I was able to get a same day appointment and even earlier than expected . Antoine was very friendly and prompt getting me checked in for service . The tech took care of the issues and I m very pleased with the service received at this location .I also like the fact that they provided pics and information about other tech findings. That truly builds confidence as you know that they are not just trying to over-sell product and services you don t need , instead they show you the issues for you to make the best decision on how to go about it . I felt no pressure and the entire experience was a great one .Will recommend this meneike location in forest park to friends and family .

Their service is above and beyond my expectations! I had the pleasure of dealing with Meineke recently and was blown away by their customer service. Not only were they efficient and professional, but they also showed genuine empathy towards my concerns. I was 30 minutes late to my 3 pm appointment and couldn't reschedule for the next day (d/t I'm from out of town). They were able to squeeze me in still. It's rare to find such dedication to customer satisfaction these days! Meineke exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for making me feel valued as a customer!

Easily the worst car experience I ve ever had. I purchased an alignment thru Groupon, then elected to add the oil change in store. I stopped in Friday and was told they were pretty booked up for that day but that I can be scheduled the following Saturday at 12. When I arrived at 12 for my appointment there was no one located in the front reception area (same the day before) the day prior I waited 10-15 minutes to be addressed on Saturday I wait 5-10 before I was told to visit the back office. While waiting in the reception area a tech was told he could take lunch (this was the tech needed to work on my vehicle) I completed the check-in and sat to wait for my car. At 12:45 when I noticed my car sitting where I parked I started to look for an attendant to ask about the process (there was no one in the building nor the bay) realizing I was in the building alone I was forced to continue to wait as they had my keys. 10 mins later the guy who sat in the office returned and the smell of food wafted thru the building. I asked how long the process would take and he told me on average 45 mins however he doesn t have the filter for my car like he thought so add an extra 30 for the part to be delivered. I mentioned that my car was still in the exact spot I parked and its an hour after a scheduled appointment (that HE chooses the day prior) a which point he said that was because he couldn t clear a bay ( I counted 3 empty slot while in search of them) after our conversation he went outside hisself to pull my car into one of the open bays and went back to his office. At 1:05 the worker who left when I arrived returned and began work at 1:07. I was the sent an update stating the oil bin on my car was damaged and leaking, my brake fluid s were dirty and that these were the two major issues with my car that needed correction immediately. Unbeknownst to them I keep up on my maintenance and my car is always parked in a garage. My tires brakes and rotors were changed in December the brake lines were flushed at that time as well (it was mid February). The garage was important to note because there are never any oil spots on the ground once the car is moved. Hearing me state these things to my mom over the phone the rep tries to back pedal the suggested work needed by saying the oil could have been an oversight and he tried to clean it as best as possible but I shouldn t worry about it. Overall THE laziest group of tech I have encountered and they are very blatant about the lack of care or effort. I would not revisit this brand (as this is my first experience with Meineke ) and definitely would not recommend this establishment. The service was poor and suggested work seems to be a rip off.

Mike the store manager provided outstanding service and was extremely professional. There wasn't a wait and he didn't pressure in upselling. The store is under much better management than it was in December!!! I will be returning for his service!! Great job Mike!!

I gave 4 stars only because my initial visit was not pleasant(due to an issue with technology), however the manager called me to explain things to me and Antuan made things right. I went back the next day and received red carpet treatment. My vehicle was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Not often that you find a business who cares about their customers. Thanks for making my second time pleasant.

By far the worst experience ever . Made an appointment for a oil change and was told it had to be a drop off with a two hour return time so I agreed dropped my vehicle off called back 4 hours later and was told my vehicle hadn t been serviced yet and could I reschedule since it was a Friday the next available time would be Monday morning .. And claimed there was nothing they could do for the inconvenience

Made an appointment for an oil change. Clerk was thorough and transparent about the services and pricing, and allowed me to add a tire rotation as well. Car was finished quickly. Will definitely return.

Heat was not fixed. Took it back because no heat and the temperature gauge was reading just over one fourth of temperature. The thermostat takes about five minutes to get close to the halfway temperature mark. So very disappointing

Good service. I think the guys here are a bit more honest than the guys at the Austel location. My only issue was that there's no one staffed to answer calls. I believe this location is purely operated by mechanics and that's fine but I found myself calling and calling. I'm sure these guys get very busy so they need someone on hand to readily answer and expedite calls during operating hours.

Antwan was a excellent professional. I was at the location way longer than I expected. It wasn't the fault of Meineke. Their part provider was delaying my VW filter. Antwan and the bay employee kept calling and actually went to pick up the part themselves. They kept me informed. Person up front was very helpful and recommended me the services I need to get done ASAP. I ve been coming her for a few years now and I just love how they make an inspection on my vehicle and gives me a list of things I need to take care of and it really shows that they care for their customers.

Oh my stars! Great service, super quick and efficient, very communicative. 10/10 would highly recommend! Antoine was amazing and very helpful as well as informative the entire process from the initial start to the very end. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

I had a great experience with them! I didn t wait long for my oil change. They examined my car and provided me an overview in person and a summary was sent to me as well. I will be coming back. I found them on Groupon, but they have great prices as well! Thank you.

These guys were awesome!! Called on my way to verify they had time to do an oil change and Anton got me right in and taken care of.. told me everything I should have done, but didn t press me to get it done not annoying me by pressing me to do things I wasn t ready to do and getting what I needed/wanted done to the point is five star service to me..

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I would caution anyone needing car work done to take their business elsewhere. What I experienced here should be illegal. Absolute Pathetic excuse for a business. I had to get a case worker involved because of how horribly this store screwed me over and Antoine hung up on my case worker if that gives you any idea of how this business operates. There is not enough space to write about the incredibly horrible stress filled November this store put me through for 1 hour of diagnostic work. This place is a racket. I was given a fake phone number by Antoine so I couldn t call and follow up on my car. Whenever they don t have an answer for you they disconnect their phone so you can t get ahold. Corporate couldn t even get ahold of them. They close their store early even though the website says 6 pm. I was given the runaround of a lifetime by Antoine and this store. I dropped my car off November 8 for 1 hour of diagnostic work to see what was wrong with my car and because of their lack of care and lack of work ethic I did not receive an answer until over a week later, might I reiterate, for diagnostics 1 hour of work. I had to walk 1 mile in the rain twice in the same day just to get an answer about my car because they kept disconnecting their phone, only to find my car sitting in the same place. They force you to sign an electronic waiver before they even begin to look at your car. I had gotten corporate involved and because of the hell I experienced here, I requested them to merely waive the diagnostic fee for the depraved customer service I experienced here from Antoine specifically and because of that waiver you are still forced to pay. This is how meineke treated me around the holidays. This is the image I will forever have plagued in my mind from this piss poor excuse of a business. I was strung along for over a week saying they d have an answer by the end of the day, each day. I had to hunt them down to even get a clue about what was going on. Only to find out they can t even fix it or work on it.They ll leave you on hold for 35 minutes purposely until you hang up. This place is so unorganized that when I finally got a hold of someone after a week of calling nonstop, they had no idea what I was talking about. When I went to pick up my car finally I was threateningly stared down by both Marcus and Antoine once I had gotten corporate involved causing me to feel unsafe. Might I add that I had to call the corporate office at least 4 times who could not get a hold of this store either. This place is nothing less of a nightmare. I will never be returning and I caution anyone thinking of bringing their business here to reconsider.

I went in to get my brakes checked and had an amazing experience with the stores manager. I didn t need brakes or rotors but did find out I needed a brake flush. Also although I d had an oil change a month ago they advised my oil was over a quart low which I wouldn t have known as I d recently had it changed at pep boys on Buford hwy. Many thanks to the staff for all of the assistance

Highly Not Recommended . $1000 + for a simple tune up needless to say I picked my car up and gt the same job done for $260 However Antonio Was GREAT . Communicated , professional and overall a great guy

Antwon was amazing! He fit us in same day due to a cancellation and was flexible and thorough in helping understand the next steps with bringing our vehicle in. This man is a gem and hopefully can become a GM at the store. Definitely coming here for any repair needs as long as he is there! Just fyi If you have a Carmax extended warranty they work with the finance company.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!! THESE MEN ARE SWINDLERS AND OVERCHARGE LIKE CRAZY AND THEIR WORK IS SLACK!!! EVEN WITH A WARRANTY ON MY CAR HELPING THE PRICE WAS CRAZY THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY!!! THANK GOD FOR STOPPING THEM BEFORE THEY COULD START WORKING ON IT. I WAS BLESSED AND ABLE TO TAKE MY CAR ELSEWHERE!!! TRY GOING TO AUTOMOTIVE TRAINING CENTER ON SYLVAN RD. GREAT WORK AND PRICES!!!
