Thank you Penny and Portia. These two employees are the Power P's. Because I had more questions about moving my things reference security and access. They answered all of my questions promptly and politely, just how these Power P's work. They are not only sweetie pies but very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to FreeUp storage policies and procedures. Thank you again for all your help.

I spoke with a young lady named Penny over the phone concerning my storage needs. Penny was very knowledgeable concerning the size unit I might need. The customer service was exceptional. The storage room was clean and spacious. They sent me instructions to the facility and called back to see if I had any questions or concerns. Wonderful experience.

Super happy with FreeUp Storage - the Fortson, GA location to be exact. Portia helped us last May get our units squared away. She was very helpful and knowledgeable during the process. Penny helped us during the vacating process recently and she was very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be returning customers if we ever need to FreeUp space again!

The property is very nice and well kept. There are security cameras everywhere.Portia the agent was very nice and gave me my own lock.I highly recommend this place over other storage facilities.
