On September 30, 2023 I had a tire change appointment scheduled for 9am for 4 tires, which took about 2 hours, but I was fine with that because they were busy, no problems from me there. Total between parts and labor was $375.82. I drove home, and my car didn t have any issues, then I went out of town from Saturday afternoon to Sunday night. I attempted to drive the car Monday evening, October 2nd, and as I drove down my driveway, I heard a noise coming from the car. I got out of the car and saw the front passenger tire was flat. I drove the car to my garage and jacked it up to see what the issue was, there were no punctures in the tire, but instead it was leaking from the valve stem (see video) and my sidewall was destroyed from driving on the flat. Here are my attempts at contacting the Walmart Auto Center/Corporate:October 2nd, 5:31pm EST - At first I was told warranty doesn t cover this, despite the warranty stating incorrect installation by a technician is covered. Then was told I d have to talk to the shop manager, Cory, but he left for the day so he d call me back Tuesday, October 3rd.October 3rd Attempts:- No call back from Cory- 3:26pm - No answer- 3:29pm - Rang, someone picked up then hung up- 4:01pm - Rang, someone picked up then hung up- 4:03pm - Rang, someone picked up then hung up- 4:03pm - A gentleman answered and said Cory and all the other managers would be out for the rest of the week and weekend and I d get a call back Tuesday, October 10th (I did not receive a call back).- 4:10pm - Contacted Walmart corporate and told I d receive a call back within 24 hours to remedy the issue. (I did not receive a call back).Friday, October 6th, 9:58am, I reached out to corporate again, and I was told it may take up to 72 hours to receive a call back.Tuesday, October 10th, I called the auto center 3 times, and did not receive an answer, I called Walmart corporate, I was given my 3rd reference number and told I d receive a call back by Thursday morning, October 12.I ve gone through the proper channels to fix this problem, I m continuously being told someone would call me back who could fix the problem, but that never happens. Walmart, do better, Cory, please do better. Instead of them fixing what they messed up, I got to spend $223.63 to get a new tire, and have it installed and the alignment fixed because of this auto center.This was the first and last time I ll ever use Walmart s Auto Center.

There was 1 friendly girl in the auto dept but the other 2 employees I interacted with acted like they'd rather be doing ANYTHING than helping me. My appointment to have my tires changed was from 10-11 am. They didn't even pull the car in until 10:56 and the car wasn't ready until noon. I had a meeting scheduled after the tires and they made me late for that. The tires were put on and are performing well so far, and I am giving 2 stars because they actually got them put on. It looks like this is an ongoing problem from the reviews. I would suggest some time management updates to the schedule and some attitude adjustments for the employees wouldn't hurt either. Friendly, on time service seems to be a thing of the past.

Guys here are great with my Audi. Changed my tires and did it well. Simmione ( Sorry if i mispelled the name ) took care of my very specific wheels. Thank you guys and if the manager is reading this give him a raise. Front office lady is very friendly as well.

Never buy tires here, they tell you that you must order them and they will arrive in 3 days. I have been waiting for 10 days and no one gives me an answer about the tires or the money.

At 7:30AM, me & my fianc� dropped off his car to have 2 tires. Came back 12PM & they still hadn t done it.They were confused & hadn t even planned to do it Got our money back & left.

Took my car there for an oil change as it was the nearest auto service center to me. I'm not from Georgia and just happened to be the area. I thought what could go wrong with an oil change? I was wrong. A lot can go wrong. They took the car and said it will be ready in about 40 minutes. I went to the Walmart store to buy a bottle of water, returned to the service center 15 minutes later, the car was already in the bay, and after about 10 minutes a technician came out and said "we don't have the tool for your Mazda" but my colleague is "trying something". A few minutes later the same guy said they can't do it because they don't have the tool and advised me to take my car to Jiffy Lube or another Walmart service. I took the car to a nearby Walmart service center and within a minute of accepting the car, the technician came out of the tunnel with a picture on his phone showing me that someone had stripped the drain bolt and they can't do anything on the car because of that. They told to me to return to the Walmart Service Center that caused the damage, so I did and it was a nightmare experience. Without even asking his technicians, the supervisor told me they didn't do any work on the car and started yelling at me and asked me to leave the store. Then the second technician who was "trying something" joined his supervisor in his yelling party. I asked to speak to someone else, and a lady named Raven came and she was more polite but she was just saying things to make me leave promising that she will check the cameras bla bla bla. I then called Walmart CS to complain and gave her the phone to speak to the representative, and then her position changed from she will investigate to "we didn't cause the damage". I was stranded in Georgia because of these guys and left Atlanta area 4 hours later than planned because of these people. I ended up driving a car that was over due for oil change because of the damage they caused on a Sunday and refused to fix or even accept the responsibility of what they did. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had with a "business" in my entire life. Stay away from this place and any Walmart service center. It's cheap for a reason.

I made an appointment the next day to change a tire at 12 noon the next day. I went in at 10 mins to my appointment time and checked in. They did not attend to my car until 2:45 pm. I will never step my foot there again. I wish I can give them a half of a star. Poor service.

Good price but super slow. I watched them doing oil change through glass window and I was pretty shocked by their speed. There was only my car in the shop at the time of the service and it took almost 2 hours for an oil change. They also had to do tire rotation after the oil change. I had to cancel all my afternoon schedule this day.

They did a good job and the price was good, but they lost one of my wheel locks and then took one of my extra non-locking lugs without my permission. I confronted them about it immediately when I inspected the work and they denied it. I bought the car brand new and those were the original tires, so there was no mistaking the replacement on my end. No type of integrity with those guys. Check for your lugs!!!

Don't get your tires from here or any other Walmart tire center. 3 hrs to plug a tire and I had the warranty. They sell it to you knowing when you try to use it they will do everything they can to frustrate you into leaving. Because the tire are cheap and low quality. You will definitely be back on there to use that warranty, but they make you wait so long that you would much rather go and pay someone to do it. That is the scam, so they get no return customers just sell it and forget it. 3 hrs to plug one tire.

Today December 3rd I had tire change appointment for 2 of my cars. I reached at Auto center at 6:45am. Appointment is at 7am but no one has opened doors yet and it is 7:23am right now. Appointment mentioned they will only keep it for 15mins so I came here thinking they are very busy and punctual and that does not seem to be the case.

Excellent service. Jacob went above and beyond. I went to ask about a battery and unknowingly disturbed his lunch break. I told him I'd wait until he was done especially since he was the only one in auto. I waited and not only did I purchase the battery, he even installed it for me. Jacob was knowledgeable about what I needed and was fast and efficient. And again he took time out of his busy day to give the best customer service I've ever had at a Walmart auto center and did I mention he had 0 help? Jacob is amazing!!!Service: Auto battery replacement

They have some staffing problem where sometimes it affects the opening hour of the service (supposed to open at 7am, but I've personally waited from 7 to 8AM and no service mechanic showed up). But when they are there, they are nice and do the job right. I recommend going there around 8AM or 9AM so that there's someone who could help.The other downside is, since they are understaffed, it's hard to get them on phone. There's no appointments either so first come first serve can be hurtful if you have to plan things.

I went to Walmart auto center this morning (Friday Nov.4th) because I had to flat tires and needed to be at work by 9. Online store hours are 7am-7pm as well as on the building. I pull up to a garage door with my blinkers on. After five minutes someone peeks through the windows of the garage door. I wait another 10 minutes before I went inside.la guy seetwalks by me twithout saying a word. Then a Walmart employee asks me if I ve been helped, I say no, he point to the same guy to just kept walking by me and says he can help you the guy stops and stares at me. Awkwardly I tell him I need my tires changed, he responds We re not doing that today, just oils changes. That s what my manager said and he s not here right now . Thankfully BLUESKY is down the street and opened at 7:30 and have done everything possible to get me on the road safely.

This center doesn't perform all services mentioned online.They marked service done without actually doing it, like Carper Vacuumed, Washer Fluid filled.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!!!!THE SERVICE HERE IS EXTREMELY TERRIBLE. I SHOW UP FOR MY APPT AT 7AM BUT NO ONE CAN INSTALL MY TIRE UNTIL 10AM. ALSO, THEY DID NOT HONOR MY TIRE WARRANTY AND TRY TO OVERCHARGED ME FOR MORE MONEY. I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.Service: TiresService: Tires

Needed new tires on my Jeep, a friend recommended to go check Walmart since they probably have better prices than anyone else.I went early in the morning on a Tuesday (9:30am). Only one car ahead of me.Talked to Earline about getting the new tires and she helped me choose the correct ones. Honestly she went above and beyond on her customer service. -Sweet, educated and funny lady.The mechanic told me it would be about 1 hour for them to change the tires but only took 30-40 minutes.

Workers were rude to me for no reason. They are understaffed and will take out their frustrations with Walmart on you. They told me they are only doing oil changes and nothing else for the foreseeable future. Go to the Suwanee Walmart auto center! They were 100% better and had it done in no time.

The customer service here at this place is AWFUL. I had purchased tires back in October with the extended warranty. However, I needed new tires again so I went to this auto care center and they were NOT helpful at all. They didn't help me at all nor did they give me the right information. I talked to one coworker who gave me absolutely the wrong information and so when the manager came to talk to me about it, the manager told me something completely different. What I also do not understand is how they couldn't help reorder the same tires at their location. They said the only way I could use my warranty was by going online and purchasing the tires myself which didn't make sense to me. I obviously purchased the tires through Walmart and they should have my order number on file to help me. They didn't even bother trying to help me so I can get my tires fixed/purchased. All they told me was to go back to the Suwanee location where I purchased it and constantly kept telling me go to that location because they were reopened as if they just wanted to get rid of me to not help me. The only reason why I came to this location was because Suwanee auto care location was temporarily closed and also because I spoke with Walmart Customer Service and they told me I was allowed to go to any store that was open to get my warranty. I completely understand if it's protocol/policy that they can't pull up my order information (which doesn't make sense), but I just don't like how incompetent they were!

Hours state 7am to 7pm. It says that both online and on the door. I arrived at 6:10 and no one was there to help me. I came to get a simple oil change and could not get service. The door was locked and all of the garages were closed. I tried to call but no answer. Very unprofessional. If you re going to stop doing work and hour before closing, then you should change your hours that you have listed for customers.

They get the job done, but the wait is long! I waited over 3.5 hours to have all 4 tires changed. The staff were professional and courteous, and Walmart almost always has the best pricing. I would recommend leaving your car and coming back if you can.

I came in at around 5 to have a new tire installed. They informed me that they would take care of me, but that my car would not be ready until about 9PM. They stayed late in order to do this, which I appreciate. They called me at around 9 and told me my car was ready. However, when I went to the store, the auto care center was closed, and no one had any idea where my keys were. Also, they left the driver side window fully down, so anyone could have just gotten into my car and taken things. I went into the store and was directed to customer service, where they were at a loss as to where my keys were. Finally they called the manager and he knew where my keys were. After waiting a while (they were busy), I got my keys back. The customer service manager also did not know what the cost of my car service should be, gave me a number and asked me if it sounded right. I also told him about the window being left down, but all he said was "Oh, they did?" and left it at that. Credit to him though, he was extremely busy and still took care of me. It looked like he was doing his best with the influx of customers and requests. One last thing, I purchased all of my tires at this Walmart last year and had them install them. I got the warranty on them and was told that they would fix my flats for free (which they did), and if they couldn't, they would give me a discount on a new tire. I am not sure I received that discount, but at that point all I wanted to do was get out of there, so I did.

There is NO issue in service. But they have idiotic logic.1)They don't change new tires which bought from Sam's club/from same group.2)They don't change oil which bought from their own aisle.3)They don't change oil which bought from their own website.We have to go with their products available at the time even though they were not our choice. For example, we don't have a choice for the oil brand at the oil change.Services: Tires, Oil change

Website says tires are in stock, but after order, they are delayed. Website allowed scheduling appointment for 9am Sunday, sign says open at 7, but man there says the center doesn t open until 11. I don t have time to deal with this silliness, took car elsewhere.

After reading the reviews prior to my visit I was skeptical but when I arrived the statements made became invalid. Mike wasted no time servicing my vehicle with new tires and informed me about the different specifications for the tires.The timeframe was not super fast but not slow either,you don t want fast work done on your vehicle that you will be using daily. Thanks Mike and the service staff at Pleasant Hill Walmart Service center,your hard work is not overlooked.

Ordered tires with an understanding that the price was including installation. Only to get to your garage, and sit there before someone comes out to say they can't install the tires because of custom rims. This in turn cost ne 100.00 more dollars to get them put on. I am NOT a satisfied customer.

Where to begin... So once I brought my wife's car in for an oil change, and found out a month or so later that when performing the oil change, they removed the engine cover (a purely cosmetic piece, no big deal) but never replaced it. Of course by the time we realized what happened, they denied everything, said it couldn't have been them. Like a fool I still brought it back again last August. Then when I brought my SUV in for an oil change, they told me it'd be 45 minutes. After 50 I came over and they said it wasn't done yet. After an 90 minutes it still was not even in the bay. I asked what was going on and they said they couldn't find my vehicle so they skipped it in the line. As I stood there, I could see it, parked right where I left it (and where they scanned it) 100 feet from the bay doors. They apologized and offered to do the oil change for free and have it done in 10 minutes. After 15 it still was not in the bay. At that time I decided to just leave and have the work done elsewhere. When I went to get my oil changed on my wife's car last week, the new place I took it told me they couldn't do the work due to the damage to her car. They took me under to look at it, and there was clear damage to the oil pan and oil filter cap. Without being prompted the mechanic told me he sees damage like this a lot on vehicles that were serviced at Walmart. I returned to this location to discuss what happened, and after initially being told there was no damage, I informed the service member that I had seen the damage for myself less than an hour ago. He then told me the damage was so severe there was no way they could have caused it at all. I went through customer service (where the representative told me that based on the requirements to be hired in the service center he would NEVER take his car there) and was told to fill out a claim. After doing so (and trying for week to get ahold of the claims department) I was told word for word the same things as the service manager had told me. When I asked why it was the damage could not have been caused by the store, she could give me no explanation. In addition, any record of her car being there in August had disappeared. In conclusion, be smarter than me. Do not ever take your car here.

This place Is awful. Staff were mean and careless. I had an appointment to change the tire at 9 am. When I get there, Staff were telling me to come back at 11. This is not professionalism. I had to pick up the tire and change elsewhere. Never go in this place!!!!!!!!!!
