These people do good work. My car was still pretty much brand new when a tree branch fell on it and dented it and scratched it. After Sports and Imports was done with their work, you'd never know. The paint match is excellent, and without looking at an old photo, I can't pinpoint where the dent was, either. However, I do think they could have done a better job communicating with me. The car was delayed several times, and rather than letting me know, I had to call and ask about it myself on the days it was supposed to be ready. That's not to mention that one month is quite a long time for a simple dent and minor scratches on one body panel. On top of that, insurance didn't cover everything. That said, if I had time to spare and really wanted to make the car nice again, I'd still consider working with them again.

Great business to work with .they did superb body work on my Range Rover which had been t-boned. Professional courteous staff, and ready in the time frame promised. When the responsible parties Insurance company was not following through, they did a great job of helping me keep the process going. I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service. Upon entering the facility I was asked what insurance company did I have before even being greeted with a hello. I was then told I would need to pay $50 to make an appointment to get an estimate/quote. I could already tell the experience would be full of shenanigans.

This body shop keep your vehicle way too long and you have to constantly call for a status update relating to vehicle completion/pick-up Almost as if you are begging for you vehicle back. (April 17th- Aug 2023)08/09/2023- I m here now, just getting my truck back and I must say, they did a darn good job, looks better than before sort of speak. I am pleased with the results and it comes with a manufacturer s warranty.

Excellent Service. I was kept in the loop with all the repair work that was required and can only say good things about Bobby and the team at Sports and Imports. The team at Sports and Imports Collision have super customer service skills and perform excellent work!I initially requested an estimate online via the website and Kevin got back to me with a detailed estimate for the repairs I wanted to have done on my car. Later when I decided to schedule the repairs around an upcoming dealer service visit both Kevin and Bobby were very accommodating in working to arrange things so that I would not have to make multiple trips to get everything taken care of. Responses to my emails were always prompt, professional and friendly. I also appreciated being able to sign all the necessary forms and pay online via the website.My car was completed sooner than I expected, at the estimate price and looks great! They did a pretty good job repairing my car. Although, I probably wouldn't recommend anybody getting their car repaired by this company. I only took my car here because one, Lexus referred them, and two, I "thought" they would treat my car as if it was there's due to Lexus doing business with them. Upon receiving update pictures from them, you can see where they put all the parts in my car without any protective covering. Luckily, my leather seats wasn't damaged. Also, Upon inspecting my car on pickup, I noticed my window tint had sustained minor damage. I made this aware to Paul, along with two other ppl there. I was assured it would get a call by Paul to have it fixed. That call never came. I ended up calling just to be told that Paul wasn't there, and that he would call me back. Still, no call back. ....So, just be aware. They may do a good job repairing your car. Just be aware they will damage something in the process and not take accountability for it, also.

I took my Lexus RC350 to them after a car accident. Andrew was my service provider. He was professional, thorough, honest, knowledgeable and polite. My car was finished when promised. It turned out beautifully. The paint job was perfect. Plus, he worked with the insurance company. I cannot say enough good things about Sports and Imports Collision. Unfortunately, I was involved in my very first car wreck. I am a single mom and was clueless about insurance coverage, what was damaged on my vehicle, what it entailed, etc. I was literally walking in the dark when it comes to cars. A friend recommended Sports and Imports. I was impressed from the moment I stepped into their facility. It looked like no car repair place I ve ever seen. The lobby was large and open, beautifully decorated and clean. From that point on, my experience with everyone there was as painless as it can possibly be in regards to getting your car repaired. They handled communication with my insurance (even battling with them to insure I received the best parts available, instead of the used parts my insurance recommended). The technician kept me updated every step of the way, explaining things in which I could understand. Upon receiving my car, it was as if it had never been wrecked, the paint matched up perfectly. I would recommend Sports and Imports to my family and friends without hesitation.

While I wasn t thrilled with how long it took to complete repairs, the quality of the job and the excellent customer service more than made up for it.Other reviews pointing to a lack of communication are valid, but shouldn t steer you away from trusting them with your vehicle.Again, this place far exceeded my expectations and I recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.Andrew and Kevin, thank you for your patience throughout the process, for apologizing when necessary and sticking to high caliber customer service the entire way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sports and Imports has worked on my car multiple times and every time they have done a spectacular job! From the moment I dropped my car off to the moment I picked it up, their staff was extremely helpful and took great care of me and my car. Unlike many other body shops, they don't rush your repair, they take their time in making sure your car is returned to you better than new! I cannot express how professional and helpful they've been each and every time I've needed repairs. Highly highly recommend!

This is a late post but my 2016 Mercedes C300 was involved in an accident on 01/01/2021 when someone hit me in the front end . Greg Mullins as well as the rest of the of the Sports and Imports members were so accommodating, professional, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. They fixed my car back to pristine condition and were very thorough! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. I had my vehicle repaired here after a tire tread hit my car on I85. Working with the insurance company was a challenge. The repairs took longer then initially anticipated because additional damage was discovered. When it was all done, the repairs were excellent and nearly undetectable. I did have a small out of pocket expense because the insurance company doesn't pay for quality. I have recommended this business to friends who have had a similar experience. This business doesn't work for the insurance company, they work for you. When the vehicle that caries me and my family everywhere we need to go requires repair, safety and quality matter.

The whole process with the staff of this business was extremely gratifying. I must say that Sports and Imports Collision is very client oriented and provides a high level of skill in their work. We took our car here after an accident because they re one of the preferred vendors from Lexus. They were nice and friendly at first, but when I expressed my concern about the possibility that my insurance may not cover 100% for the service, they turned rude. Greg was the guy whom we talked to. He was very short and even hung up the phone on us. I would not recommend them to anyone, such a poor customer service and unprofessional business!

I brought my car to this shop per the recommendation of a friend but was VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in the end. Yes their customer service to lure you or attract you in is excellent but please don t take your car there if you really like your vehicle.They are no different than the others yet they charge overly for the same shoddy job. Their delivery time is horrible ,they don t tell you the truth, they couldn t put my car back together again. I m now driving my car with loose broken parts till date caused by them. In short they have deformed my car till now.I will NOT recommend or advise anyone to send their car there to throw your money away. Beware!! Worst experience ever! They were extremely slow, no communication and my Mercedes still had scratches and a big chip on the hood that wasn t there to begin with, said it was from the tow truck. They sent touch up paint with me. Information was not sent to Insurance company so I paid out of pocket just so I could leave with my car. I am 3 hours away and was told my car would be ready and 2 days later when I went to pick it up I still waited 5 hours. Unacceptable!! The receptionist was very rude!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Stay away!

My wife MB ML350 got an accident a month ago. The dealer recommended this body shop for the repair. They did very professional job on my SUV, helped us deal with insurance company. The entire process is very simple to us and they handled almost all of them. We took back our SUV 2 days ago and it runs just like a brand new car. They also did best detail cleaning for the car, we even can't find our dog furs from inside. Very happy, highly recommended!!

It did take some time to get it done, I assumed it was because they were focused on Quality... However, When I got my vehicle back there were a few things that were missed (Intake, Horn didn't work, not perfectly adjusted hood, some other minor things) I let them know and it took some more time but ultimately they came through and took care of the problem and took care of me. I worked with Pauline and she was very pleasant to work with. The finished product almost makes it worth how long it took. The Vehicle looks GREAT!

Impressive work!I admit that at first I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the body shops and insurance people. However, everyone was so polite, they took the time to see to it that I was very pleased with my experience and understood how important my little Mercedes is to me. They clearly understand the bond between a car and it's owner! Pleasantly surprised! Thanks so much!!!

I am totally unhappy with this experience. First I was told that my car will be ready on August 22, up to today my car is still there and the reason was because my insurance didn t pay the full amount; and I was told that $500 was missing. I called my insurance and $2300 was sent again, I call to find when I can pick my car and they are telling me that $300 is missing. I have to pay for my rental car because my insurance has max out and I feel like something is not clear. I always have to call for updates, and this experience is more than annoying.

Went in for a body and paint job for a custom body kit. Ashley helped me out with planning how it will be worked on with a professional approach. Great communication and updates throughout the process. Factory pearl color came out great.

This is my 2nd BAD experience! I thought they were just busy and took their time repairing my vehicle... NOT! These people keep your vehicle for a minimum of a month to drain the insurance company for money. They try and keep your vehicle as long as possible to rack up STORAGE FEES. Its takes them 3 days to input data in the computer and your vehicle will sit for 4-5 days before they even touch it! This is the 2nd time this has happened and will never happen again!! They pay to delete negative reviews as well. Theres NO WAY they should have 4.5 rating. AGAIN this is my 2nd bad experience. Good LUCK if you don't take my advise and avoid these folks!

I entrusted my late sister's SLK230 to them for ding removal and paint and they did a perfect job. It is a pleasure to see "The Pez" looking so beautiful and to know that the job was done with the highest quality of labor and supplies.
