This location is outstanding! I arrived early as I always do. Emanuel looked like he was waiting for me in the parking lot. He was greeting customers. He took all my information in the parking lot while engaging me with friendly conversation. After he got all the vehicle info while I was still sitting we walked to the register. 2 mins later I was sitting down. I could see my vehicle from where I was sitting. It was the end of Emanuel s day, he wished me a found fairwell, and left. In the back of my mind I was thinking here we go . But no!!!! 20mins later my car appeared parked at the curb and I was ready to go!!! OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I have 3 other cars and a 3 wheel motorcycle and I won t go anywhere else!!!!!! Thank you so much!

I love this place because the service, the staff, and tire quality are exceptional. Every time I come visit Discount Tire I m always treated well and they get me in and out. Greetings as soon you walk in the door always smiling even when I m upset about my tires lol. They make good recommendations for replacements and very knowledgeable about their tires and brands. The ordering only take one day and I love it. The place is always clean with clean bathrooms, technicians are fast and food. I ve watched them do the job correctly and they don t take any shortcuts. They clean and shine your tires after a new set is installed. The appointments are easy to do online and straight forward, they will send you a text from start to finish about your vehicle. This is my forever tire supplier any vehicle I have. I recommend Discount Tire to everyone, the prices are the best so don t get stuck on the cost because your car need tires for you to make it work and/or take the kids to school. Give them a try and you won t regret it, also always buy the insurance because it will save your money in the future.

Awesome customer service and fair prices. I would return. I love that there were large windows to see out your car while being worked on. The waiting room was clean, spacious and socially distanced. The checkout area had big monitors so you see what the cashiers see while transacting with you. This location is much closer and convenient than driving to Peachtree City. Thanks

I always get great service here. A construction company that's building a huge apartment community near my house keeps nails in the street which wind up in my tire and many others tires. I have had to visit Discount Tire 4 times last year. Nails so big, they had to replace the tire. Thisnis a Christian City Community Construction site and I am filing for my refund. Thanks Discount Tire for keeping me rolling.

I came in the other night after realizing I unfortunately ran over a nail and had a slow leak going on. It was about an hour before closing, and I called the store and I spoke to Daniel the store manager. He was so kind and reassured me that I could still come in, and they would take care of me as a walk-in, he was very very friendly not only did they fix my tire, but they were very friendly about it and very fast !

I was attended by Jared for my 2014 Honda Civic, he was very friendly and professional, and I overall had a quick and easy experience with Discount Tire. They said my new tires installation was going to take up to an hour but it only took about 30 minutes. Service was fast and they even gave the tires a nice tire shine, which was a great touch. Highly recommended!

Discount Tire a trusted business and I am so glad the business development team built right in the Fayetteville busy area.Artman pulled a nail out of my tire and patched my tire! He was very professional and fast! Everybody in this store works hard.I even seen the manager Steve working hard. I will tell all my friends and family to visit this location!

Excellent service in a timely and polite manner. I had no idea the rotation and balance was free until I got my truck back and looked at the receipt. I had planned on paying. That was a pleasant surprise!

Had an appointment for tire rotate & balance on my work vehicle. The manager stated there was not enough tread & they could not rotate them. Went to another shop, they said I have plenty of tread, they did the work.. The manager was trying to get me to purchase new tires. Total liar. Will never patronize here again. Purchased at least 8 sets of tires from this establishment over the years (work vehicles). Not only is he deceitful, but even with an appointment u still wait for hoursNEVER again

Let someone pull in the bay and get helped before they assisted me. The guy didn t have an appointment and all I needed was a tire plugged from a nail. They identified my issue and made me wait for 2 people that came after me. Finally got helped when I pointed out what happened and let them know I could do a patch myself. The manager pulled my car in and took care of it after hour and a half wait and a call to corporate.

Two of my tire caps were damaged by their mechanics during my tire rotation visit on 12.21.2022. Daniel has been giving my the run around and my truck caps are still damaged. He promised they would be ordered from Toyota and I would be contacted when they arrived. Now he's saying he ordered them from a hub they use. (This is something I never agreed to). Then he blamed the delay on the holiday! Well, I contacted Toyota parts myself and was told the two caps could be ordered from their warehouse and delivered the next day. Needless to say, my vehicle is still not repaired from this shops error. I am not happy at all. They also stopped answering my calls!

From all the construction in Atlanta, I caught a flat due to a bolt penetrating my tire. I repaired it at this location and upon picking it there were scratches and dents on my band new car. I approached the workers who were no help and took no accountability. I had to dispute for a good 20mins to get them to even open a claim which still yielded no results. If you come here, drive your own car into the bay because they obviously have negligent workers and fail to take responsibility.

I've been a customer of Discount Tire for years. I have been to many locations all over the country. I keep returning due to the friendly staff and great service. The Fayetteville location did not disappoint!

If you choose less than 5* for this location the universe was not aligned when you visited. Very prompt service, kind staff, and honest. Recently moved and had a tire blow out, I had insurance on the tires highly recommended and was in and out. They helped to prioritize on needs, free air check and rotations for the life of the tires.

Alex was more concerned about making a sale than trying to hear the issues I came in with . It made my experience uncomfortable. Once I expressed I am not able to at the moment his enthusiasm went down tremendously when finishing the transaction.

I went in because my tire went flat and we figured it was a slow leak. We got there around 5:30 and stood in line for about 20 minutes and then they listened to our issue and took the keys. They came back around 6:30 and told us that they can't fix the tire and we have to buy a new one. We had just bought those tires the day before used. Figuring that they were the experts we went ahead and got a new tire. The next morning my low tire light was on before I went to work. When I got off the tire was flat once again. The brand new one. I took it back to those people and stood in line 20 minutes again. Told them what happened and the guy apologized and took the keys. This time when they called me about my car the news was different. Now my wheel is cracked. I find it funny that they didn't see it yesterday when they put a brand new tire on that wheel. So I really didn't need a tire I needed a to repair my wheel. Or did yall break it? . Why didn't yall see the cracked wheel when they installed the new tire? Very disappointed. So I'm out of money that I could have used for the real problem.

Very friendly and professional. I came in like 40 minutes before closing time and they fixed my tire. The location was very clean and all staff were friendly.

I will not serve this location anymore.. AS A BUSINESS MATTER THIS LOCATION IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT CHECK ORDERS BEFORE SENDING A DELIVERY DRIVER AND WHILE THE REPRESENTATIVE IS LAUGHING THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS THE ONLY ONE THAT TAKES THE LOSS ! EVEN THOUGH WE SHOWED UP ON TIME , HAD TO WAIT IN A RIDICULOUS LINE THEN AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING FINDING OUT THEY DON'T HAVE A ORDER THEY POSTED AS DELIVERY... VERY DISAPPOINTED.. IT'S A WASTE OF FUEL, MONEY AND TIME... AND NO ONE TAKES THE LOSS EXCEPT THE UNPAID CONTRACT DELIVERY DRIVER

I would highly recommend discount tire in Fayetteville customer service is tremendous The speed that my tires were done was amazing, outstanding service can t stress it enough and prices were great I would highly highly recommend that location even though I m closer to the location in Peachtree City I prefer the location of Fayetteville night and day Difference in quality of service Once again highly recommend

We have used them for years and loved everyone however my experience today has completely made me loose respect for this business! Buy tires from them and come back for flats (that s what is advertised). I walk in with an extremely low tire and am told they are too busy to get to me. No one even offered to walk out and check my tire when I asked if it was okay to wait. Disappointing and will not be recommending to anyone I know!

This place is great! Make an appointment so they can take care of you quickly. They have COVID protocols in place (2021). They are very knowledgeable and super nice and kind. Came back in 2022. Still the best in customer service!

Went in to get a new tire... was recommended to go to discount tire by my mechanic... I was in and out in no time... the time I was giving was a long wait time but I got in before that time... thanks for the great service

My experience was a good one. I ordered a set of tires from tire rack and had them sent here only to find out they were the wrong size (which I was told happens quite often), instead of making me go through the hassle of reordering the correct tire and waiting for shipping. The manager was able to find some comparable tires to swap for mine and get me in and out with just a $21 out of pocket to offset the tires and I was back on the road safely in about a hour.
