I had to come back to update my previous review . The new girl that was hired a few months ago was extremely rude and treated people poorly, and this store stopped receiving me and my husband s business after going there for nearly 10 years almost daily. And so many other customers stopped going there as well due to this new girl. Fast forward .. a few weeks ago the owner stopped me, and my husband, and asked us why we stopped going there, so we told him, and let me tell you that the new girl has been nothing but amazing to us and everyone else! I don t know if she was going through something but the owner must ve talked to her or whatever it was she is literally on point whenever we go in she knows exactly what we re getting and has it ready. I m so glad that I can go in there and not have any issues or end up going out of my way to the Valero in hogansville. Thanks to the owners who does make sure they keep their customers happy and is wholeheartedly a caring person!

Fuel pump is super slow. They must not be cleaning the filter, probably clogged bc it took about 10 mins to pump only 8 gallons of gas into my car ! Insane. MAINTAIN YOUR STATION PLEASE. I d recommend just going across the street there s another station right there. I know I m going there next time.

Been coming here for 8 years and the new lady who works nights, with the blonde hair, and Sundays is VERY rude, under multiple circumstances. Today I went in and had to pay with quarters as that's all I had, and I walk up to the counter, saw the total and counted out and as SOON as I started counting my money she tried taking it out of my hand to count it herself to rush me out of the store. Very rude.

Stephanie goes beyond what anyone would expect from an employee. She comes to work in pain from her sciatica and still fixes plenty of breakfast, and charges consistently.When she's not there, the clerk charges whatever he wants. Stealing pennies and dimes as he chooses.Stephanie deserves a raise. She cares about her customers

Just came to get some gas and Stephanie at 6:50 a.m. was very rude and nasty. Her exact words were "you're going to have to wait until I finish refilling this soap before you can pay for your gas. Don't you see I'm doing something?" She made me feel like I was bothering her because I wanted to purchase gas. I will never stop at another BP again. She made getting gas so unpleasant and upset by entire family with her rude tactics. We were literally afraid to buy anything else in the store, because we didn't want to bother her anymore for assistance. If this is how BP treat their customers I'll stick to QT and risk running out of gas before I give my hard earned money to someone who is as rude and nasty.

Good, clean place, but isles are a bit too close together.I just went here again and found the staff went out of their way helping me AND actually having a conversation with me!Clean store, very "comfortable" there...

Would leave a zero star... worse service ever .. lady was rude. I was a regular customer until today ... and manager was there as well and listen to her talk very rudely to me and my daughter!!!!!

Would not allow me to use my card as credit. When I requested credit she switched machines and then pointed me to there atm. Not acceptable
