I believe this is my first review written anywhere. I don t normally do this. The attitude and arrogance I just experienced dropping off my car for service was pretty remarkable. Even if he was right on all he said, the interaction was very poor. To me the attitude communicated, my customer facing job would be great if it wasn t for the customers I have to face. I m anticipating the repairs will go fine, but I m just reviewing the customer service interaction. This seemed to validate other reviews here.

AVOID THIS TESLA REPAIR SHOP AT ALL COST!!!! EXTREME unprofessionalism. Buffoons at best. Repair estimates are ridiculously high!! Take your Tesla to another shop. You may have to travel far but you will be treated better then the treatment you will receive at this shop. ANYWHERE else will be better then this Tesla shop. Complete airheads!!!!

Have had our cars serviced here a few times now. Be prepared for very...no joke, limited parking in their lot.Only suggestion I could offer is a little better communication from the staff on the status of repairs. It's always hard to be without your car for a short period but when I got it back it was as good as new! Thanks for all your hard work!

I currently have a MY. I have had it serviced twice at this location. Both times I had an excellent experience. I decided to trade in my Y and take advantage of the incentives to upgrade to a MX. The service I received from Saul was TOP NOTCH!! He answered all our questions and addressed every concern. Saul went out of his way to help us. I bought the X and Tesla can thank their outstanding employee for the sale. I appreciate how well we were treated.

I was so geeked up about finally getting a Tesla. So of course I watch a million videos of the delivery day process. I am here to tell you it was nothing like what I expected. When I got there the check in process went just like this. Me: Hi I m here to pick up a new Tesla. Tesla associate: scan this QR code and have a sit (no eye contact). So I did just that. We waited about 30 min before I was called to the front. Once I got up there, they informed me that they did not have me in the system and as she was saying that to me, I seen a car come and park that looked like the car that I was gonna get so I proceeded to tell her my name again and what I got and she hit some button to pop the trunk and said that s your car right there go head over there look at it make sure everything is fine and then come back up here and fill out this paperwork. So that s what I did. I walked up to the car and there was no name tag on it like I had seen in all of the other videos. That kind of rubbed me the wrong way. It s the little things that make this day even more special and that was one of them that I was looking forward to , so that is why I am giving four stars instead of five because I did not have my name plate in the window that said, congratulations like I had seen on all the other videos. Not to mention the very next day my boyfriend went to pick up his Tesla and they rode out the red carpet for him , he went to a different location of course.

My service experience was great! Ray, the service advisor and Jason, the technician that rode with me to confirm the issue I was having, were both friendly, professional, and attentive. Since it was my first time at this location, it wasn t very clear where I needed to go, but it turns out all I had to do was pull up to the roll up door and it automatically opens.

Wish I could give zero stars. My car was towed to this service center due to a problem with the steering. I was told by roadside that once service received my vehicle they would reach out to me to ask questions and give me a time frame of how long they d have my car. They never reached out, however, I could see on my app that they received my car. I reached out to make sure they had everything they needed. I also asked while they had my car if they could address some other concerns I had, as I live 1.5 hrs away from them. They told me that I would need to schedule a separate appt to address said issues. I told them that was fine but that I d like to go ahead and schedule it since they had my car already and I live so far away. They said it was no problem and that looking at it, they could actually add my concerns to this visit they just may have my car a little longer. Great, no problem. I then received an invoice for all the work done and a message in the app saying my car was ready for pick up. However, only one my concerns were addressed. There was a weird smell coming from my AC and they changed the in cabin air filter to try to fix it. However, I told them that we had already changed the in cabin air filter and it had not helped. I told them that the big HEPA air filter under the hood needed to be changed. They told me that Tesla does not offer that and the only approved method was to change the in cabin filter, which I told them not to do, they did it anyway and charged me for it. I asked if Tesla didn t change those filters then who did? My question was ignored. I also asked about my other concerns which were not addressed and they told me that I had to schedule another appt. I informed them that I was told that those concerns would be added to this visit and they were very rude and basically said there was miscommunication, what do you want us to do about it? . I called them to speak with someone to try to sort this out before I drove the 1.5 hr to get my car. I left a message for someone to call me back but no one ever did, however they proceeded to message me on the app. They also told me that my tires had no tread left and I needed new tires. However, they never sent me a quote for new tires (I always buy my tires through Tesla and the norm is to get and approve a quote when you need new tires). I reached out asking why I hadn t received a quote and they told me that it would be better for me to go to another company for tires .by far the laziest, rudest, worst customer service and service that I ve ever experienced. I will never send my car back there, I ll drive further to go to Atlanta. Do not recommend taking your car here or working with them in any way.

By far, the worst Tesla experience I've ever had. I dropped my car off for a 9am appointment, with an estimated completion of 4:45pm. I dropped my car off in the lot as the app specified, and I went inside to get an Uber credit for my ride to work. I was told they don't provide Uber credits anymore, and that I also had to drive my car in to the garage (which is not what the app said). I drove the car into the garage and booked an Uber to work.A minute before the Uber got to the service center, the service associate came out and asked where I was going. I told her I needed to get to work. The manager told me that if I left, the service would not be completed. I told him I had to get to work and that I could not wait until 4:45. He said it would only take 45 minutes. I told him that it didn't matter whether it was 45 minutes or 8 hours...I had to head to work. He then told me to calm down despite the fact that my voice was nowhere near yelling. I explained that the app showed a completion estimate of 4:45. He started raising his voice at me, rudely demanding I either wait 45 minutes or take my car and leave. I took my car and left.Absolute trash customer service. I can see why it's the only place that consistently has available appointments. If not for that, I'd never come back.

Tried to get me to accept car with 1/2 inch dent on door with paint missing and excessive swirls in paint. Employees here ether don t care or are not empowered to please the customer.

My experience picking up my brand new Tesla was extremely disappointing, and it left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the dealership's service. The young lady service advisor with dreads, whose attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant, added to the overall negative experience. The lady service advisor with short dreads, who I interacted with during the process, displayed a complete lack of enthusiasm and seemed disinterested in my excitement about the new car.Instead of sharing in the joy of a customer's significant purchase, she treated me with apparent disdain. The most egregious part of the experience was when I handed her a $35,000 loan check from the bank (which she first initially asked for), then refused to accept, claiming that I still owed money.Despite my assurance and triple-checking that all payments were settled, it turned out she was mistaken, and I owed nothing.Instead of acknowledging her error and offering an apology, she nonchalantly instructed me to sign the incentive notice on the app, a step I had already completed earlier.Talk about feeling like a rug was pulled underneath my feet as if I wasn't going to walk out with my car because I was short on owing. She simply didnt care.Furthermore, she failed to provide any guidance on using the Tesla app or familiarizing myself with the features of my new car. A lack of support and basic orientation left me feeling abandoned after making such a significant purchase.I even had to ask for a bow to at least savor the terrible moment and take a picture with my new Tesla.Khalil's attitude was fine . However hers wasn't at all. Once i find out her name, ill be sure to edit this review in hopes new Tesla owners will steer clear from her if your ever excited about your new car. She'll bring the mood down.Might I reiterate, her attitude was so bad, she accidently allowed me to walk out of the dealership without handing her $35k check says a lot about her and her lack of oversight. They didn't call me until hours after I already left letting me know they 'forgot' to get the check from me.This I would deem a absolutely HORRIBLE business practice and grounds for her getting fired, but i digress. In summary, the overall service experience at the dealership was marred by a service advisor's negative attitude, lack of professionalism, and a failure to provide the necessary support and information for a new Tesla owner. This experience has significantly diminished my initial excitement about owning a Tesla.

Worst experience ever, me and my wife were ready to buy a new car (first Tesla). The service, or may I say the lack of service made us just want to leave and go to other dealership. Hopefully in Roswell or at other dealership we have a better experience and buy our car.

Disappointed and belittledGo to the Decatur center for service. My wife was talking to the manager about our issue with our Tesla but, he never really listened to her. She had to repeat herself three times just to get him to pay attention. And then, when he finally did, he just brushed us off and moved on to the next thing. I mean, I get that he's busy, but there's no excuse for being rude. So, from now on, we're gonna take our business to the Decatur center. They've always been way more helpful and respectful.

First I will say this could have been an amazing experience. As delivery was on time and the service I received from Vash and Kalil was top notch. However the was a huge dent in my car and the manager Katherine Burnhart offered horrible solutions. You don't release a brand new car to someone with a dent the size of a fist. The manager s solution was to either pick a new car and start the entire process all over or bring my car back an hour away from me and allow them to put it in the shop. I was also expected to rent a loaner during the time that my car would be in the shop as well. While I understand that things happened, I feel Katy could have handled this issue much differently. Her empathy lacked and her attention do customer service was non existent. Very unfortunate and it did ruin the experience for me, which I looked forward to for quite a while.I was able to get this transferred over to the Kennesaw location where I received much better service, and attention to detail.I was able to get this transferred over to the Kennesaw location where I received much better service, and attention to detail. While it was not their problem, they did take on the problem and placed me in a loaner car for a month while they fixed my brand new vehicle.

As awesome as the car is.. the customer service at the Fayetteville location is equally awful. My delivery day was yesterday and I drove an hour away to get to the dealership in Fayetteville. When I got there, I wasn t greeted with a smile, wasn t given any sort of direction, I was simply asked what my name was and to wait until my name was called which is fine. I m not expecting royal treatment by any means but I also wasn t expecting an attitude either. The lady who helped me was clearly having a bad day and decided to take it out on us. We jokingly asked her if she wouldn t mind smiling and she rudely responded saying maybe after my coffee and walked off. I wasn t given any clear instructions on how I will get my tag, she was annoyed any time I had a question to ask on how to operate the car, and didn t give me any sort of demo despite the Tesla app clearly saying I would be given one. I spent 10 minutes in the parking lot after getting the keys just trying to figure out how to unfold my mirrors because she refused to assist me. This was my first time buying a brand new car which should ve been a happy moment but all we could take away from the experience was just how rude she was. I texted the Tesla number I had been communicating with through the sales process about my experience and of course no response.I m not sure if this is standard practice but I truly hope not. Before picking the car up at this location I had gone to two others to look at other vehicles in Kennesaw and Roswell respectively, both of those experiences were awesome. Not sure if the customer service drops off once you pay or if I just got unlucky with the rudest Tesla employee but either way I d recommend taking your business to another Tesla location where they may actually appreciate your business instead of giving you an attitude as if you were stealing the car not buying it. If I hadn t already taken off work, gone through the financing process, and drove an hour away to get there I would ve gone somewhere else. If the employee had given me her name I d gladly share it here so if you have no choice but to go to this location you could avoid her at all costs.

3 months later, and I still don't have my permanent license plate. I got temporary tag extensions, and still have not been able to drive my car for two weeks and counting. Full story below.I purchased the car on 10/31. I signed and sent the forms back to Tesla around 11/16. I began calling 12/11 asking where my tag was because my temporary tag was set to expire 12/15. After many phone calls, they returned my call saying something was wrong with the paperwork (they didn't say what) and that they needed to re-send it.I was annoyed to have to make a trip to the local DMV for a temporary tag extension, which I did on 12/14. Georgia only allows this to be done once, so I was very careful in filling out the 2nd set of forms Tesla sent me. I mailed those back on 12/15. Throughout the holidays, I called, texted, and left messages checking on the status of my tag with no response. My extended temporary tags were set to expire 1/14/24. The week of 1/8, they assured me that my paperwork had been sent to the right place, but 1/10 they told me I had dated my signature the day I signed it rather than the purchase date (there were no instructions to back-date). At this point, I knew I had a big problem brewing. They sent a 3rd set of papers that arrived 1/12, and I mailed back from a UPS facility that same day. Two days later, I was no longer able to legally drive my car. Today is 1/28/24, and it's been two weeks without the ability to drive my new Tesla, and I still don't have my license plate, which the state says it mailed on 1/23, 9 days after my final set of temporary tags expired. This has created so many headaches, expenses, and wasted time. I hold Tesla solely responsible for this mess. I filled out the forms according to very limited instruction each time. This is totally unacceptable.Tesla customer service is the opposite of their engineering.

Dealing with Tesla is absolutely horrible. I recently ordered a new vehicle on the Tesla app. The experience has been a complete nightmare. I have attempted to contact sales and delivery on multiple occasions on the phone and no one answers, it goes to a voicemail box that is full so you cannot leave a message. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Had an awesome experience here. The test driving was very enjoyable without any issues. Very frendly staff, answered all of my questions about the purchasing process and when i needed help at home they called me back the same day and explained everything that i needed.

Would give zero stars if I could.Horrible buying experience, no one from the showroom reached out when I placed my deposit down on one of their inventory cars unlike the Kennesaw location and no one answered any of my questions I placed through the app. Someone seems to have done what I asked in my question and updated my purchase agreements but got no response in the app from anyone. In addition to that, they drafted my checking account for the FULL VEHICLE PURCHASE price instead of what down payment is listed on the purchase agreement. When trying to call them, you get no answer and their mailbox is full. Absolute clownshow of a dealership. Run away from this dealership, if you can avoid purchasing an inventory car from here, please avoid it. Go to Kennesaw, Alpharetta or Decatur. These people don't want to work for your money, they just want to take it. This is not the service I expect when purchasing a Tesla.Edit: after completing my delivery appointment I learned that almost everyone else that was picking up a vehicle had a similar experience to me in that no questions messaged through the app were answered and there was a general lack of communication when purchasing $40k+ vehicles. We also had a defect with our passenger side door which would make a clicking sound when closed with an average amount of force. The service advisor, Joe (I doubt this is even his real name) decided to just gaslight us and say to not close the door hard even though none of the other doors exhibited the issue. He didn't even bother to make a good faith attempt at diagnosing the issue, he clearly didn't care and was acting smug about it. Honestly infuriating and insulting experience.

Worst customer service ever experienced. No one cares nothing was resolved they just rescheduled me for a different location over an hour away. From the moment I walked in employees complaining they are too busy no loaner cars given initially told would be 1 week before service was completed after renting a car and making arrangements they text that night saying my vehicle was ready and they couldn t fix anything so they rescheduled at a Marietta location. Every employee acted as though I was bothering them or interrupting their personal time. Bad attitudes and zero assistance all around worst place to go for anything

Would give a 0 if I could. They advised me my car would be done same day and kept it for 2 days. Tech was too lazy to complete all issues I went for so they told me to come back and reschedule the appointment. Unfortunately, they didn t even fix the main issue which they said they repaired. Never go here and never buy a tesla.

terrible experience again. Tesla cancelled my appointment for an MCU upgrade wanting to replace HV battery first, even though HV pack has nothing to do with powering dashboard systems.

Received delivery of my Tesla on 8/18. Mind you this was four days before the expected delivery date of 8/22! Vash was very professional and kept me abreast of the process along the way. She is the epitome of customer service! I've read many reviews and I DID NOT experience any of the negative experiences that were noted. I even had a question about my Tesla without an appointment and was able to get the Service Technician to review some things with me on the spot! The Fayetteville location is fairly new, and is very convenient for South GA residents. So far, I've had no issues with delivery, service or the car itself. It has taken me two years of research to finally purchase an EV and I'm proud to have chosen Tesla. I highly recommend for anyone to do your research first. Each Tesla location will have their Pros and Cons. Thanks - Eric

Have made countless calls and have not been answered once. I'm running out of time for my registration packet to arrive, but it seems like they are never going to answer my calls. Wish I could leave a rate without any stars.

Really disappointing experience. Got there on time at 12pm, was told the car would be ready shortly, even though i had told them I am happy to come back a later day if they arrange a loaner /Uber (i live 50 miles away). They assured me no need, car will be ready same day itself. At 5 pm after so many hours of wait, they say that the part of window repair (regulator) is not at this location, has to be ordered and hence the car cannot be finished today. During this entire 5 hour stay, the quote to repair my car kept changing and increasing. Tons of miscommunication between the real cost of repair and what was been told to me. In the end for them to say they don t have the part in this location to repair.Frustrating! They made me wait for hours, only to say that they don t have a part. Now i have an appointment with decauter location in mid September since there was nothing sooner. Let s see if they do any better! I have now to risk my passenger window breaking until mid September due to this negligence.

Saul is a true rock star. His caring and responsible nature, coupled with his exceptional attitude, go above and beyond in terms of assistance. His efforts are deserving of a managerial position and is a valuable asset to Tesla at this location. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm, and I ended up waiting for three hours before being served. Upon inspecting the car, I discovered a long and deep scratch on the windshield. Both the delivery person and manager, Shawn, insisted that we should take the car as is and replace the windshield ourselves later. This response is highly irresponsible and represents terrible service. Shawn's attitude was particularly poor; he even blamed us for being too detail-oriented to notice the scratch.

Received delivery of my Tesla 7/15/23. Jasmine was great. Took time to explain everything. Helped me sort out my delivery issues with the charger. Appt was was 10:30. Was out of there by 11:30 and most of that time was cause I had many questions. They clearly are quite busy and may not have the staff to handle all the cars being sold. I was overall quite pleased with my experience.

Wonderful experience. Gigi was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. My impression was that she was the only associate assigned to handle pickups, never the less she handled the customers wonderfully. Her supervisor Catherine also came to check on me and my new purchase. I enjoyed both of their customer service.

Saw some mixed reviews for this Fayetteville location. Picked up my new car today. Process was smooth and Jasmin was great to work with. I ve seen complaints about service but mine was good. I observed they were super busy and perhaps under staffed but they were professional. The constant beeping sound in the waiting room is annoying and a coke machine would be nice but all in all process was quick and easy and I love my new car.

Never choose your Tesla s delivery center as Fayetteville. They have the worst service ever and don t take any effort into washing and detailing your car before delivery. They also take forever doing the easiest part of the delivery process. I m sure other Tesla delivery centers are much better, but this one is definitely not it.
