I was referred to see Jason at Hoffman s. I can honestly say I had an Awesome experience! I was greeted with the warmest welcome. There were more smiles and willingness to help from the moment I walked in asking for Jason. There is a laid back and very professional atmosphere. It s the perfect blend rolling out the epitome of red carpet Stellar Service. First impressions are lasting whether great or horrible. It didn t stop there. I was keep abreast of what was going on with my vehicle. Without hesitation I say, this was the first of many visit at Hoffman Automotive. Respectful thanks to Jason, Dana, Luke, Joe and all others that I received a hello and smile from in passing. I will be back. J Rush

Hoffman Tires didn t disappoint me either as my sister has been coming for years. Now that I m in the area this will be my go to place. I came in for an oil change. I appreciate not only did they change my oil but also did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and brought to my attention a few things that will need repair in the near future so I can plan and budget for it. I appreciate this so I don t have any surprises or sudden car issues. Jason and JJ was provided OUTSTANDING customer service from warm friendly greeting, patiently explaining things I didn t understand, car ready on time as promise along with the reasonable price discussed when making the appointment. This will definitely be my new go to for my car care needs. HIGHLY recommend you give them try. They won t disappoint.P.S. nice clean bathroom as well which not the usual at automotive shops. Comfortable waiting room area too.

Hoffman Automotive service is far better than my dealership Heritage. Whenever I take my car to Hoffman whatever time I'm promised to get my car back is honored. They take before and after pictures to show what work was preformed. The prices are good, technicians are knowledgeable. Their waiting area and bathroom is clean. Thank you Hoffman, you have a customer for life.

My family and I have used Hoffman for many many years. They are always very friendly and efficient. If you are in need of car repairs I definitely recommend trying them out. Popped a tire and came in during a tight schedule. Employees were incredibly friendly and willing to provide options & explanations for maintaining my tires upkeep. Also were honest about my other tires being worn down without trying to push me to replace them all immediately.Cooperative, honest, and flexible.

A good friend of mine referred me to Hoffman, and they took great care of my car. Luke listened to the issues as I explained them, communicated these to the technicians and called me to review their recommendations prior to tackling the work. Jason kept me updated on the progress of the work, and I was very satisfied with the customer service and my car s performance.

An out of town guest I was hosting picked up a nail in her tire along the way. Even though they had not serviced the car before, Hoffman was quick to offer an appointment. Then they honored the appointment time and professionally repaired the tire. But also, they found a second nail I did not know about. I'm thankful they are great at what they do.

The employees are always professional and personable. They answer any questions I have in an easy to understand "non tech" manner. I am pleased that they report any observations they've made (while performing the requested service) about vehicle items that may need service soon. I remain a loyal customer over many years and several vehicles.

My experience with them was amazing! Hoffman Tires is a respectful place with individuals that will do the proper work to see what is wrong with your vehicle. After being lied to and mistreated by other automotive shops, they helped me restore my faith that honest people still exist. They have Great customer service , are willing to explain what is wrong and what steps they are taking to fix the issue. I am so Grateful for them and will recommend them wherever i go!! Plus they are a AAA company which provides deals and discounts.

My car was leaking coolant didn t know exactly from where. My first time going to Hoffman automotive I must say I m very happy with their services. I dropped my car off at 8:00 am by 10:00 am I was told it was my water pump. My car was ready the same day . Thank you Jason you were a blessing to me you went over and beyond to assure me I was getting the BEST service ever. I will refer anyone who needs automotive repairs to you guys. Thanks JASON

The Bear 92.5 loves Hoffman Tire. This is the only automotive shop I ll take my vehicle too! Recently I had to take my Ford Edge in. Jason and co. are honest, hardworking, and always look out for their customers. Usually, they re fantastic. This time, they were short handed. I had an appointment but it took them 25 minutes to start working on my car because they were running behind. But they do great work, are fairly priced, will work with you and give you discounts, and are the best mechanics I ve found. So normally, they would get 5 stars. I took off one because of the long wait to get started this time.

I have received outstanding service from Hoffman Tires at each and every encounter (3x). They were the only ones willing to touch our Maserati to put in a new battery, saving us time and money versus going to the dealership in Roswell. Whenever I have an issue with my SUV, my husband feels comfortable sending me there if his schedule doesn t permit. I ve always worked with Brent doing my encounters and he is a pleasure to work with. The technicians are prompt and efficient. Thank you Hoffman for being a great local establishment with good people.I ve recently returned to Hoffman and worked with Jason this go around. The price was fair and the quality was exceptional! As I sat there waiting, they even remember their customers names and faces as they enter. Honest and friendly businesses are hard to come across, but Hoffman s is one of those ones! Highly recommended!!

Stopped in with a screw in the company s vehicle tire. We were immediately greeted and the techs immediately started to repair the tire! This repair shop was not a great experience for us. The diagnostic was inconsistent and what we were told was incorrect. We left there with the same problem we went there for. A week later our vehicle stopped on us in the middle of traffic. Had they accessed the problem correctly, this wouldn t have happened. We took our vehicle to another repair shop and they accessed the problem right away and fixed it. Please stay away from this place if you want to keep riding in your vehicle.

I've been going to Hoffman for at least 10 yrs maybe more & I always leave completely satisfied with auto services that i pay for. Consistency counts with me. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Also love the new Detailed Service link I was sent explaining what was looked at/ or worked on in my vehicle.Hoffman is the best Shop in town

Jason is a great advisor and all the staff at Hoffman are kind, respectful and professional. I been using their service for the past 10 years. I brought all my cars here for oil change, tires, brakes, and mechanical service. They are honest and on time service. I do recommend them for anyone.
