Jay was excellent. Very attentive and engaging. I was definitely caught by surprise today. Jay, Mike and his team were able to get the finish on my rim to look like new again in less than 3 hours. I am a happy customer that will be returning for ALL of my wheel and tire needs.

This was my first time ever coming here, needed my rims balanced and Jay took very good care of me not only did he get them to balance my rims , he also showed me why my rims was not balanced and showed me where I had bent my rim. And he offered to repair the rim for me and also rotated my tires. Jay thanks for all your help I would definitely recommend this business they was Quick, Friendly, thorough , and affordable .Service: Wheel alignment

I had a flat tire. Turns out my rim had a slight crack. I came in and Jay took care of me. Papito was the tech. He explained the issue and promptly welded the inside of the time. Definitely recommend. Thanks!

Man l don't know where to start. How about this you want to get your truck or suv game right check out SPECIAL RIMS in Jonesboro ga. Ask for Justin man he put me in the game for real. Me and my QX56 was just sitting on the sideline just blending in. Now we in the game for real sitting on them 26s. I posted the before and after pictures you see it. Jay and Mike took care of me.I was advised by another repair shop that I needed a tune up but they did a diagnostic and determined it was O2 sensors. They quickly ordered and had me in and out. I appreciate them and I will definitely use them again for all my repairs. They are very knowledgeable and they didn't try to overcharge me or take advantage of the situation. Jay is a awesome auto technician. He gave me excellent advice. I came to have my rim fixed he informed me it would be best to replace it. It was the right choice to make financially. He also informed me that I need another repair but didn t push me into it. The repair was quick as well. Will definitely come back for other things

Jay is absolutely amazing. I called needing something installed, because my car would not work and I didn t know why. I called and Jay was very responsive and squeezed me in without an appointment. When I got there the equipment was already there in stock , and Jay fixed my car in no time I was able to pick it up the same day I turned it in. If you need a shop to go to , they are very accommodative and will make sure you are satisfied before you leave. I have never had such a pleasure experience as I did with the company special rims and awesome employees. Juston s customer service was excellent. He was able to get me in for same day rim repair service. My car was ready an hour after I dropped it off. I was very impressed considering I was advised it would be a 2-day service and a much higher price elsewhere. I highly recommended Special Rims Inc. and I will be using them for my future rim/tire needs.

Was looking for a facility to install my new tires on my vehicle and this was the only place within 30 miles Special Rims Forest Park, that was reasonably priced. I had to drive a little distance but they were friendly, kind, professional, and did excellent work, Thanks to Jay!. Came in because I d lost my rim key and had been dealing with a leak. Jay helped me. Not only did he replace my rim key without me having to purchase a new set but after changing my tire also made me aware of another tire issue (I can t win) but I m so glad they checked the other tires! All the guys here are helpful and professional. Definitely my new go to spot.

They told me they can repair crack or bent rims. Went in there hours before they close cause my tire was leaking due the rim having a crack. They welding the rim 3 times and it wasn't good enough. It was still leaking air. They didn't do a clean job and didn't going the weld down. Took them hours till closing time and they wanted to kick me out with a bad rim that they made worst. At the end they got the leaking to stop by left a nasty 1 inch wide weld, didn't grind. It looks awful.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I had a bent rim and Jay got on it right away. He also checked the other 3 rims and they were fine. They fixed 3 rims for me about 3 years ago and that s why I came back. Would recommend Special Rims for bent rims and they have a great inventory of aftermarket rims on hand. Good service and a good price.

I got an alignment and 4 new tires on my visit here! The minute I walked in, Johnny welcomed me and assisted me with what I needed! He even help me figure out what was for sure wrong with my vehicle!!! The process and the customer service was immaculate!!! You cannot beat it!!!

Smooth, convenient,fast, and very professional experience at Special Rims on Jonesboro Rd.I went in with a major crack in one of my rims and JAY helped me to identify the problem while also giving me a great recommendation to save money in the future. I returned within a week with new tires and rims I purchased online because they didn't pressure me to buy from their inventory they specifically told me " to make the best decision for me".They mounted, high speed balanced, and aligned my rims and tires while also fixing my previous rim with the additional touch up paint to hide the repairs done. I was blown away by the affordable price they gave me a long with great customer service throughout my entire visit!The entire shop has a five star rating in my book and hands down the best choice in the ATL metro area.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Went in about 5 after work for a wheel alignment was referred by another shop. Jay & Mike took care of me- I was in and out in less than an hour, Mike checked my tire pressure and I was quoted a decent price. I recently had my car serviced elsewhere and had to replace a tire. Since that service the tire pressure light was malfunctioning. Took it back to original place and was told tire sensor needed to be replaced. The price they wanted to charge was ridiculous. Jay and Papito took excellent care of me and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. Much appreciated, I will definitely be back. I will also recommend to others.Service: Tires

My family and have been dealing with Special Rims for over 10yrs and they still haven't disappointed us. I recently purchased a set of 24in Snowflakes for my 2021 Dodge Ram thanks to Juston Reese.
