Sports and Imports did an amazing job repairing the front end of my Toyota Sienna. They patiently explained the charges and kept their promises when it came to delivery. They re very communicative and we ll-run business. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

I had my vehicle towed to Sports & Imports after a collision. The original estimate for work was only $6k by my insurance company, but Sports & Imports went above and beyond to make sure I didn't end up with an unsafe vehicle fixed with low quality parts. With Paul's help, my truck ended up being totaled instead of rebuilt with aftermarket parts like the Insurance company originally wanted. I wasn't able to use their repair services, but if I am ever in another accident I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle to them. Their honesty, customer service, and pride in their work makes Sports & Imports the best in town.

This was my third time at the shop. The two first experiences were before the passing away of Mr. Hamilton in 2017 and were very good. Even though the body work was great (so far) this time it was one of the worst experience. The driver's door was damaged and wind noise was very strong while driving. They didn't communicate effectively with the insurance company, (I had to pay half the costs of repairs), Paul didn't tell me of the 30% markup for work done at RBM. Took for ever to fix the vehicle. The locking mechanism didn't work and the trunk handle was sticking out, (Paul said it was like this when I dropped the car and after checking the photos he said that I was right), they have a charge for test drive for safety according to Bobbie Coombs who works there. The car wasn't test driven since the mileage was identical to the one released by RBM. The car was dirty with tree sap runs on the hood. Bobbie Coombs discussed with the owner of the place, Michelle Coombs, for a $500 discount on the $4000 out of pocket because of my issues with the insurance company. I would not recommend this company. In addition, Bobbie Coombs gave a 5 stars review without comments for his own company 3 months ago.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Car got stolen in ATL area, took the car to Mercedes Dealer, then it was sent to these guys a month and a half ago, car had minor scratches and tires and brakes needed to be changed and it was suppose to be taken to Mercedes to get it detailed, its been a month and a half, i get played around saying this car will be sent to RBM this week but its always the same scenario every week, I DO NOT SUGGEST THESE GUYS, they take your money and don't fix the cars in time as they are suppose to. I have been very patient with them, but it should not take almost 2 months for a company to fix cosmetic wear on a vehicle and send it back to get detailed, take your money somewhere else that is more professional and have them get it done. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR CAR!!!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes

Great experience both times I've brought my car in, Nate is extremely polite and handles my car as if it was his own, very professional and detailed when handling customers. This shop is busy all the time since they do quality work, call ahead for an appointment

Great Work !!! On my Mercedes 300 side door that was in an accident and I receive a guarantee certificate for my car. Thank you'll Guys i appreciate everything .These guys did everything to put my car in it entirely form. Thank you again and again and againCassandra Turman
