The lady and young boys at this store are so sweet and helpful. I don t usually go into AutoZone because I am a young GIRL and my dad usually takes care of my car but I was quite comfortable to ask anything about my car without feeling embarrassed. Thank you! 5 stars!

Hello. I came into Autozone on November 1st at about 12:30pm. I asked for help to find something to scrape off what a tow truck company wrote on my windshield. The woman was very helpful as far as trying to find the scrapers. The guy followed as if he was protecting her and not really trying to help me with the best solution. I am a black woman might I add. After the guy stated the plastic scraper was the best for my problem I purchased it. Once I went outside to use it it did not work at all. I went back into the store and asked for a razor blade. The woman switched up and pointed the male employee right too it. I had to purchase that one as well. The marker came right off. These employees aren t knowledgeable at all. I won t be returning.

I bought a part online and on the way to pick it up I get an email saying your order was canceled (no further explanation). I called and they said we didnt have the part, which they had in stock in the system. Clearly they are not keeping up with their inventory or updating it. You wasted my time and gas.

Jayden and Tracy at the Fayetteville location were a great deal of help. I had to come to the store 3 times and they were very helpful and patient and kind and the store was super clean and no long waits in line . Amazing team

I came into the store to check on a part. Unfortunately, they did not have it. However, the Assistant Store Manager, JC G, was super professional, and extremely helpful. He was quite polite and offered to call another store that to make sure they had it in stock .His personality was infectious and calming. I haven't seen such stellar customer service in a long time. Please replicate his demeanor and work ethic immediately. Glynn St. Fayetteville will be #1!

Not all part stores are equal. Not all AutoZone's are equal. However, this location is above and beyond. Their knowledge, their patience, their customer service is absolutely the best of any store I've ever dealt with. They dealt with my husband and I with respect. Believe me when I say our situation was anything but simple. They never threw up their hands and acted bothered. Between Tammy, JC and Jayden......there aren't enough words or praises. We will not be visiting any other parts stores. If every business had employees like these folks.....the world would be like it use to be. Pleasant and peaceful A+++++

This Auto Zone is absolutely AMAZING! Customer service is top tier! Tammy and Jayden went above and beyond to help my husband get his to get all the parts he needed for his SUV to stop running hot. They assessed it and Tammy knew the exact parts he needed to correct the problem. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Jayden was was so attentive and helped my husband every step of the way. Tammy and Jayden are a true asset to this company. I can t say enough about this great store! Thanks again for everything Tammy and Jayden!!

5 starts just for the employees attend me but most of times they don't even know their names you have to do their jobs giving the name of part and were they have to find it that horroble
