Stopped in just looking, ended up finding a car I loved. Mr.Few was amazing he seen us walking the lot stopped us and asked if we needed help. He had amazing customer service and did everything in his power to get me the car I wanted. Thanks I m super excited!!

This man went above and beyond to make me feel at home, seeing as though I came from Maryland because he sold me on such a beautiful car and deal. Truly the reason I decided to purchase my car today. Nathan Zso, our service provider, was especially kind and helpful to us during our time at our appointment. He was VERY knowledgeable and helped us with our unusual situation. We believe he made a big difference and were grateful that we happened to be in the area when we were in need of the service. Everyone we encountered there were nice. When we called, they were able to get us in the next day which was really helpful as we were on the road traveling.

Ken Brown was amazing with my purchase. There is such a stereotype with car salesman however he definitely does not fall into that category. He was transparent, honest, and professional. Cameron was also amazing with assisting me with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with them both

Edit: Changed from a 5 star experience to a 1. Check engine light came on after three days of ownership then turned off. Took it back to the dealership who turned us away (because it had turned off) and told us to come back if it turned back on. Turned back on intermittently and we took it back at 5 weeks. Spoke with someone who made us believe this would be taken care of and given a loaner if we needed one. After waiting hours for a diagnosis, because they had no loaners we were quoted $650 for a repair because we were 1 week out of a month of ownership even though we brought it right in at first sight of any issue. Will never be back.Best car buying experience we ve ever had. Izayah & Justin made the process painless and as easy as possible. We came in to view a Tahoe, that one didn t work out and Justin was quick to find us 3 more options. He went above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted. We never once felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. It was like buying a car from a friend. Cannot rave about Rick Hendrick Buick GMC enough. We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle purchase. Do yourself a favor and ask for Justin!!

Mr. Alexis was wonderful to work with! Very nice, worked with me, and always had thorough follow up communication. He and Rod (sales finance manager) were really good at communicating and making sure I was thoroughly helped with great customer service and no hassle. Both answered all my questions and were transparent. I m a Honda girl and they made me look at Buick differently.

Ask for Devon Few!! The most patient and kind car salesman I have ever encountered. He was so nice and allowed me to test drive 3 different vehicles before I confirmed my choice. Derek worked hard on the numbers to give me an incredible deal on our trade as well as a price we couldn't refuse on my DREAM CAR!!! It s not everyday your girl says hey fly with me to Georgia & pick up this truck I want & bring it home so of course you do it!! All the way from Virginia to Georgia and Musa Thompson was there waiting for us when we got out of the Uber with the truck ready to go!! He was the best and customer service was fantastic!!

Definitely ask for Ellis Plummer to help with your next car purchase! Ellis is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting him when I was at Service and he was easy to talk to and made me feel welcomed. I'll be upgrading really soon and Ellis will be my go to salesman! He's a great asset to the dealership!

Best sales associate to work with would be Adam Rose. Only worked with him and wouldn't pick anybody else. He was quick to communicate and made sure me and my cosigner understood all questions and concerns we had. With this being my first experience at a dealership and buying my first car, Adam made the process very comforting as it can be a nerve wracking experience.

Bought my first car with their sales specialist, Adam Rose. Dude was absolutely great, amazing energy. Did everything he could to best accommodate me with being under 21, qualifying for a low amount, and trying to get a dodge challenger was a challenge, but he made it work. Communication was phenomenal as well, always kept me updated. Overall 100000/10

This was my first visit here and got a typical service of oil change/tire rotation. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, as was the restroom. I believe the name of the gentleman that helped me name s was Nate. (I m terrible with names ) He explained the process and options clearly and was very personable. I definitely recommend the service here.

I don't recommend anything to buy a CNG buy the gnc saw Denali 2021 and the engine only reached 70000 miles buy the warranty and they don't want to solve the radiator and engine To anyone who wants to buy a GMC, it's better to buy Toyota or Honda

The service was quick and professional, which I appreciate tremendously. However, I just paid $947.46 for brake and rotor service. Just for the front two tires. I expected that there was going to be higher prices at a dealership, but I was not expecting this. The parts were over $500. Where did you go to get them, Uranus? Because that had to be where you pulled these prices from. But, hey, this was a learning experience. I just know these better be the best brakes in Georgia.
