The service department is HORRIBLE! Dropped our truck off for a recall with less than 50k miles on it, never heard back from the service dept, called them 30 min before closing and was notified it had been done most the day. Once we got it back the engine started making clanking noises.. Having to drive back to Forsyth for them to correct the issue! My time wasted! Doesnt seem like an issue for them.. DO NOT let this dealership service your vehicle unless you absolutely have too. We will NEVER come here for service again!!

Took my vehicle in for regular service. Appointment was easy to set up, called the day before and set up the following morning. Service personnel efficiently checked me in, identified which services I needed, and quickly got my vehicle to servicing. It was completed in a timely manner, and at a good price. Actually cheaper another business that solely does regular servicing.

Had to get some repairs did on my truck they were very accurate and got the work did less than a day, the people that work there were very friendly

(Service Department) Friendly and accommodating staff.My only dissatisfaction: I've only used them twice, and both times I wasn't contacted when my car was ready - I had to call them both times. It's not a big deal, but when I'm told I'll be called when it's ready, I expect to be called; however, I know communication is difficult among employees and changing shifts, so I understand how and why it could've happened, and why this isn't a serious complaint. I will definitely continue to use them.

I took my friend's car there in March 2022 to get serviced. We've been going there since then about every 3 weeks hoping the car would be fixed or they would tell us what was wrong with it. Everytime we went there they had a different story to tell about why they haven't diagnosed the vehicle or even fixed it. Finally, it's October 2022, they diagnosed the vehicle and explain to us that the vehicle needs a Transmission control module, but they don't know when they can repair it, because they're having problems getting parts. Ford is a major distributor when it comes to selling cars. How is it that they're having problems getting parts? A lie doesn't care who tells it. Now I wish we didn't consider taken the car there in the first place, but this is where the vehicle was purchased. Poor management, poor service and a rude staff. I recommend to think twice before bringing your vehicle here to get fixed.

Sales manager Amber and salesman Dana were fantastic! Honestly everyone up there was very friendly and honest, I kept waiting for the classic dealership experience with someone to hit me with a cringy dishonest sales vibe, but it never came! Best car buying experience I ve ever had hands down.

Had trouble with Service oil change. They would not do tire rotation. Said it was because of another dealership. I had to drive to Griffin from Forsyth and Speedway Ford is looking at vehicle now.hutcheson did not honor what coupon was for now I have to pay Speedway Ford
