I ve been a loyal customer here for the past 6+ years.However, This past visit was horrible. Upon arrival there was one car in the bay (2 car bay) and two technicians. One was watching a video on his phone and took a while to notice me. I was the only other vehicle there.After leaving I discovered that the right rear panel had been dented. They also left the washer off my oil plug. So I ve been leaking oil for the past 5 days.I called the owner and he suggested that it was only because my car was now clean that I noticed the new dent.I live in Decatur and I drive to Pleasant Hill because I was a loyal patron. I would love to hear back from management on a better solution.

Veery bad job off cleaning! Don t come here and waste your MONEY!! My car is still very DIRTY!I I brought my car in on 1/22/24 for a basic car wash which was $29.95 - So I didn t expect much but the least is that they wipe off the dust in my car . It s was not clean at all and when I came in to talk to the manager/ owner : he basically brush me off by saying u paid for the basic car wash n clean so we only dust off the dusk in your car we don t clean them. He told me I have to paid more to get in more clean. I told him then it s really not right and I will not be coming back for service and they will get a bad review from me! The manager/ owner start getting offensive and he start to threatin Me by start recording me he said if I give a bad he will post that my car was dirty. If it nots dirty I would I come for a car wash. If the owner is reading this then please do post the video u record: so other can see how u tell your customer that they have to paid more in other the car to get clean and that a his employee only dust the interior. Please be ware of this word: U only paid them to DUST.

pros: customer service while there was great. no issues there. they have a big selection of air fresheners and car accessories inside which is nice. I also didn t wait too long.cons: car was still dirty. the inside was vacuumed nicely but my cup holders weren t cleaned. the outside was still dirty too. mainly on the back of my car where there was still dirt marks and pollen caked up.this was my first time coming here and I expected a better result from spending almost $40. won t be coming back. I feel like I wasted my money. I chose the Indy package btw.also, I called as soon as I got home and the manager mentioned that the power washing undercarriage is them just drizzling water underneath, no power washing.

I have taken my cars there and previously the service had been good, however today were disappointed with the washing service, my truck was left smelling like a dirty rag and they just threw water everywhere

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried about coming here, but my experience was nothing like some of the reviews. The gentleman explained the choices for the oil change, I went into the lobby with my kid. The oil change was hands down the fastest I have ever gotten. The complimentary car wash wasn t the best, but it was good enough to be complimentary. Overall not a bad experience, and I would recommend and definitely intend to go back. The free car wash to me is better then most other places charging the same or more and a car wash is not included. The lobby was nice with a TV and chips and beverages available to buy, and the staff both the cashier and the staff member who did my car were very nice.

These days, it is very hard to find a car wash that also cleans/details the inside of the car, so I was PLESANTLY surprised when a friend recommended that I go to Pleasant Hill Car Wash and Lube. I got the deluxe wash package a week ago, and I'm still pleased with the results. I don't live near the car wash, so the trip was a bit of a journey, but we'll worth it. I will be going again in the near future.

Dishonest management. We were regulars for over a decade and will never return. In the last year or so we have caught them consistently adding in extra charges and/or charging us at different rates than what is posted. When we brought this to the attention of their manager he became super aggressive and very rude to both us and to his staff.The crew is normally great, which is why we gave them multiple chances before calling it quits. This place could thrive under a good manager.

I paid 45.00 for a interior and exterior wash on a 2020 2500. They finish washing and I walk around to check out the job they did. First I notice the front grill has bugs and other debris on it. Next thing you know the owner is out there wiping the front telling me that I needed to get the vehicle detailed. Owner is very rude and was trying to fight me for telling him that his crew didn t do a good job. Terrible experience!! Paid for the supreme package, but the service I received was nothing like it.When my car was ready , it was still dirty with dust everywhere, 2 wheels not cleaned at all, seats full of water residue, etc.When I pointed them out and told them I was dissatisfied, the workers just shrugged and asked what my ethnicity was which was very uncalled for and extremely rude.I dont have any picture proofs since I ended up having to wipe my car when I got back home, but I have a picture of my receipt.Do not recommend at all.

This is one of the most efficient ways to get your car cleaned and feeling like new. We often think of hand washed as the best for our car. Actually what matters is hand dried. At this place get your car washed with the machine. Then it's hand dried and wiped down on the inside. Windows are cleaned too. All of this starts at about $25. You're in and out in a relatively short time. If you are selective about who dries your car after the machine cleans the car, you could expect to wait a little longer.They've consistently been friendly and providing quality service to me for about 7 years. Saturday's are very busy but they still keep cars moving through. The manager (or he maybe an owner) is frequently monitoring and helping to ensure cars are steadily moving through.By the way, I have had a car detailed there as well. That's a different process but also done well.

this is what you get for a full service. No wiping nor vacuumed properly. Im not the kind of person to complain so I just grabbed one of the dirty rag they were using and wiped the dash boards on my own because they just left my car like this and no one was there and the owner runs out and would scold at me saying i need to pay for the dirty rag I just used and this is what I get because I have No money no money countless time ( he means I didnt get the expansive service but just the full service) you shouldnt name this service full service and treat youe customers this way.

Very friendly staff and they do excellent work. They have multiple price points for any budget. One of the few around that still vacume for you and clean the inside. They offer detailing & exhaust testing for GA. DOT. And give a free carwash with a oil change. They have a rewards program too. Been coming here for three years and haven't been disappointed.

Please save yourself some time and trouble. My intial review rated the staff nice and friendly which the were until I reported an issue. Upon leaving I noticed smoke out the front and the back of my Mercedes R350. After some investigating I noticed oil all over the engine bay that had been left buy the tech uncleaned. To add insult to injury the detailers ruin my headliner. The owner was a pain about the whole situation not one did he admit fault in any of it. Blame the tech but it's his establishment. I've been here before but never again. A total disregard for customer service and customer loyalty. Save yourself some time.

I had my son take my car to this location and I was extremely disappointed. I've had better $6 car washes. For $30 I expected more. The outside nor the inside was properly cleaned. My grill in the front looked like they skipped it all together. The manager Martin seems to have very little people or management skills. I would have say, don't waste your time or money going here. They didn't even do the basics properly. I'm attaching photos of the plastic part of the back of the passenger and driver's seat, the front dash, the cup holder, as well as a few other photos. My car returned still dirty!!!

I want to personally give a big thank you to NOEL! I lost $55 and had counted as a loss. Well Mr. Noel came to me and said he found my money on the side of my seat. We all know he could have easily put the money in his pocket. Noel made a choice to do the right thing and be honest. I'm out on FMLA and really need the funds. I pray that God will pour forth abundant blessings in Noel's life forever.It always pays to do the right thing.Again, THANK YOU NOEL for your HONESTY!

The person greeting me had a obvious attitude. My truck was actually clean on the inside but I had just gotten off the road and I wanted them to pay more attention to getting the bugs off. My comment was rudely brushed off with they gonna brush it what service do you want? I should have left then but I decided to point out the disfunction to a manager (HORRIBLE MISTAKE).If your not Hispanic good luck at this place. If you can overlook unprofessional and rude service, the pictures may give some insight on their quality. So many other options out there.

I told the person that was making my selection. Because I need the inside to be spotless, I was willing to purchase the best choices, but she said the $26 interior cleaning is just fine. I was called name after explaining to the person I did not have any cash to tip. Tonight when I came home. I checked my car, and these are the back $26 for a terrible cleaning job and to get called name. I will 100% never recommend this location to anyone or will I ever come back.Service: Auto detailing

Going to the car wash can be hit or miss. Sometimes they don t really thoroughly clean the inside. But on this occasion, I got a very, very thorough job, and I was very pleased.

I was kick out because I dont' pay the extra service.I am writing to share my recent experience at Pleasant Hill Car Wash & Lube located at 2443 Pleasant Hill, Duluth GA on 3/18/23. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by the unfair treatment I received and hope that sharing my concerns will lead to improvements in your service and policies.On the day of the incident, I brought my car in for the standard $30 car wash service. However, upon arrival, the manager informed me that my car was too dirty for the standard service and insisted that I must pay an additional $60 for a more thorough cleaning. I politely expressed my willingness to accept the standard service even if it would not provide a perfect result, but the manager remained adamant and refused to offer the service I requested. I finally have to leave after waiting on the line 30 minutes.

I went in for a car wash and they gave me my car back within 15 minutes of me dropping it off. It looked the same I would not recommend this place if you want an actual clean and detailed car. It was still so dirty . I don t understand what they did to my car.

Professional and super quick. 3rd in line for oil change and only waited about 20 minutes. Free car wash at the end. They also pumped my tires up for me because they saw they were low. Definitely recommend! Oh, and clean bathrooms!

I spent $35 for a full service car wash, tire shine and air fresher.My windows look like they used the same rag they used to shine my tires, streaks so bad you can barely see out. I called the store and the young lady who answered was extremely rude when I expressed how bad my windows look. She said, "just bring it back and they will redo them" as if all I have to do in life is come there to get what I should have gotten the first time around. Then she hung up.
