They fixed my car in February but it took them 2 months just to fix my bumper due to an accident. They did a decent job, but in my Brand new car that I only just purchased in July 2021 they scratched and put dents in the very top of my car on the inside and stole my car mats!I'm like I dropped my car off so you could make it better not worse! And to top it off I've called and left several messages and they ignored me even after they told me they'd do everything to remedy the issue!Do NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE KING!It's not worth the headache and damage they do to your car.

This experience was so traumatizing that it deserves zero. But because I cannot give it a zero I give it a one. I only used Service King Duluth because they are allegedly one of my insurance companies preferred body shop but not only did they take my car apart and refused to put it back together they essentially tries to charge my insurance company $25,000 for a job that only needed $5000 worth of work. My insurance company had to force them to put my bumper back on my car as I was adamant that that is how I drove the car in I should be able to drive the car out in the same condition if they re refusing to do the work because of safety issues .I ve never seen such a lackadaisical approach to handling business coupled with an abysmal lack of detail. To insult to injury, not only did they leave trash in my vehicle (see picture) and fluorescent colored lines all over my car (see another picture) notating where prior damage was (something that could ve easily been cleaned prior to me getting there) there s also an error sign on my car (see yet another picture) now that Jeff tried to blame on me. He explained that this is something that would ve been addressed if they would ve been able to do the work. I explained, it was not like this when I drop the vehicle off. At that response he did not have a retort.Later that day I figured out what the error sign is on my dashboard they re the sensors on my car that let me know I am coming too close to an object before hitting it. I just parked in my gym s garage and usually, as I park and approach the wall, the sensors get louder & louder as I get closer and closer to the wall. They didn t even go off. Just to check I pulled out of the parking spot and backed into it my rear sensors were ALSO no longer working.The person who put the bumper back on told me he checked the lights but why he didn t address the error signal on the dash is beyond me. This is especially because their number one reason for not fixing the bumper alone was a safety issue. Talk about leaving a customer unsafe. And, yet another example of abysmal lack of attention to detail.In the end I was able to take my car to the body shop of my choice and have it repaired in less than one week. Service King should be ashamed of themselves!

I truly wish there was a 0 start option. My car has been at this shop for over a month. I received an estimate. I even called a few times to get updates and they specifically told me someone was working on my car and they had ordered parts for it. I was getting text updates from them, as recent as LAST week. I called them to make sure my car would be ready the day they said and they said it depends when the parts get here. I m calling them today because their site shows my car is supposed to be ready today and no one has called me or anything. This guy answers and literally says my car is a total loss, A MONTH LATER when I ve been calling the past few weeks. So basically, this entire time they have been lying that it s being worked on. He said he started yesterday and the estimator is in the hospital. I get things happen, but that is NOT my problem. When was I going to get notified???? I literally ONLY found out bc I called. How do these people run a business??? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE

BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT TRUST Service King/ Crash Champions.My experience with Service King/ Crash Champions has been TERRIBLE. They LIE and FALSIFY documentation to cover themselves. It is documented that Service King/ Crash Champions knowingly told the rental company, insurance company and myself 3 different stories. Which has caused a great inconvenience for me due to the misleading information they provided. Service King/ Crash Champions reassured me that the owner would contact me to address my concerns, this has yet to happen. Service King/ Crash Champions is only concerned with pointing fingers and not taking accountability. They also do not answer the phone nor respond to emails.Their lack of professionalism and disregard for integrity and ethics haves made this situation extremely traumatic for me.Please do yourself a favor and find another repair shop. The Duluth Auto & Repair shop down the street has much better reviews and seems to operate on a more professional level.

My car was stolen. And recovered. Allstate and I agreed to take the car here. The professionalism and respect those gentlemen displayed were indeed worth mentioning. My life partner and I are elderly people and very anxious about this. We were indeed very satisfied with our decision today because they were very detailed, thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. I unfortunately had to wait a while for my car to get done BUT it was due to delivery of parts not them. Once they received the parts they got my car back to me ASAP! My car looks a lot better and the team did a fantastic job. Also Caitlin at the front desk was super helpful. She did everything she could to make sure parts were getting delivered and was always easy to get a hold of on the phone. I would rate my experience a 5/5! If I need to get body work done again, I will be coming back.Service: Body & Trim

Bad customer service no one will be there at the front desk and they keep the car for ever for repairs. Lady at front desk with colored hair she always on the phone and always in the back, no one cares at this location had to wait long for some one to show up at the front desk

Lifetime warranty means how long you will wait parts for your car.5 month i am waiting for my bumper part after Service King installed bad quality part.�Every bmw dealership has that part.

I used service king after a traffic accident and damage to the front end of our SUV. Service King were professional in the entire process, constant text or emails with updates on step by step procedure. They welcomed any and all questions or concerns and were just a text or phone call away. Service King did an awesome job, that even left my husband impressed, this is a rare occurrence . I had to take my pathfinder to service king after we hit a deer. From the moment I called them to the moment I got back my car they were professional, very friendly and kept me informed daily of the progress and any updates (issues and resolutions) that pertain to the tinlely delivery of my car. They actually delivered my car she d of schedule and that was even during holiday time and Having less workers due to Covid restrictions. I can honestly say This shop is great.We absolutely love the service and customer attention that was given by everyone (specially Richard and Jeff) provided throughout the whole process. they made our experience extremely comforting giving us daily updates on our car. Would wholeheartedly recommend Service King time and time again.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

If they can t answer a phone or return a voicemail why trust them to repair your vehicle???Pleases avoid this place there are superior shops that actually do the job right!

Very friendly staff that were super helpful. Helped me navigate process in filing a claim with insurance. They work in cooperation with Enterprise car rental so everything is nice and smooth. Work was done in an extremely quick matter- 2 days for them to receive a bumper and replace. I would recommend them for bodywork of any kind. Guy that worked with me was awesome.

Called and told I had to schedule an appointment for a simple estimate received 3 reminders when I showed up was told they were understaffed and would take 2 weeks for an estimate???? So why did you scheduled an appointment and waste my gas and time?

I came This place just needs to upload an estimate report to the insurance company from February to April. I call and urge them again and again, and even go directly to the store, they will tell you that they have already issued it, but it is a kind of inconsistency. It obviously takes a day to finish things. They deceive you again and again, saying that things have been done, which makes me very angry, until I switched to another company, and the insurance company received a report after the estimation was completed on the same day. ! Very dissatisfied with the place wasting time!

I had a wonderful experience with Service King in Duluth. They are extremely responsive and provide quality work. I'm very detailed and they exceeded my expectations with a major repair on my 2013 Grand Cherokee. Don't hesitate to use these guys.

Experience at Service King exceeded my highest expectations, and I am spoiled as Hennessy of Gwinnett Lexus customer On top of giving me the most of attention and making sure I m comfortable all the way, the price of repairs was cheaper than what I expected too!Best customer care all the way I was given constant notifications about the status and estimates of repairs. The crew worked very hard to finish ahead of schedule, returning my baby by the end of a very first week even had to stay late Saturday, but I got my car back and it s like new again.Very very happy, and as much as I try to avoid accidents, well, they happen, so next time in a difficult situation like this I got a place to go to.

I spoke with a representative in Service King's Tesla department yesterday and she assured me that they do Tesla repairs at this location. Today the technician onsite tells me that they do not and that I would have to pay for it to be towed to their Woodstock location for them to do the repairs there. Nothing against the technician, but the their Tesla expert last night lost me as a customer. I can't tow my car all over Georgia trying to find which of their locations can help me.If Service King had offered to pay for the towing to the right location (since it was their fault for giving me the wrong info), I'd say great, let's proceed. But when a business doesn't own up to its mistake and doesn't do everything in its power to make it right- that I will not abide. I'm taking my business elsewhere and advising friends and family to stay away from Service King.

If I could give negative stars I would. I got my car repaired their recently. A car my wife drives. I had my glove box locked. My wife doesn't know how to lock the glove box. If you know Audi's, you know that it takes a special key to open the glove. A couple of days after we got the car home, I went to check the glove, just to make sure it had not been tampered with. IT WAS UNLOCKED, AND......MY HANDGUN WAS MISSING. It had to have been opened with the key (that is inside the remote). I went back up there to voice my complaints and the receptionist IMMEDIATELY went into defense mode. "NO....couldn't have been us, we don't go into glove boxes". No apology, or remorse. She put it off on the car wash people. She said they had it been sent down the street to a "Squeaky's" car wash for detailing. So, I went there. I spoke with the manager who said that HE was the one who washed my car and ensured that he did not go into the glove at all. He remembered my car and thought I was bringing it back for a re-wash. He said that he would have the owner get back with me asap since he was not there and it would be worked out. That was the last I heard of either of them.

I never feel strongly enough to write a bad review but for this one I do. This location completely did work incorrectly. I will NOT be going here again and would not recommend anyone going here. I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE GO HERE . The service is bare minimum and they did an extremely bad job on my car. I had an accident and had my bumper replaced as well as painted here. First they took longer than they told me they would. Second there was a dark soda that spilled all over during the accident and when I picked my car up it was still all sticky and stained on the inside. I had to take it back to be detailed and then it was still not completely sticky free. Most importantly my bumper paint started chipping about two weeks later. It slowly but surely continued to chip away more and more. I noticed it looked like a brand new plastic bumper underneath and thought to myself that it seemed to have been painted incorrectly but I am not a painter. I finally took it to Maaco to have the bumper repainted. After having my bumper repainted and paid for the employees and the Manager at Maaco asked where I had it painted prior. They stated that the bumper was not sanded or primed like it should have been. They said that it was literally a new plastic bumper with paint slapped on which is why the paint was chipping like that. The Manager at Maaco said he shouldn't be able to put his hand on there and have pieces of paint come off and it should just not chip away like that. He said if it were sanded, primed, and done correctly then it would not have chipped like that. They were saying if they were me they would call and complain. I called Service King Duluth to complain and basically the Manager said that they could have repainted it but they cannot do anything else for me. Why would I want to have my bumper repainted somewhere that completely did it INCORRECTLY the first time?! My advice is go somewhere else. The work here isn't done correctly, isn't done well, and their customer service is not good either.Update: A Manager called back and stated that the type of bumper they use doesn't require any sanding or priming and just has a self adhesive on it. He also still stated he could not help at all or offer anything.Clearly this is the cheap, lazy way of doing things. The paint started chipping within a week or two of being done. I don't want cheap, easy parts. No thanksUpdate: someone at @Service_King has contacted me and we are working towards a satisfactory resolution that will hopefully redeem my feelings on the service. Will update soon.

We had our Toyota van repaired that was like new. They put a sub par hood that has faded... They were nice all the while putting in sub standard parts!! It has been to long for any recourse... All so All State could save a buck!! Beware consumer!!

Avoid taking your car here for repairs or for an estimate. They walk around like slow zombies with no since of urgency.Some day we will recover from the leftover covid laziness.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!!! They had my car for over 4 months & after getting it back, my paint job was completely destroyed, they left swirls and scratches on my brand new 2020 wide body challenger, they did a rush job, used cheap paint, that s actually starting to fade and chip away. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, I REPEAT DO, NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Just got my truck back after them having it for more than a MONTH literally, from september 15th to today which is november 3rd.. Didnt detail it, not only that but i recieved it back with the service engine light on AND my tire pressure meter needs service, which was not the case prior to it being towed there. Now i have to waste more time to have them correct their mistake. Ridiculous. I would never recommend this company.

I am an employee at this shop so I might be a little biased but I am telling you, Service King does great work! The work is guaranteed for life and that makes a big difference. I may just sweep the floors here and keep the place clean but it really is a great place to get your car fixed.
