I got into a car accident on January 3rd, totaling my vehicle. I had NO clue where to go or what to do because my credit is not the best. They came highly recommended from a family friend whose situation was worst than mine. I have never felt so at ease purchasing a vehicle in my LIFE! Their selection of vehicles are very diverse and in wonderful condition. This is NOT a buy here pay here lot. They will NOT pressure you to purchase any vehicle just to get it off the lot. Christian, Ed, and Pam are the TRUTH!! PLEASE do yourself a favor and check them out!!

Customer services was good at the time of purchasing the dodge grand caravan. I purchase November 2023 and started having issues with it in February 2024. The heater stop working then, I notice it smoking under the hood and fought a leak in it. Then it started to run hot!!! So mad a pissed off. And there is nothing they can do about it. I m stuck with the repairs over 1500-2000 and a car note. So don t waste your money or time buying a car from this dealership .

Both Christian and Ed were very helpful and polite. We didn t know what we were going to do after wrecking our car, and they walked us through the process easily and quickly. The car was clean, in great condition, and drives smoothly. I cannot speak more highly of these two gentlemen. They re very up front about any issues with their cars and explain the process in easy to understand terms.

Very friendly. I arrived a little close to closing time. The salesman was courteous and still showed us the car. He did not have any knowledge about the car. The car was what we wanted, so it sold itself.They were willing to work on the price, but for the most part, all the cars were priced fairly.I have excellent credit and expected good rates. The rates were much higher. Because it was after 8p local time, we didn't have as many finance options as we might have. Still, it seemed like we could have gotten a better rate.I did appreciate that the salesman stayed after hours to complete the purchase.

Well Christian the sales rep very nice and friendly. The owner/manager not so friendly I purchased a car in cash and no thank you for business. They sold a car for a private owner and so not even two weeks I had a problem with the car, called Global preowned guy was not so friendly asking me what do I want them to do. The person I purchased the car from I contact him David and told him that the wheel lugs apparently someone put the on wrong stripping the lug nut, he claim he would call me back to come help, 1 days he gave and excuse, 2nd day no call no show and now he just doesn't reply to my text or calls. I can't get a new tire because of the install someone did prior. I was told by sales person that if I had any trouble they would try to help and that's not hat I'm getting. People are all smiles to get your money than after nothing. I called about by title and registration and was told the lady who is the owner wife would call me back and guess what No call...so this could have been a nice review however people just don't believe in customer service and helping someone after the sale. Now I will not buy a car from them or anyone associated with them. PRICELESS

After tirelessly searching for our son a car, we came across Global Pre-owned Auto. On the first call, we spoke with Christian, and this gentleman assisted us with so much enthusiasm. Shortly after that call, we visited your dealership, and the experience was by far the best we have ever had. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase.The only regret was not coming across you sooner, but we needed the comparison. Top notch service. Thanks for everything. Purchased my 2015 Trailhawk just yesterday. The experience was thee absolute best from my first call LITERALLY!! Christian was both friendly and professional (he even had crayons and coloring book for my toddler) Swear I was there maybe an hour and half. No day trip to the dealership!! Ed was great too! Offered us pizza and water while we completed paperwork. Overall great experience. I d definitely recommend.Process so easy (as long as you ve dotted all I d and crossed all T s) it s like Voila Magic!!

On November 28th, I purchased a car from Global Pre-Owned Auto Sales and it by far was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Christian and Ed were both so helpful and nice. I would 100% recommend getting your next vehicle from there.

Ed and Isaac were very professional. Ed took his time to explain every paperwork after the company was closed since i got tgere late. This company made the process so easy and took my worries away. Issac was very attentive to details during my test drive. I was surprised to find out he's only been there a short time. He definitely knew his cars. My experience at Global Pre-Owned Auto Sales, was extremely satisfying. As you enter their lot, it was obvious that they take good care of their inventory, from which you d find a variety to choose from. They go above and beyond to get you in the right vehicle of your choice. At this establishment, you re not just getting car, you re getting an experience. I love my Jeep Cherokee I got from them. I highly recommend.

Both Chris and Ed took great care of me! After filling out the app online, Chris contacted me Tuesday (9/5/23) and sold me on my 2015 AUDI A3. After receiving my downpayment options I arrived today (9/6/23) to purchase. Thanks to the guys @ Global Pre-Owned Auto Sales! You ve made the entire Washington family mobile and happy.

Ed Chapman was especially wonderful to work with to find a safe, reliable car for our son in our desired price range! The rest of staff we met were very accommodating & got the car ready in a short amount of time! We are so glad we pulled in to this dealership. We were growing weary in the search for the right car and the experience was a breath of fresh air and gave us so much peace in the process! Our son loves his "new" car and we feel confident sending him on the road in it. Highly recommend Global Pre-Owned!

I worked with John. He made it happen. I have pretty bad credit and an early lease termination. Idk what he did, but he made it work. I needed a good work truck and within an hour total time, it was mine. I have no complaints. Go see John.

Don t buy any cars from this dirty car lot they tired to sell me a 2012 Chrysler 200 known damn well the car was a lemon am going to upload a video ed is the devil and a horrible man he didn t want to give me my money back but I got it this place need to be shut down he still trying to sell the car knowing damn well the car is a lemon I had to have the car towed twice and the shift gear on the car keep getting stuck in park or reverse or neutral I reported you to the BBB

My sister bought 2 cars from here and was always satisfied. Friendly and honest is what I think of when dealing with Mr Chapman. The process was quick and easy when I wanted to purchase my vehicle. If you see a vehicle you like don t wait, act quickly cause they sell fast. My nephew will be buying his next vehicle here and I recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to check them out.
