Bryan helped me figure out what brake lights I needed to buy, installed them in 15min and tested them before he would let me pay! What incredible customer service that was fast, friendly and efficient. I will only shop at this location for all of my car maintenance needs from now on.

O Reilly always has the BEST customer service & this location is no different. EXCEPTIONAL customer service with helping to find what you need & install help with things like windshield wipers and other small things. You never have to ask for help, they greet you as soon as you enter the store & offer to help.

I love O'Reilly. The store is organized and the staff are polite and very knowledgable about everything in the store. I definitely recommend going here to have someone work on your car or of you need info and small parts. The manager Carlos runs a really tight ship. My first recommended car parts shop. They also all were wearing masks! Nice!

Absolutely horrific experience. I was attempting to return a part that I purchased at another store ..my car broke down an hour away from this store. I was called shady for not going back to the other store. I was accused of switching the part and was asked to leave and return the part to the store I purchased the part from.So I drove over an hour away to the store that sold me the wrong part and received my money back.

Woke up Saturday morning (2/03/24) with a battery problem and one hour from having to go down into Atlanta. Drove over to Howell Ferry store. Sam greets me at 7:30 am with a smile, a battery check, and a replacement battery for my car - all in 15 minutes. And away I went - so glad I chose this store to solve my problem! Many thanks Sam.

THANK you CARLOS for the great Customer Service!I walked in no greeting, started recording at the front door, walked around then stood at a counter just in case ROBERT didn t hear or see me come in. Nope still nothing I began talking with his customer who I knew then he told Robert to help me instead. Robert said what do you need? Well hello to you too Robert! I told him he should greet his incoming customers he started to get upset and said I was with a customer I said you can still greet people coming into the store. We finally got to ordering my items and the delivery time was great however due to the service I decided to go online and order the parts. I will be returning these items. I would rather wait a few days then not get five star service when I m paying my money.I really like that the parts would be in the next morning, the location was neat and clean and both workers had presentable attire.Next time greet your customers even if you have one cause now you don t have two!

Absolutely amazing. Went in this morning for a possibly failed battery, they tested it for free, found me a battery AND INSTALLED FOR FREE in 15 mins. Not surprised, these guys are awesome!

I cannot express enough gratitude to this O'Reilly store and their team. Both Bryan and Harry assisted me today with installing a new battery, and they were both absolutely wonderful. They were kind and attentive to everyone in store, and they are passionate about what they do. It's refreshing to have that level of service. I will be back, and I 100% recommend going there for all auto parts needs.

Staff very helpful even when being short-staffed. I got the battery replaced and better headlights installed. He even pointed out a cap that was missing on an A/C line which he had noticed (previous owner had apparently lost it). I've been pleased other times I have been there as well.

Excellent service here (especially, Brian). They will help you to pick right parts, install whenever they can, and more importantly - they will not upsell you things you don't need. Brian helped me install a battery today even if it was raining outside. He knew I was in a hurry. I saw him interact with other customers and he loves helping customers. I will be a repeat customer. For sure.

Harry was great on two different occasions. During the month of November he installed a new battery with in moments. He was precise and efficient. Today I encountered him again to install a break light bulb. He again was fast and efficient. He is a very nice and patient manager. I also encountered Bryan by telephone before going today. He was very professional and kind. In person he was equally professionally and courteous. This is certainly my choice for my families auto needs. They ROCK.

I know very little about cars so going to an auto parts place is never my favorite thing. My car wasn t starting without jumping it so I ran here on a Sunday morning. The gentleman who helped me was so wonderful. The name on the receipt is Harry but unfortunately I forgot to ask his name. He checked my battery, it was bad then he helped me pick out a new one. He even encouraged me to get a lower priced one than I would have picked out by showing me the specs and explaining to me what they mean. Then he went over and above when swapping my battery out by cleaning off the corrosion and spraying something to help reduce it in the future, no extra cost. I won t be going anywhere else for my car needs!!

I had a wonderful & productive experience. I went in & explained what my needs were & Mr. Harry was eager to assist by coming out to my car checking my battery giving me cost and availability status and I inquired about the hood springs needing replaced he said they sold those too!He installed them both & I was in and out quickly! Excellent customer service with a smile! When you walk in any store, check your attitude at the door & walk in expecting to receive a blessing, I sure did & I'm thankful.

The customer service was amazing. The worker took the time to help me look up the many different sizes of windshield wiper blades for the cars that I needed to replace the blades for. He even helped me decide what I needed more when I gave him my situation! 10/10 recommend. Friendly workers

I have bought many parts for multiple vehicles over the years. I have purchased thermostats, batteries, cleaning supplies and much more. I have always had great help when required. I have also used there oil filter and oil recycling multiple times in the past. They have always found the parts that I need at a reasonable price.

Employees are always helpful, if we can't find what we need on the shelves out front they've always got what we need in the back. Prices are kind of high, but no higher than any other auto parts store

I have been purchasing parts from this store for years. I have always had a good experience and the staff is always helpful. Today, my husband was changing the headlight of our car and disconnected the wire. Since he had gotten the bulb from there, I told him to go back there and speak with one of the sales associates about this dilemma. He went back to Oreillys' and spoke to Harry- manager. They had such a great conversation that my husband called me on the way home to tell me about it. My husband was so impressed by Harry's knowledge and helpfulness that he wanted to make sure that I wrote a review on Yelp immediately. Harry thank you so much - you are greatly appreciated. And thank you Oreilly's for this staff and store.

I went there to get a new air filter bc I thought it was the cause of weird noises in my car. The person I talked to at the cash register, named Harry, checked my car to see that I had the right version and then actually let me know that I didn't need a new one yet. I very much appreciate that he was honest and didn't just try to sell me whatever. Its hard to find honest businesses nowadays and employees get so pressured to just sell, sell, sell. O'Reilly's better treat harry and the rest of them right. Can't count on car repair shops but I've always been able to count on auto parts stores like this. Thanks y'all.

The assistant manager, Harry, helped install a car battery into my Volvo. He was very kind, competent, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us. I was thoroughly happy with everything. I strongly recommend this place to all of my friends.

Special thanks to Chris and Harry. I have had only good experiences at this store. Today I had a battery installed.. this is not a simple task in a vehicle with two batteries. (Excursion). Chris and Harry gave personal attention and balanced their service to me with other customers in a busy store. They were determined to make sure that I left that store happy and satisfied. Oh and I need to mention a steering wheel cover replacement. I purchased the cover and attempted to install. I became convinced that is was too small. Harry and Chris went above snd beyond and installed the wheel cover... literally a two man job. Service like this can often be overlooked. I want everyone to know that there are amazing people at this store taking customer service to the next level. Thank you again for making my experience great!!
