Heather at Rick Hendrick CDJR was excellent throughout the entire service process. She was very responsive and knowledgeable which made it a seamless process. She even beat the original timeline for completion. I will certainly contact her again should my vehicle need any further service.

Este dealer est� lleno de personas muy deshonestas y faltas de profesionalismo. Hace unos 20 d�as compr� mi carro en esta localidad y tuve la peor experiencia que nunca hab�a tenido en la compra de un carro, no voy a entra en tantos pero si quiero que sepan que reviven bien cada detalle de su contrato, no compren la garant�a extendida es incre�blemente costosa e innecesaria almenos es mi opini�n pero si as� deciden hacerlo aseguren e de que los n�meros est�n bien, a la hora de hacer sus exigencias para el deal h�ganlo en papel me dijeron que el auto ten�a la emisi�n y no era cierto tambi�n me dijeron que el auto ten�a un examen general de las 30 mil millas y tampoco era cierto as� que les sugiero revisar todo muy bien y que lo pongan por escrito .
