new for what I needed and when ask well can I look at it first etc she just shrugged her head not personable at all first and last time going

Impolite and not willing to help at all. Won't even send a picture. They want you to drive two hours and come pay for it before you can see it, ridiculous. Zero stars if I could.

I had to drive almost 40 minutes to get to this location and it felt as if "the hills had eyes." A typical mom-and-pop, back hills location. They weren't friendly at all. Their website showed they had 2 parts however when I got there, they only had 1. It took about 20 minutes to retrieve a part that should have only taken about 10 minutes and did I mention they weren't friendly at all? The part they had was in excellent condition and at least the woman said thank you with a half smile grin.

Just got off the phone with the receptionist. She was very rude and explained to me that she could not run a total on 4 stock wheels and tires because she was busy eating lunch. I stated that I probably shouldn t do business with them and hung up. 0/10. If you don t like your job, find something else to do with your time!!!

I rented a truck and drove an hour from Atlanta to Griffin to pick up a hood from A&B. Great experience - Michelle was awesome and even started assisting me before they opened. I tried to negotiate a price but she held firm - it was well worth it. Not only that there was another part that I don't think they had but she went out of her way to look up for me! She found it in seconds and I've been looking for two weeks! Rusty helped me get the parts and was just as awesome; he took the hood off and loaded it in my truck in what I believe to be record time. This is a great place and will always start my parts search here first.Service: Body & Trim

Ordered parts over the phone, they would not ship two pieces of plastic, so I drove almost 3 hours only to find a broken part. This business is listed on car-part.com. Use at your own risk when placing a phone order.

My experience was horrible very terrible customer relation. Very RUDE and UNPLEASANT front Desk lady. Proud and arrogant. I bought a car door form her, got the payment first and dump the door under the rain. Kept me and my daughter sstanding under the rain. I called and spoke to the office manager, who identified her name as Michelle. I told her I who I was and asked for a specific part and if additional photos could be provided. She told me photos were available online l. I told her these were not good quality, and if she would provide additional. She refused and told me the only pictures were online and the part was offsite. To get to the point... BEWARE this place has unprofessional management and HORRIBLEcustomer service. I will spread the word to all my dealer and repair shop network.

If I could give NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS as a rating I WOULD! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I never give bad reviews. I know how important negative and positive ratings can affect a company. I ordered a driver side headlight. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite but made a mistake by putting an order in for a passenger side headlight instead of the driver side headlight like I needed. I m not here to bash her. She obviously made a mistake. So I called them back after getting the wrong part and explained to her very nicely that I was sent the wrong part. She apologized and put me on the phone with a rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful man that told me I didn t know my left from right and it was my fault that the wrong side was sent. Keep in mind that I never told them left or right I told them I needed a DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHT! I originally paid $30.00 in shipping the first time. Than I was told that I had to pay for the shipping to return the part back which was $31.55 if I wanted the correct part to be sent to me. All I wanted was for them to own up to their mistake and pay for the shipping back to them. If they sent me the correct part in the first place I wouldn t be in this situation. He than told me it s too bad they sent the wrong part they don t warranty shipping. It was their fault but too coward to own up to their mistake. Now the shipping cost is more than the part cost! I will NEVER BE USING A & B auto ever again. Go ELSEWHERE!!! This place is a joke! On top of getting the wrong part they sent me a headlight that was broken but they at least put the broken pieces in the box for me. All in all don t go here. Save your stress level. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would for their poor customer service

They had the parts that I was looking for and at a good price. But it took a while to actually have them in hand as they were in the process of pulling other parts for another customer. So be prepared to wait. Or if you are around the area, maybe pay for the part and then come back once it's pulled. This would save time.

I called and asked about a part they claimed they had drove straight there which is a hour from my house to get there for the lady to tell me the part is gone. She was rude from the time I walked in the door she had a bad attitude.

Went here to complete a vehicle inspection.It was a hassle to get an appointment but everything went great once I arrived. It would help if they were a bit organized but it s a salvage place, I don t expect them to be all tip top

Found online set of seats from this yard. Called to confirm they had what was listed on car-part.com and they said they did. Drove many hours to get to their location only to find out someone had put cloth seats into the vehicle. They had no idea who did it, falsely advertised what was listed over the phone and online and wasted my entire day. Time off work , gas, and time wasted. Really unprofessional employees as well.

Go to Johnson s .You can t go to this place without having to deal with terrible customer service, and it s solely the woman in the front office. We know of at least 15+ people/businesses that would rather travel for a part or pay for a new one before they had to deal with this place simply because of the attitude of the office manager .

The worst business ever. I would rate them -0. I drove over two hours to get parts for my vehicle and I was assured that they had the right part, but just as I suspected, they didn't have the part and offered no apology for the worst ever customer service. I would never recommend this business to anyone ever! I didn't like anything about this business

If you need a part they got your part if they don't they'll get it for you they are LinkedIn with a network of auto salvage yards you can even search inventory online I recommend a and b fo' sho'

Front office lady was horribly rude and doesn't know anything about cars so the information she gives isn't correct. Never recommend or return. They don't deserve the 1 star. If you have dark skin, don't bother going there.

Worth the drive! I got a great deal on a motor for a 07 chevy equinox. Motor was clean and not all beat up with every sensor broken like most places. Installed it and it cranked on the first try runs perfect.
