My first experience with this shop and it was great! Everything was explained up front and did not disappoint. John and crew were very nice and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend their services to anyone! By far the best shop for miles around! My CRV turned out perfect! Thanks!!!

The nicest people ever. If you have to wait a bit to get the best repair ever, then you know it's a place people trust. This place beats the Toyota collision place in Macon Everytime.

I made an appointment for an estimate and wound up not being able to get there.They offered alternatives over the phone and were very courteous and accommodating.I highly recommend Floyd's so far. I will eventually used them to repair my recent collision damage as a result of this first encounter.

Friendly and complete work. But it took a month to get me car in and another month to get the parts and work complete.

Floyd s provided the best service I have ever had for a car repair. They got me in immediately, not waiting for weeks like other shops I contacted said it would take to even give me an estimate. They handled everything, including insurance, in a timely manner and kept me informed of the status of parts, and estimated time of completion of repairs. I took my truck to Floyds after it was vandalized. They kept me up to date on how the repairs were going and when it should be completed. It was completed on the day they said it would. The truck was washed vacuumed and waiting for me when they said it would be. I am very happy with everything done.I will definitely use them again if necessary.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Auto interior vacuuming

Super nice people. They gave me a written quote & really helped me get more money on a 3rd party insurance claim. My daughter had her car fixed there a few years ago & it was good quality work.

A deer hit our vehicle, a skill at which GA deer seem to excel, especially during the rut. Floyd's not only got us in before any other shop could, but got us OUT before any other could even start.Their work is impeccable, and their staff competent and compassionate. Called and asked if this company did a specific job and was told yes, went to take the car and was told never mind we don t do that! You could have told me that a few days ago when I called and specifically asked if you did THAT SPECIFIC JOB.

Best customer service. I dented my front fender. I got it back less than a week and I couldn t even tell my truck was damaged. Did a great job on blending the paint. Couldn t be happier. Highly recommended.

I was traveling through the area when my car broke down. After a very unpleasant experience at the Chevy dealer, I called and took my car to Floyd's. They looked at my car and even gave me a ride back my motel. The next day my car was fixed at a very reasonable price and I was back on the road home.

This guy is a riot! He thinks he is slick, has had my truck there for almost 3 weeks. For 2 headlights, 2 tail lights, 2 side mirriors. It was a insurance deal and certainly took advantage of this .. held my truck until the insurance paid his "extra" subsidies. That were not part of the original quote. Not a good experience at all.

Floyd's Collision was my 3rd bid. When I went, they showed me problems the accident caused that the other 2 shops didn't notice. Floyd's got our business - my car was repaired flawlessly.

Too "swamped " with work, Ed referred us to his competitor, MidGeorgia, who fixed our Tundra's air conditioning immediately for $100. Kudos to both shops. Couldn't have survived returning to Florida after Irma without them.

We ll just going to get a quote and it was raining a little outside was told they don t look at cars in the rain in which I had already been before the person went home sick and that s understandable but when he tells you well I can tell you now I want get to it till a month and the fact when I tell you I got a quote for 1300 hundred dollars you don t even look at my car say well I can tell you now I would charge more I don t work for cheap but after dealing with the way he made it sound like a Money thing even if it cost a few dollars I would not use them because you did not even look at my car and act as if you did not want to
