I appreciate the time and effort put into my vehicle. Its running how I remember it to be but better. I m also thankful you guys didnt charge me for holding my car a month and a half after the work was done, allowing me time to come up with the money!

Very friendly service, work with you and offer 90 day same as cash, very informative about what is wrong with your vehicle and up front about the cost of your service. I just had my truck serviced because my front brakes locked up now it drives like new money!! Thank you McCormicks you will always have my business!!!

Love this feature, making your own online appointment. Had my Santa fe AWD lined up, was notified by phone the small issue with the alignment along with detailed information and a print out. Best service around, thank you McCormick!!!

Amazing service and dependable . The staff are masters of they're craft . John and Zach are honest and easy to talk to and genuinely seem to love what they do and are good at it. Prices are typical and not over priced . I had a problem with a low beam headlight and side marker bulbs blowing out and needing replacement. The wiring on the headlight assembly was exposed because the insulation surrounding the wires was manufactured with a protein base insulation. The whole passenger light assembly needed replacing. They did a fine job and returned my car back to me the following day. They showed me the old part and explained what had happened with the wiring. My car is a 2017 Infiniti Q60. I could not find anyone in the West Georgia area who would even work on Infiniti or didn't have a months long waiting list. I found McCormick on the internet and called. They got my car in quick. Misfire, cylinder 4 code. It was inoperable. The great team at McCormick diagnosed, inspected and repaired my car and had it running smoothly the next day and for a great price. Quick changing of a coil pack, spark plug and fixing of a coolant leak. I appreciate their professionalism, knowledgeable technicians, and quickness. I would highly recommend using them for your mechanical needs. I have an appointment to go back next week for brake pads and rotars. I never leave reviews but a good mechanic is hard to find especially one who specializes in Infiniti. I would highly recommend McCormick Automotive they gave me great service. They always did over and above great service. I went to pickup my truck and mentioned a problem my mom had with her blinker and they fixed it on the spot with no charge. And also saved me money for a transmission with a five year warranty. I moved to Atlanta three years ago and would always go to the dealership. That was the worst thing I did. I was referred to McCormick and I will NEVER go to a dealership again.

I was recommended here and am sad to say I ll never come back. Truck has sat at the shop for 2 weeks nothing has been done, no communication, when I tried to get information customer service was unacceptableI don t think these people realize peoples livelihoods depend on vehicles.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took vehicle to them to see why it wouldn't start. Told them call me before you do the repair and let me know how much yet no call for 2 weeks . So I go up there and I'm told it's still not been looked at. That's OK week later I send my kid to get the key as they proceed to tell her it's 596. Which was for a timing belt and water pump and alternator belt. Noone ask for that. So I send the kid back up there to pay the 596 but yet they give her the bill of 596 yet charge 621.00out of my bank. That's not how you do business period. Not sure what's going on up there but the service has went to hell.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection

Did not properly tighten my oil filter, created a lot of issues and oil mess in engine and driveway. Thankfully I noticed the issue before my engine blew. Engine was 2.5 quarts low due to leaking since august.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
