I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with body damage on my brand new GMC AT4HD due to a hit and run incident. This is the second time taking my car here, the first being towed their after an accident and the second after I was hit in a parking lot. The quality of work is great and despite some delays in parts they stayed open late to finish my car in the quoted time so I could get to work. Max is a stand up guy, I would recommend Taylor s to anyone in the area!

Great place! Max was able to take in my car same day and even drove me to pick up my rental. They made my car look brand new and even fixed some scraps and dents that were not part of the collision. Had our Ram 5500 taken to them after a accident. They kept us informed the whole way through and their prices beat any of the other shops we saw. Max and his staff provided excellent Customer service. In and out in under 2 weeks when other shops were estimating months for some of the parts. I was referred to Taylor Collision and went for an estimate. I was given a date to bring vehicle in. On date they pushed the date back. No problem. After 5 months, 6 calls, 1 email and a text directly to owner, nothing - no response. Can't really rate the quality of work. I hear it's great...price seemed great also. However, I can rate the customer experience. Disappointing.

Went to major repair shop (sports and imports), got an estimate that was three times higher. I almost got robbed and then I remembered Taylor's Collision. Ask for Max. Quality work, fair prices and your car won't sit around for months.Next issue, (Wife's car). Someone backed into it while parked, a few small holes in the bumper. I would have not had it repaired. But she wanted to She was not willing to let anyone but Atlanta Classic Cars, her Mercedes dealer repair her car until they told her it would cost about 2500 dollars. It needed a new bumper (not true) and so on and so on. I told her to give Taylor Collision a shot. She did. They repaired it for far less than what the dealership was going to charge. And the car looks great! Thanks again to the team at Taylor's Collision.

Stopped to get estimate for a small scrape on my bumper, Max was incredible and said it could be touched up. He got a little container of paint and touched up my bumper and it looked good as new. I offered to pay him, but he said no, he was just doing his job!! I recommend Taylor Collision highly to everyone and if more people were customer friendly like Max, this world would be a better place!!

Hands down the best body shop in the Duluth area. Max is super helpful when it comes to fixing your vehicle and explains everything very detailed. Would highly recommend for any body work on any of my cars !

Taylor s collision was able to fix up my car surprising fast. Amazing customer service! Taylor's repaired my Mustang GT Convertible. Paint was matched perfectly. Clean lines. Friendly customer service. They went above and beyond and would recommend them for collision repair.

Had them fix my 2014 Kia Forte this past around Christmas,...it took long time, was my fault. Shouldnt had accident during holidays..Well, great job y'all!!! Specifical thanks to this young man, Max..thanks for your caring atidude..regarlis of some negative comments, I strongly recommend them! Thanks again team!! I could have a before and after photo to share in here, but don't know how it works. Anyway thanks y'all.

Took my car there for a cash fix and its not done completly right. 1 small tool dent in the side panel and 2 dents not removed that they said they would. When i picked up the car they didn't walk the work with me and it was hard to see due to the weather. It felt like they were hiding shody work. For how much i was charged i expected it to look stock and it just doesn't .

I haven't had to use Taylor's Collision in years. I knew Roger Taylor before his untimely drowning in October 2006. Taylor's Collision was always very professional and very fair when giving quotes. When I lived in Duluth, I always used them, but haven't had an accident in over 20 years. If the current operators of Taylor Collision are anything like Roger Taylor, you are in very good hands. Roger was such a kind person.

Great work at a fair price...I was given the runaround at a different body shop for a minor fix...Max was able to get the part in the same day and took care of issue...friendly staff also.

Max was very helpful with my wifes truck as she doesnt get along with our mailbox and alway went above and beyond in helping me fix my wifes truck so she can keep damaging it, until next time Max. Thank you for all you do.

I took my car in for estimate. They popped the panels back together. I had tried to fix it myself but was unable to do it. And they charged me NADA, nothing, zero!!! I will take my car back there any time.

Took my truck here after an accident, they move very slow. Insurance company has had to reach out to them multiple times over the course of two weeks and no response. Very disappointing, will not be sending any more vehicles here.
