Almost 3 years since purchasing my CrossTrek, I wanted to leave another reminder of why I recommend Subaru of Gwinnett. His name is Tuan Nguyen and his professionalism in service is 5 star. Needless to say, I recommend this dealership from sale to service and the Subaru product speaks for itself.

Dropped my STI off for an alignment and a recall. I reset the peak boost when I dropped it off. When I picked the car back up the peak boost was at 22psi. Clearly the tec went for a joy ride in the car. He's lucky he didn't pop the motor. S# is the only my map for 24psi and requires different parts to be installed. Guess I won't be back there

Passing through town when all our dash error lights came on. Called them and they offered to stay until we got there (it was almost closing time). A quick drop off and moved our stuff to a loaner saved our vacation. They diagnosed the next morning and did a great review before getting approval of work. They stayed late for me to swap cars back after repairs. All on a holiday weekend. They made a surprise expense much easier to deal with.

Reading the other reviews, I'm thinking maybe I'm lucky or Subaru of Gwinnett is on the upswing. I bought my 2018 Outback from this dealership and then took it in for a standard oil change and inspection in April 2023. The wait time was a bit long, but it was exactly as the service attendant (Kirby) told me it would be. Their waiting lounge was very nice, with plenty of seating and snacks/beverages! Exactly on time (1.5 hr), Kirby came over and shared that my car would need additional work, and if I was OK with it, they would keep it for a week. I decided to leave my car with them and took a loaner Outback with absolutely no issues. After only a few days, another attendant (Issa) called me with an update and then was able to pick my car up from him exactly 1 week after my first visit. No issues and an incredibly smooth visit (as far as getting your car serviced can go). I will absolutely be back!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The service has always been very good, and the work too. I actually had an issue getting my 3-year maintenance package, because the promotional discount I used was not applied correctly and didn't notice till I was home. I thought it was not going to be corrected, but a check got mailed for the difference that I was expecting. Everyone there is super genuine and nice, everytime I go. I will continue to bring my car in. :)

Exceptional service this week for my Subaru! My advisor Jeff B had the best customer service and answered all of my questions fully. Best customer satisfaction at this dealership! Thank you entire Subaru department and team!

Get your service done elsewhere. I had a more detailed review to post but the character limit cut it off. If anyone but Herb is willing to discuss I will be happy to talk. Service staff has a very hard time with communicating to get anything done. Service that was supposed to take an hour ended up taking a full 24 hours (they were confirming that my radio did not work so a SOA claim). Due to circumstances I ened up chosing to price out other services (tires). When inquiring about the cost of some of their work to truely price match their competitors, the service manager, Herb, was extremely rude. Ended up taking my business to Stivers who not only gave a better price without asking but was very quick to return calls and had me in and out within an hour.

We took our 2022 outback wilderness in on 05/01/2 to Subaru of Gwinnett. We were told someone would call us in 2-3 days with an update. It is now 05/05/23 and we cannot get through to anyone, we keep getting transferred to voicemails and no one calls us back. The woman who answered the phone the second time I was transferred who then in turn transferred me to a voicemail was incredibly rude, when I told her I needed to get an update she sighed and acted as though I was inconveniencing her.

Took 2.5 hours to patch a flat tire. Made an appointment 3 days ago for the repair but they were still "to busy" to get it done in a timely manner.

Worst place to get your vehicle serviced. At 19,000 miles they are telling me to replace the tires, when they have been doing ongoing oil change and maintenance from last two years. Do not come here for service. Service technicians don't understand anything. Have been waiting here for 3 hours to get the alignment done and they are not ready to do the alignment till the time they will not replace the tires. Not recommended at allService: Wheel alignment

Richard Kulcsar was the service advisor for me. He was thorough, kept me informed of what was going on, very professional, kind, thoughtful. He went over and beyond his duties and made sure I was treated fairly. He also requested on my behalf any additional discounts that I did not know was available and had them applied to my cost of service. I would recommend him to anyone who has to go there for service on their vehicle.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Unable to get thru to a service person. Call is directed to an extension then goes to a recording which then says their mailbox is full. Three different people transferred the call to three different extensions, it happened each time!Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Disappointed with Service department. Went to get an oil change. Had an appointment. Took over 2 hours to get my car back. Communication to me during that time was none.
