They are great! They got us the most out of our trade-in and worked hard to get us into a new car we love that had everything we were looking for in our budget. Very friendly and family oriented. If they don't have what you are looking for on their lot, don't worry! Talk to Thomas and tell him what you are looking for. Tell him Deanna or Damian sent you and he will do everything he can to get you into something you will love! This was the second time he helped me buy a car. These guys are great!

Jason and his team are truly the only people in Georgia I trust when it comes to purchasing a car. I live well over an hour away but I assure you its worth the drive. There is no pressure, no feelings of being ripped off, no anxiety. They are honest and up front. If you are looking to buy a car and leave feeling calm, collected, and happy, this is the place.

I had such a great experience working with this dealership. Thomas Woody was AMAZING, and made everything super simple from start to finish. I especially appreciate his flexibility in communication, and very quick response times! Jason was also helpful in getting the financing put together, approved and ready to go - Because this was a semi-sudden purchase, I didnt give him much to work with and he made it happen anyway! Randy shared some very interesting finance tips to help me shave a full year off my loan term that I really appreciate and had never heard before. There was another person, sorry I didn't catch his name, that kept up good conversation while we were waiting for the paperwork... he helped make the wait time see so short! All in all, I am IN LOVE with my new ride and these three gents help make it happen for me, and it was completely painless and hassle free! No stress or headaches at all!

Jason and Ronnie are great team! Very down to earth people and made whole process so smoothly! Jason definitely knows about car,,,,ask anything to him,he knows! And Ronnie s service rocks! My husband searched for a specific suv for me for over 2 months and Bill Holt Motors had the best price! Straight forward no BS haggling and dealing! Great family owned dealership!

Bill Holt Motors in Ellijay went above and beyond to put my husband and I in a beautiful Jeep Sahara. The team there, Jason, Ronnie, and Mark were amazing, they took care of any questions or concerns immediately, they were very kind and made you feel like family. I can honestly say i have never had this kind of service before... I will from now on only deal with Jason, Mark, and Ronnie and Bill Holt Motors in Ellijay Georgia. Thank y'all again for the attention to detail and going above and beyond..

The best car buying experience I have ever had. These people are honest and true christians. Ronnie and Jason were amazing. They got us into the vehicle that we wanted and went above and beyond to make it happen. For anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy place to buy a vehicle this is the place to go. My husband and I were searching for a fair deal on a good solid vehicle. We had been struggling to overcome damaged credit from the downturn of '08-'09 and the numbers on either of our credit scores proved to be making our choice of a beautiful and well appointed GMC Acadia little more than another disappointment. We sat down with the Bill Holt staff and watched them do the thing they do. I test drove a car and inadvertently left my wallet in the car. I honestly thought I lost it at the grocery store. Kenny Warren of Bill Holt left a message at my office telling me he found my wallet and even offered to drive it to me! I had 2 sleepless nights (I test drove late Sat and no one drove after me until Monday) not knowing where my wallet was, but my prayers were answered! Small towns are simply the best to do business with because people are so genuine and caring. This is not just a car lot, it is a family who truly cares about their customers.

I had an EXCELLENT experience buying from Bill Holt in Ellijay, Georgia! I purchased a used 2008 Ford Expedition with low mileage (137,000) for the age of the vehicle BELOW BOOK VALUE! Ronnie, Jason & Thomas treated me right, even fixing a broken rear wiper mount at Their cost 2 weeks after the sale! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM if You are searching for a QUALITY used vehicle & want to be treated right! GOOD JOB MEN! 10 stars!!

I walked in to look at a Jeep and got what I was not expecting. Since I m only 18 and have a short credit history, I expected them to do what every dealership does and look at me like I was nothing. I got a completely different experience. Ron and the people there where so welcoming and helped me through the whole process. I wasn t able to get the jeep because I wasn t approved, but they tried there best to help put me in a vehicle. If anybody is new to the car buying experience and needs someone you can trust, I definitely recommend this dealership. I have so much to say about how good they served me. Even if I wasn t able to buy a car through them.

I recently purchased a car from them. Everyone was very friendly answered any questions i had. I never felt like i was being pressured into anything. They worked with me and got me the vehicle i wanted and were even able to get my payments lower than i expected. Top notch! No pressure! We went looking expecting to get something that we didn't really want because we couldn't afford it. Ronnie Stewart convinced us otherwise! Not with the typical used car sales man that tries to discern you, but with honesty. He spoke of the "New finance Manager" that cared and cared she did. Kelly worked with us to get me into a truck that I only dreamed about! Thank you guys!!!

Thomas, Jason and Ronnie are amazing. They made the whole experience fun, yes I said FUN! I was just in a car accident the day before and they seemed to truly care about my well being. So so glad my Aunt recommended this place.

I want to let every future buyer know that I WOULD recommend the salesmanship of the Ellijay Bill Holt but sadly to say I WOULD NOT THE OWNER OF BILL HOLT NOR WILL I EVER GIVE BUSINESS TO THE COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW PERSONALLY. We bought a nissan maxima with 145k miles on it and the transmission completely went bad 1 week and 3 days later. We've tried to do the Christian thing to keep this civil w high hopes that the business would be loyal enough to at least meet us half way w the cost of 2k+ to have a used transmission w 50k miles on it put in. With the commemt " Bill Holt only made $380 from the sale we're not putting anymore into this car". I understand all sales are as is w used vehicles but we didnt even make it to a 30 day period which has put us in a finiacial bind being we did put a down pym on the car were now stuck w a 12k loan and putting 2k+ more into this car that we only got to drive 1 week amd 3 days... With that being said I do recommend that all buyers have the vehicle serviced yourselves before purchase and that will not always guarantee a good buy BECAUSE OWNER OF BILL HOLT HAS GIVEN US NO REASON TO TRUST OR BELIEVE THAT THEIR USED CARS ARE WORTH GOING IN DEBT WITH AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. SHAME ON YOU AS YOU DEFINITELY NOT HAVE GOD IN YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. I was not expecting to drive away with the vehicle the same day. Went in, test drove the vehicle and completed the paper work in just a couple hours. Cannot say thank you enough!

The ripped me off on the price. I way over paid. plus, the car had a very dangerous manufacture defect I wasn't warned about and they charged me to change the title and they never did and I had to get a refund.
