Really good place to buy some auto parts and stuff for my vehicles. I love the idea that I don t have to drive 20+ miles every time I need something last minute to repair my vehicles. Those guys are great!

Friendly service but don't like being told there gonna be open until 6 on line but show up not even an hour I left and they're closed before 5:15

I wanted windshield wiper blades I never been in the store. I went in looking to see someone I heard a voice asking May I HELP YOU? I told him what I needed he looked them up on the computer but told me in a very nice way but we don't put them on and took me outside to show me how. I have put some on before but not now I'm a to OLD WOMAN I really appreciate him being so kind from there I went to McCormick shop the young man put them on. A blessing to meet two very helpful people in Franklin.

It's so nice to have a local Napa store. Always treated nicely. Store is always clean and well organized

This is a nice store with a lot of inventory and pretty good prices for this area. The owner could be a little friendlier but I will be stopping here again.
