Netta has excellent customer service , very kind , knowledge and helpful. I was able to get a quick appointment, and information from Netta on other issues that were noticed on my car. It s a pleasure to know that there are still good people, and great businesses in the world that values their customers!! I will definitely be going back here for every issue I have with my car going forward!!

The business and the staff are one in a million! I have been treated with the most awesome respect and reliable service that is untouchable by most businesses I have ever encountered, especially with my vehicles and being a female. The business is clean, efficient, knowledgeable, honest pricing for superb service. I WILL be using this place for the entire time I am in North Georgia and I WILL drive over 2 hours to use these people! Only one thing to beware of...you will be greeted with smiles and a dose of southern hospitality! You WILL return!!!

The atmosphere at the shop was great. The staff treated me with much respect and listened to my concerns. They even advised of other issues with my car. I was advised of what was urgent and what could wait until the next time. The business seems to be very family oriented and that gives a warm feeling! The prices are pocket friendly and the work is great!! I will be going back!!

The receptionist is a doll, the staff are friendly and informative. They are straight up with you and I truly appreciate that. Not to mention they are very reasonably priced for the quality work they have done. Will use again

Brought my car in because there was rattling in the wheel well. picked up my car 2 weeks later passed the original 5 days the promised and then almost crashed with me 3 year old son because I couldn t turn my wheel at all and didn t have that problem until they worked on it. They probably going to somehow remove this because they don t want to do the right thing and fix what they caused. I m not a first time customer this would have been the 4th time I have used y all and never had a problem till now.

I'm am soooo happy I found them. My car was driving like new when I left. GREAT customer service and mechanics. AND, they also have snap finance. I was able to get everything that I needed done without the worry.

After previously using a dealer for a 100k mile service with a bill of $1100, I went to google to find a local shop. After reading multiple reviews, I took my other vehicle here for a 100k service. After showing them the invoice, More4Less showed me services that were not needed and explained in detail everything that was going to be done. Services were completed quickly and the customer service was exceptional. Saved over $500 by not going back to the dealership. I will be taking my vehicles here as well as recommending them to family and friends. Their 5 star rating is no joke!!!

First time taking my vehicle to this establishment after being referred by a coworker. Had my spark plugs replaced on my Lexus. They did a great job and the work was completed same day. Pricing and customer service was excellent. Based on the excellent reviews and my first personal experience, it is probably the best repair shop for Asian brand vehicles in Fayette or Henry County.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

We were referred by a friend and I am so glad we were. Outstanding customer service!! Nettie was so warm and inviting. The mechanics called and kept me updated, which was a breath of fresh air. I had an issue with my 2004 Nissan Frontier that other shops could not diagnose or repair. I don't think they were just taking my money, I believe the issue was above their technical ability. Once I explained all of this to Kassaye he took my truck and fixed it ! From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. I was informed of each step as he worked on the truck. My truck runs perfectly.They will be the only shop that works on any of my vehicles. And when you pick up your vehicle Ms. Netta makes sure you really want to use them again. After going from mechanic to mechanic in my hometown Macon I finally had enough of wasting money. Through proper research I came across this establishment and I m GRATEFUL for doing so. I called in initially suggesting a part that maybe needed fixing but after explaining my issue to the very nice lady and mechanic Kasai he advised a diagnostic. Dropped my car off and the issues were fixed quicker than expected! Car is driving smoothly again! It was definitely worth the drive, time and money. Customer for life!

My window stopped working yesterday morning. I Google'd shops in my area and they had 5 stars by a decent amount of reviewers so I called and they told me I could drop it off that day. I dropped it off after 5 (they do allow overnight drops which is really convenient) filled out the paperwork because they were still there. They called me this morning to let me know what the fix was and how much it'd cost along with some preventative things. I picked it up this afternoon. They were really fast and really nice people. I'll be back when I need to get the rest of the items I need completed.

I absolutely love taking out vehicles here. Customer service is exceptional. Derailed explanations of service! They service all of our cars. Excellent car care from a family business. They stand by their work. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

They have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! Ms. Netta and Kalliun help me and I thought I had a major issue. I wish I would have found them sooner. The inside is very clean in the lobby. I definitely recommend!

Engine light came on after I just received my vehicle from another auto repair company a few weeks prior. Basically, I decided to use More 4 Less Auto Repair this time around and not return my vehicle to the previous auto shop. Well, I am glad I did! More 4 Less Auto Repair and Sales fixed what the other auto repair shop messed up, and they got it done it quick and fast! I am a dedicated customer now and will take all of my cars to this auto shop for now on.

I definitely see why this shop has great reviews. Very transparent about services and cost as well as reasonable prices for services. The customer service here is great! After a trip to the dealership that did not go well I wanted to find a reputable place to maintenance my vehicle. I ve finally found a place I can trust with my vehicle that won t try to sell me a bunch of maintenance or repairs I don t need. I ll definitely be bringing my vehicle here for maintenance or issues.

I was referred to More 4 Less, and I m so glad! The overall service was impeccable. As a woman, getting car maintenance can be a daunting task. I was given a detailed diagnostic and kept abreast of everything that was happening. My car had not received proper maintenance in over three years, but More 4 Less took care of me. I just left the shop, and I can say so far I am satisfied with how my car runs now. On Monday after 12, I called More 4 Less Auto Repair to asknif they can add on rear brakes. The kind lady on the other end said I could and that afternoon I brought in my 2011 Toyota Prius to More 4 Less Auto Repair. I told them about a slight whisper noise and that I knew I needed rear brakes. They did a brake inspection and told me I needed brakes, rotors and calipers. From hearing I need three (3) things that I would have to pull out a credit card with the maximum limit. But she told me the price and I was relived and I thought I was getting senile at the low estimate. I even told the price to a friend who is handy and he was surprised at the level of service I got for a GREAT FRACTIONOF A PRICE. I am Thankful to God that I did not settle for my expensive dealership repair shop or for a sheisty brake shop that would have charged me so much! With this mechanic shop, You get More 4 Less! Btw my brakes work so well and I don't hear any noises from my car. Go to them!!!!

Honest mechanic who is straight to the point. He services all of our vehicles. His wife runs the office. She provides excellent customer service. They stand behind their work and warranty.

This business is the absolute best! I went to the dealership because my check engine light came on and left upset, because the repairs where just under 3k! I asked family and friends for referrals and was given More for less Auto. Called them, was told to bring the car within the hour(although they were closing soon). Got the diagnostic and repair overview shortly after and the cost was about 1800 less! Kasay was very knowledgeable and professional. The service was done on time and everything has been fine since! They even detailed my car! No hidden fees, no long wait times. I would refer them to anyone!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I have been using More 4 Less for the last 5 years and will never go elsewhere as long as I live in the area. Karsten and his team are the best. I trust his very competitive pricing and the quality of work is always top notch. I have used them for a range of services from simple oil changes all the way up to a full engine replacement. I've never been disappointed. You can't go wrong with More 4 Less. Excellence at its best is still a understatement! Truly a professional establishment with experienced and thorough technicians.
