We are from out of state and broke down at a rest area. Talked to Jeff whose professionalism and expertise was above and beyond what we prayed for. Other shops told us best scenario was a couple days to order part. Jeff told us that's not acceptable and had us up and running within a couple hours. This all happened on a Friday afternoon and we are so thankful for his service. Strongly recommend J&K Mobile Service. Thank you.

Just when you think there s little to no humanity left in this world, you run across a business like J&K.As a (1) truck owner operator, I have to really pay attention to the little details the trucking world will throw at you. Unexpected break downs and roadside repairs being the number 1 issue. I as well as other owner/ops have been ripped off or grossly over charged for the simplest of repairs. On 06/08/2022 At 0145 I had the misfortune of needing to summon a roadside repair service. A call to several of the franchise shops in the area resulted in little to no response, I decided to do a internet search for local roadside repair and again after several phone calls little to no response , I came across J & K. They answered the phone promptly, the gentleman on the phone was very professional and courteous. After I apologized and explained that the reason I called so early was to be one of the first calls out in the morning as I had a time sensitive load and needed to get rolling as quick as possible. After a few details, a tentative time was arranged and I made a closing comment to the effect that this was going to be one of the pricer roadside repairs I would ever have. The gentleman replied Its not going to be as bad as you may think to which I will applaud them. Not only was the repair and roadside service well below what I was expecting. Their professionalism from the first phone call, to the mechanic who came out and all the way to the lady who secured the billing information. Everything was First Class. After brake failure on Sunday evening, J&K, Forsythe, got us in for service first thing Monday morning. They put two men on the job and finished it quickly. We were able to continue our vacation. Reasonable and great service. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!
