Wayne is fantastic. I found the perfect RV but it was a long ways away so I hired Wayne to do an inspection and ensure it was as advertised. The inspection report was meticulously done and included pictures with details. Communication through the process was outstanding. Wayne went above and beyond by ensuring it was as advertised and a good price for the condition. I ended up agreeing to buy it sight unseen and I was not disappointed. This is our first RV and it would not have happened without Waynes help!

Wayne was great. Answered all my questions promptly. He emailed me when I had not completed all paperwork properly. He was respectful to folks at dealership. My report was finished the next day. I highly recommend him and his company.

My husband I were going to purchase a 2023 Tiffin Allegro 40IP in GA so I contacted Wayne through NRVIA website to do an inspection for us. We loved the coach but it was lacking a couple things on our list. We found the one that met all expectations in Knoxville, TN so I called Wayne to let him know that we wouldn t be using him because we were going to purchase in Knoxville Tennessee, and he was in Georgia. Just so happen, he had family in Tennessee, so he gladly went to Knoxville Tennessee to do our inspection and visit his family. Wayne was very thorough, and acknowledgeable. He found several things that we would ve never looked at! Because of Wayne all the issues are getting handled before we sign on the dotted line instead of us finding it later and the motorhomesitting at the repair shop for maintenance and warranty. I highly recommend Wayne before purchasing any RV!

My husband and I were considering purchasing our first travel trailer. Being out of state, we requested an inspection from Wayne before we pulled the trigger and I m so glad we did! He found a myriad of issues with the unit that would potentially cost us a fortune down the road. Truly, Wayne ended up being worth his weight in gold! If you re on the fence about getting an inspection for an RV you re considering buying, do it! And have it done by Wayne! He is straight forward, honest, thorough, will do a wonderful job and give you peace of mind! I can t recommend him and his services enough!

Wayne was awesome!! I hired Wayne to do a pre-purchase inspection on a 2013 Class A Diesel Pusher. I live in New England and found him through the NRVIA directory but knew nothing about him otherwise. Unlike a lot of other inspectors I reached out to, Wayne was very responsive. The RV was in excellent shape but I needed someone qualified to inspect it in detail since I didn't have that kind of time when I initially looked at it. His report was very thorough and he identified a number of things that I'll need to address, fortunately nothing major. For these services I was extremely satisfied, and his pricing was in line with others. Where Wayne went above and beyond was in the flexibility he was willing to provide in scheduling the day-long inspection. We had some logistical challenges with the coach that forced us to delay his inspection. Once we were finally able to re-schedule it, there was a major risk of not being able to close on time with the lender. I had already booked flights to Atlanta to pick it up and to make it worse, my schedule for the following 2 months prevented me from changing my plans. Wayne rescheduled me really fast in order to allow my closing to stay on track. Wait, there's more. The lender also required an inspection of their own and their inspector was inflexible and couldn't come for another week. As Wayne was wrapping up his inspection on site, I called and asked him if he would write up another report first (that evening, based on the lender's needs) as a Hail Mary they would accept it in lieu of their own. Thankfully and without question they accepted it, which was a critical piece of being able to close on schedule. I know he had a lot of other commitments he was managing at the same time, and I am over-the-top thankful for what Wayne did for us.

We didn't use Wayne so I can't comment on his expertise. I reached out to over 5 different inspectors for our 25 foot travel trailer with one slide and one A/C. Wayne quoted us $795.00 for an 8 hour inspection. The consensus from many other inspectors was a charge $800 for a Class A, $550 for a travel trailer under 30 ft and $625 over 30 ft.

Wayne was extremely diligent and knowledgeable. I was purchasing a used Roadtrek Zion. I had no experience with vans, trailer yes, but not an RV with an engine, solar panels, built in propane tanks, etc. Wayne spent 6 hours going over every inch of this van. I was present for the inspection and I learned a lot about my new to me van. There were several minor issues that will be easily addressed. He felt confident as I did that I was going to be very happy camping experience. I bought it a state away. Spent the night in her within an hour of inspection completion and drove her 150 miles home.I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone looking to buy an RV.I m a very happy camper.Thank you Wayne!

Very professional service. Provided me with a detailed report and called to explain everything to me before I even noticed I had the report. He walked me through any questions and provided me with advice on how to proceed with the items he noticed on the report.

Purchasing an RV can be a nerve wrecking experience and not knowing the vehicle will run you Nutts.I in one state purchased an RV in another state online. I had not seen the vehicle with my own eyes other than online. I hired Wayne Hendrickson of Tennga RV for a vehicle Inspection. He took the time to explain the process, he became my eyes. Very patient and a wealth of knowledge, explaining his attention to the safety aspects and conditions of all the various components which comprise an RV. He followed up and accepted all my crazy phone calls, talking me off the roofs edge many times. He proceeded in setting up the inspection with the dealership and gave it a thorough once over. Along with the one hundred page report was an accompanying USB with video and Drone footage. It also contained photos of areas that required immediate attention.A third party RV Inspection is a necessary part of the purchase, highly recommended and honestly, this Guy is exceptional. Do yourself a favor hire Wayne of Tannga RV to perform your RV Inspection, you will not be disappointed. Best money I ever spent and worth the peace of mind in doing so. THANKS WAYNE!!
